Everything! it was as described perfectly and it was just like the pictures, infact they don’t even do it justice. We had a downstairs one bed apartment with a patio, which was so was lovely and so private and had its own gate to the front street. It’s in the quieter area of Carvajal and we walked daily up along the strip to dine etc with lots of choice. We always stayed at the top end more central Fuengirola in Hotels but always liked going down that way Los Boliches etc and will definitely be going back again here soon! It was Safe and secure with a swipe key entry at reception then again do get to your apartment, the reception where great by the way as was the cleaner who came after a few days with fresh linen toilet roll etc.. the apartment has everything if you want to dine in, a dishwasher a washing machine fridge freezer which was handy television and one in the bedroom, plus a firestick:) cups cutlery microwave you name it! and right across from the beach! A credit to the owners thank you;)

It was Faultless!

Loved the location, view, size of the balcony and rooms. Pool was clean and nice. Very secure and safe Easy to get from the airport. Staff were lovely and friendly. Great little train station right behind to get into Málaga, the airport or Fuengirola, which is cheap and easy to use. It's in a lovely, quiet part of Cavajal Beach and is an hour's walk into Fuengirola if you don't use the train. Also great to have a washing machine and good facilities in the apartment I would definitely stay again. It's right on the beach with a beach club and some great restaurants near by.

Wifi was ok but not good enough to work with video calls. I was there for 3 weeks and needed to work so it was not ideal. Most people won't be working so it won't matter. There are towels in apartment but not pool towels. Very clean when arrived but no cleaning during the stay. Just towels and sheets changed every 5 days. Unfortunately towards the end of my last 2 weeks didn't turn up as frequently and had to chase, which for such a long stay was disappointing. It would have been really nice to have a helpful information guide to the apartment or location information to read (some tips as to location of station, pool opening times, bike orar hire, how to use washing machine etc).

Almost everything was perfect! This is so far one of the best if not the best holiday home I ever rented for the fair value-for-money. We had an amazing view, a large balcony with tables and sunbed. Enough space for four to have diner. The building is quite new and clean with a few smart features such as the air conditioning which goes off when you open the balcony or the entrance that gives access non-stop through you app even if you forgot your pass at home. Overall the experience was very positive! The staff helped reactively on a couple of occasions. I had an issue with the hob as I didn't know how to switch it on, so I wrote a message and received a call-back on Sunday at around 9pm just 5min after message. Also the close proximity to the sea helped a lot! The showers on the beach were off for some reasons but since the hotel is at 2 steps away we could go back and take a shower as and when need. They also have a nice compact swimming pool but we haven't used it much as we stayed on the beach.

It's hard to find something we didn't like but if I do an extra effort, I would just point out couple of minor areas to improve in the near future. While we loved drinking our morning coffee outside in the coffee shops, the kettle could be newer and a bit more in-tune with the high standards of the flat. Also while not urgent, a proper clean of the sofa bed will help remove some of the older stain marks. And the last point goes for the cleaning tools. I'm happy to buy all the sprays, rolls and wipes but it's a bit of a pain if we need to buy for a few days some tools such as a bucket, broom and mop. These could be included. But other than that I can't even recall what I may be able to raise here, so thank you for the quality home!

We absolutely loved our apartment. We were on the 6th floor which gave us a great view. The balconies are large with seating area. We spent a lot of time out there just watching the people on the beach and the beautiful sunrise. The apartment was spotless had everything we needed. We were very undecided of what area to stay along the Costa Del Sol. We drove to many other towns and in our opinion Fuengirola was the best beach by far!! It's sandy and very nice, there's plenty of restaurants around and a few shops etc Would return here in a heartbeat. Already miss listening to the little waves crash from our apartment. Wonderful way to drift off to sleep

Sea view is amazing, quiet location, the appartment have everything you need. Communication with hotel before and during stay worked well. Staff in reception friendly. Bus and train close to hotel

Not a location if you want to have a lot of restaurants and bars close by. The area is very quiet. Also no good grocery store within walking distance.

Clean & bright, lovely views & helpful staff.

No oven, only discovered grill in microwave by accident, had to contact receptionist on how to use hob, had to get receptionist to show us how to work tv! A folder in each apartment explaining these problems would be so helpful, bus & train timetables & good restaurants etc.

Nice Decor. good security we felt very safe. great sea view and loved hearing the waves as we drifted off to sleep.

no instructions on any appliance. air con, dish washer, washing machine, telephone, hob, TV, fire stick - no instructions. no tin opener and they could not source one. shower is dangerous, it’s not temperature regulated so it suddenly can go boiling hot or freezing cold. taking a shower was a risky business.

Excellent view, ambience, layout of apartment, proximity to shops and beach. Apartment had all the necessities. Look forward to the next visit.

No oven (for pizzas). Having to pay £50 for a second call out in the evening due to leaving card in room. I think the parking card should be activated on the room card such that they are not separate cards.

Everything: the location, the building and the utilities inside the flat, the restaurants around the place, and above all a super friendly and helpful gentleman at the reception! Thank you again Senõr Ruiz! For those travelers who come on public transport: there is a train station right behind the building across the street in walking distance (5 minutes). For those who come with a car: public parking right outside the building on the street, safe and free. I know there is a private underground parking on premises, but we just used the public ones. The kitchen has everything you need, including washing machine and dishwasher. Bed and Sofa-bed were quite comfy. The living room and the bedroom both have smart TVs. WiFi was good. The view is superb! We come back for sure!

In front of the beach, nice view, good and quiet place to stay with children. Washing maschine, dishwasher all you need.

In 2 weeks no cleaning only new towels and sheets. No supplies to clean it self. You have to buy supplies, toilet paper. Bedroom bed was very bad difficult to sleep couldn’t use to it in 2 weeks.
