we booked for 2 nights as a stop over to Santander. Staff welcoming and helpful. we used the car parking which was excellent and easy. rooms comfortable with air con. we booked the small rooms. they were adequate for our needs. bus stop across the road for easy access to the town centre. there are bars and food close to the hotel. the following days run to Santander through the mountains (not motorway) was also excellent. would recommend.

This room was an absolute delight! It was incredibly comfortable, surprisingly spacious, and the shower was pure bliss. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay and I can't wait to return. The staff here were fantastic! They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help.

The hotel is located a bit farther from the city center and has limited dining options on-site. However, the walk to the center is quite pleasant, thanks to the beautiful nearby park.

Garage parking.

Air conditioning didn't work. Overlooking a huge playground. Servicing hundreds of flats. Our room was next to the lift. Paper thin walls, you can hear everything. Woken up at 2am. By someone on his phone on his balcony. (Not the hotel). Had to shout to tell him to keep quiet.

Breakfast very good with juices, cereals, bread, cakes, pastries, bacon, tortilla, sausages, boiled eggs, fruit, yogurts, coffees… Room good with spotlessly clean bathroom with bath and shower. Bed comfortable.

Wanted to turn off air con but couldn’t. Quilt too thick for summer.

Breakfast was good. Liked the location, which was in the university area. The bar next to the hotel was vibrant and had a mixed age group of locals and students. 15 mins walking right past the bar is a student cafe with good homemade cafe food and a menu del dia for 6.95. It was good to be in an area where it felt less touristy. 30 mins very pleasant walk brings you into the town centre. We stopped to explore the original University buildings only 5 mins from the hotel. These can be seen on leaving the hotel to your left. There is a local shop next to the hotel selling wine bread etc. A bakery shop and a pizza place. I would say the area is geared up to students but we liked it, made a change from tourist Spain but close enough to enjoy the town centre. Book the parking as outside the hotel road side parking is limited.

The shower hose needed replacing and the bath plug mechanism was broken.

Shower was excellent & a sponge was provided. It was such fun with multiple water jets that I showered morning & evening! I managed to find a parking spot in the slip-road right outside the hotel, so I was refunded what I had paid for underground parking. Of all the places I stayed in during my travels across France. Italy & Spain, this was my favourite: super value for money, not isolated, friendly staff, easy to find, and a restaurant & patisserie close by! Purr..fect!

It was perfect! Nothing not to like!

Really good location for a overnight stay just outside of the centre of Burgos on our way to the south of Spain . As the students were not around it was really quiet and there was plenty of free on street parking. Pleasant staff and adequate facilities.

Room was a bit small but fitted the price. Decided not to pay the price for breakfast as we only wanted something basic so found that in a bar.

Location was perfect for university, breakfast at a good time to get to conference, good range of food s for breakfast. nice to have cold water available to purchase and coffee/hot chocolate machine. bath with jacuzzi lovely but did not have time to use! a very good choice for my purpose thank you!

Nothing everyone was very helpful

Receptionist was welcoming and efficient, lift available. Good size room on the first floor with blinds and airco (it was very warm, so pleasant to have a cool room). There was a balcony/ terrace but you could not stand on it; no door, only a high window.

We knew it is in the outskirts of Burgos, so the area is not for a nice evening stroll or so. We were walking the Camino de Santiago and it is on the camino, so perfect for us.

The receptionist was so accommodating when I said I was ill and asked to check into my room early. It was so appreciated and made a huge difference to my trip! Thank you.
