Clean, modern apartments overlooking the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff who helped us to book taxis and recommended places to visit and restaurants to eat in. Apartment was quiet considering we were on the first floor and above a bar/restaurant. Beach umbrellas and towels were provided which was a nice touch. Couldn't get better in terms of location as it's essentially on the beach while also being a short walk to bars and restaurants in the old town as well as along the beach front.

I had booked the apartment months in advance and had requested a room on a higher floor so as to have a nicer view of the beach - The trip was booked for a special occasion. Had been emailing staff about our stay and made the same request again. Also made the request while checking in...but still ended up in an apartment on the first floor which didn't have the beach view I'd hoped for due to being close to ground level and there were trees outside. I understand that this was as a result of which rooms were available when checking in, but as I had booked and repeatedly requested this months prior to our stay, I feel my request could have been honoured.

Great location on beach. Stayed in 1 bedroom seaview apartment on 1st floor. Nice and quiet and bedroom was at back. Loved that there was a window with privacy film in bedroom that opened out to atrium if you want fresh air at night. There's a British plug socket in bathroom for hairdryer/straighteners. Though their own hairdryer actually looks better quality than most accommodations. Tv , if you wanted to connect to your netflix. Staff are all very nice. Towels replaced daily and bins emptied daily. Beds were changed once in 1 week stay. Nice and spacious and fantastic shower.

Loved the place. If being picky would have liked an actual duvet cover rather than the duvet with sheets wrapped around it then it stays in place, but that's only cause I could never get the bed made right 😂!

the location was excellent, right on the beach and the view from the balcony was exceptional. Located in the old town with so much to do, so many bars and restaurants in easy reach and easy to walk along the promenade to everywhere. Apartment was lovely, the bed was massive and so comfy. It was clean and had everything you needed. reception staff were very nice and beach towels were available if needed. There were also umbrellas beach and rainy and other beach bits. we had a fabulous stay and would definitely recommend to anyone. we would definitely come back again

Location is great. Property clean and comfortable. Staff amazing. They supplied umbrellas on the day that was raining and give beach towels and parasols to take to the beach. Cannot find a fault. It is my second stay and it did not disappoint. 10 out of 10.

The location is just perfect! Peaceful with just the sound of the waves, watching the sun rise every morning was magical. Walking distance to everywhere especially the fantastic tapas restaurants in the Old Town. The apartment was tastefully decorated, the bed was extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows. Clean towels every day and beach towels provided if required. Everywhere within the apartment block smelt like it had just been cleaned. Very impressed, we will definitely be returning next year!

We stayed in the sea view apartment, highly recommended. Perfect apartments in a perfect location! Cleaners came round every day to change your towels, shampoo, shower gel, body milk, toilet rolls, bin bags and took the rubbish away! Also provided beach towels and a parasole. Air conditioning was great, had a tv in bedroom and living room both with English channels. The building was lovely and clean, felt secure with key only entry at night. Great first impressions, the staff were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you.

The beautiful modern apartment had everything we needed, no too mention the lovely sea view.

On the days that we put the ‘gone to the beach’ sign (“please make up room) on the door, the room was not made up. Only the towels were changed. We also had trouble finding the property. A message was sent with instructions, but we didn’t receive it until after we had checked in. We were in a self drive and the hotel is located in a high pedestrian area with restricted access signs. The fire alarm also went off during our stay. The emergency services were slow to respond. All guests evacuated the building. It was after hours and there was no hotel staff member on duty, nor was there an emergency number to call for guidance.

This was our second visit and Richard greeted us like old friends. The apartment was clean and well set out no fussy extras and space to pack away our belongings. The shower room was well laid out and the walk-in shower was powerful and no problems with hot water. The lounge area was comfortable and the patio doors on to the balcony meant the apartment never got too hot or too cold. The balcony was private with sea views. We paid for a parking space which is a short walk away but not a problem. We like the location in the old town which is close to walk to the "British strip" and also Poniente.

Instruction for the microwave might be helpful.

The property is in an excellent location, close to bars, nightlife and the beach with shops and cafe's etc. The view was amazing, and the staff very nice. The apartment was comfortable, although a little small and the air con wasnt as strong as I would like it. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

The 11am checkout. Although Richard did try to accommodate us with a late check out, this wasnt possible on the day so we had nowhere to shower after a long day as our flight wasnt until late in the evening.
