Hotel was very close to the Marina, and the beach, where there are plenty of bars and great resturants. Also close to the main road with more bars and restaurants and shops. Staff were great, hotel and pool area were clean and tidy. Plenty of bed chairs, but not all of them are by the pool, half of them are on the grass areas, which is nice if you want to be out of the way. Which suited me fine. The old town is a 12 minute cab journey away and definitely worth a look. Old spanish styles and great cafés and resturants. You can get a bus, but I prefer cabs, cost around €12-€15. The cable car is a 7 minute cab journey away.

I had a side room not overlooking the pool, they are building a new residential apartment. They work from 8 till around 4 or 5pm. Noise wasn't bad, the good thing is your balcony gets the sun in the afternoon, which suited me better. If you have room take a beach towel as they charge €3.5 a day, which I was a bit dissapointed about. Most places I stay don't do this. In peak times the pool is very busy, so if you want to be by the pool, get there early. Pool doesn't open till 10, and I like an early morning swim, so this was a bit of a let down.

We liked the location, about a 5 min walk from the beach, marina, shops, bars and restaurants. Friendly staff, comfortable beds and clean hotel. Variety of food for breakfast and lunch was endless. Our upgrade to a Seaview room was amazing due to been placed in a street view room on our first night when we had paid for a pool view room but we were extremely impressed with how the staff recovered our accommodation.

Unfortunately we didn't get to experience the dinner choice as trousers were requested for males in the evening and my husband only brought shorts as weather was very warm. We viewed the pool but did not get to relax there as the beds at the back were not clean, and the front ones were extremely busy. A charge on the safe is not ideal, I feel its an important part of security when staying and therfore should be included in the paid accommodation.

Hotel was excellent and most staff went above and beyond for everything

Reception staff were not so helpful. We had 2 small problems and one room request problem that we emailed months in advance to be told a rubbish answer on arrival. It was only two rooms close to each other.Not a big request i don't think. The other two smaller problems were just dismissed.

Excellent location situated beside Marina , bars restaurants. Bus stop at top of the hill making ease of access to visit neighboring towns . Exceptional attention to detail , warm welcome at reception with cooling eye masks awaiting for you in your room following your travel. Rooms are cleaned daily , fresh towels etc and overall the hotel is immaculate, very boutique feel . Staff are warm and very helpful . Pool area peaceful.

Ongoing construction beside the hotel . Our room balcony Room 142 was in view of this so noise pollution was present from Mon -Fri but this was not the fault of the hotel might I add just unfortunate of timing .

Excellent choice of foods for breakfast and dinner buffet. The room cleanliness was excellent. The junior suite was perfectly sized for our family of 4 and offered nice pool views as well as Puerto Marina from the L shaped balcony. Room upgrade to at least a double room with pool view is advisable. The swimming pool had plenty of shady areas with trees which worked well as there are not many sun umbrellas available.

Swimming pool area a bit on the small side, but that can be expected at the centre of entertainment in Benalmadena. We always found sun beds, though.

Almost all rooms have a balcony, but not ours, so we couldn’t enjoy the views and even open curtains since our small window faced other rooms. Plus our room was connected to the cleaning supply closet, so it was very loud all the mornings during cleaning. We think these rooms should have a different pricing and it should be clear in the booking description that this is a room without a balcony. Breakfast drinks were bad.

I loved the smell of cleanness and freshness soon as you walked into the lobby of the hotel. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and very welcoming. I booked the Superior Room. Balcony was very spacious with a slight view of the pool. Beds so comfortable and no problem if you need extra pillows, towels for your room. The shower was excellent and always hot water. Great location close to the Marina which has lots of bars, restaurants and stores to buy all your needs.

Buffet food is just ok. But they do have a good variety of fresh fruit, yogurt. I wish they would have vending machines to just get water or soda just for handiness. You need to purchase large bottles of water at the Supermarket which is five minute walk from the hotel.

Property was excellent staff nice and property very clean

Iv been to Palmasol before i felt there was lot of reductions , less towels no hand towels just 2 bath towels daily , no brocheurs on activities possibley keeping in line with paper reduction no bus time tables . We were on 5th floor very noisy during night felt staff very noisy ( talking loudly on corridoor ) in morning around 7-8 am esp first mrn when you check in late . And also felt room was very small and we was there a yr ago building noise was an issue at side of the hotel and it was still on going banging at 7am in morning .

The hotel is located close to the beaches, harbour, bars, restaurants & shops. There is a short cut through the hotel gardens to the back of the harbour. The reception team gave a warm welcome and a smooth check in. Around the hotel was immaculately clean as was our room. We had two double beds, tv, fridge, kettle & tea making facilities. Our room overlooked the pool area and we also had a sea view in the background. In recognition of our wedding anniversary a platter of fruit and soft drinks were also in our room, a lovely touch and appreciated. The pool area was lovely and not overcrowded. There is a restaurant downstairs and a small one outside. Reservations have to be made before 6pm the night before. We had breakfast outside in the garden area each morning, were there was plenty of choice of hot and cold food and drinks including Cava and gentle music played in the background. There are also jacuzzi, gym and massage facilities but we did not use any of them on this occasion. A big thank you to all of the staff especially Sonia and Silvia. Overall we had an excellent stay.

Nothing

The room was very good, with a lot of windows and a big balcony (sunside). The bed was also good. The food was amazing (breakfast/dinner), especially the churros! Ten points for the people who work in the kitchen and the restaurant! I also liked the swimming pool. I was totaly relaxed when my holiday was finished!

In front of my room, there was a lot of noise of the building contructions. I knew that before, but during the day, I mostly wasn't at my room. And it's not the fault of the hotel.
