The location was great and communication prior to arrival was good. The room was clean, had air conditioning and the bed was comfortable. It had everything needed for a one night stay.

When I arrived, the doors opened when I rang a buzzer but there was no-one at the desk. I called out but again no-one came. After a few moments, a lady arrived and talked me through the entry code and how to access the hotel. She was very nice and friendly. When I arrived back later that evening though, I entered the code and gained access to the hotel and said hello to a man sat at the desk. He replied hello but didn't even bother to look up to greet me, which I found rather rude. Greet guests with eye contact! The room was rather compact. It was fine for one night though. I was given the room next to the roof terrace and found it rather noisy at times. I wasn't sure if the drinks/food on the roof terrace were free for guests or not. This wasn't explained to me at check in.

Convenient location. The room is clean, there is everything you need. There is a terrace on the roof, excellent "compliments" of the hotel

Very bad sound insulation, you can hear people in the neighboring rooms taking a shower, running water, etc. The mattress is not very comfortable.

Great value. Nice modern clean room, a good size and well furnished. The location in perfect right in the centre of Calpe and a short walk from the bus station. Everything efficient and organised. The roof terrace was superb, a great space and with free coffee and snacks available, as well as the ability to prepare food and use of fridge. If only this was more common. Highly recommended.

This hotel is in a perfect location being in the center and only a few minutes walk to the beach. It’s situated a few steps away from the main street though so it is quiet. I arrived via the Alsa bus and the station is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Check in was quick and easy. And my favourite part of the hotel is the terrace which is available to all guests. There is coffee, croissants available and a fridge for guests to bring and keep their own food.

Although the room was quite clean, the bathroom had some grime build up in the corners. But nothing unbearable.

Nice little hotel in a convenient location for bars/cafes/restaurants around the Arenal beach area. Good shower and tea and coffee in the room.

The rooms are small and as soon as you close the window the rooms heat up very quickly. Leaving the window open is not an option as there is a lot of noise from the street. Like most hotels in Spain the air con is turned off in the winter, but a fan would be nice.

Near the beach and many shops, but due to the layout of the hotel no noise in the bedroom during the nights. Staff was also very helpful and willing to guide me pointing out parking spots for my motorbike. Self service breakfast was acceptable with a variety of choices, such yogurt, fruits, juices and tea or coffee and other small snacks.

No comments, the stay was too short to come up with any negative feedback.

Beautiful little hotel. Lovely roof terrace with seating and complimentary tea/coffee/wine and juice. Also cakes yogurts and croissants. Also a microwave for your own use. Our room was lovely fresh and clean. Location is perfect.

Our bed was very comfortable but very squeaky. This was just a minor issue. We will definitely be back

Clean hotel room with a comfortable bed. Easy access and helpful reception. A nice terrass on the top with free coffee, red wine, croissants etc.

Small minus on that the TV SAT channels didn't work, and the safety box did not work as it should. I just locked without any code possible to be programmeds. But, it is all just minor points, that takes down the rating for "Facilities"

The location is absolutely great! Tiny little hotel in the heart of the city ( a few steps from the main street, restaurants, shopping, and the beach, of course) Very spacious, full of light bathroom and cozy roof terrace. The owners made a big job to make maximum comfort from every square meter of the building and rooms. Absolutely nice place for one or a few nights stay for one person or couple.

The information below is not for the hotel owners but for future guests. Please be more respectful for those who will stay in after you, don't smoke into the room. There are beautiful terraces in the rooms or roof terrace for that. Thanks

The Hotel is central clean and its great they go the extra step of offering free tea,coffee wine and snacks throughout your staff on a help yourself basis on the roof terrace

Tiled.floor cold to walk on however we went out of season would have been nice to have a balcony however did see some rooms had balconies
