Location is very good. A very short walk to the very centre of Salamanca (walking through the Patio de Escuela Menores which was open all the time). Hotel is simple but comfortable, the building is clever, peaceful and small enough to remain really quiet. It's very quiet (yet in the centre!). This city is so enjoyable... and we will definitely look at this hotel when we are back. Numerous bars offer affordable "desayunos" (breakfast) nearby (the end of Calle Libreros towards town). Terraces to the rooms we booked were really lovely and large. We just wished we had booked a second night!

The bathroom maybe in one of the rooms was a little small and odd (not much space to put things around the sink). Checking can be a little off putting but staff come right up to help out anyway so it was fine.

Lovely spacious room with a small terrace and a great modern bathroom incorporating a large, powerful shower. Very soft sheets and huge white fluffy bath towels. Located in an extremely quiet area but only a 5-10 minute walk to the cathedral and plaza mayor. Loved the advance check-in and virtual key despite the minor glitch of not being informed in advance of our room number (although this was sorted out in seconds via the entrance intercom on arrival). A really calm and relaxing good place to stay and we will certainly use again next time we're passing through Salamanca.

I did not like that I did not receive a receipt with the NIF of my Institution for a meal. The staff just told me that the restaurant is not from the some owner of the Hotel (but this is the place where I took breakfast. I understood a conversation had place with their boss and it was told me that I will receive it by email. I never received it unti now, 1 month after my stay. I'm not blaming the staff, they were very nice, but the management.

The location is excellent. The check-in and check-out process is easy. It is easy to reach by car, and there is a park nearby. The room temperature at the arrival was the correct one.

The bathroom has no climatization. It was much colder than the room. There was no humidity extraction. All the water in the shower stays in the bathroom. The door of the room didn't close correctly.

The location was great, near the Catedral de Salamanca and also close to the Universidad de Salamanca. I loved the hotel design, also the modern art vibes. The breakfast was great, with more than 6 types of options to choose from. We had a balcony with a view of the garden, loved it.

I had a little problem with the payment at the hotel. I think there were not enough instructions of how to do the check in. I didn't pay online but managed to make the check-in online and got the QR code to enter the room. But when I got there I couldn't enter the room, because I needed to pay at the tablet located at the hotel entrance. Unfortunatly I haven't received these instructions prior to me getting there. Also I would use an informative video, at the hotel entrance, so people know where and how to pay at the hotel.

nothing , as there's extra room here for a fer comments, let me say that if you go out the hotels front door and turn right its a short 6 -8 min stroll into delightful bars-cafes-ice-cream shops and well everything wander down thru there a night its wonderful and leads to a delightful huge square where there is an abundance of restaurants bars etc., and if you really lucky the students will be out in force and it's party time seemingly most nights , watch out for the student musicians they are terrific .

Perfect location, in the old center but in a most quiet part with a small empty square in front to relax, only a few steps from the Cathedral and must sees. The room was cosy minimalistic with an interactive mirror in the bathroom. The huge balcony with a view on the inside terrace and Cathedral, lots of sun and 2 big ‘chaise longue’ were just stunning! The staff was there when you needed them and were incredible friendly and helpful. We took the brunch in the morning on the rooftop terrace and we were amazed about the quality and the amount. Highly recommended!

A small safety light on the ceiling in the room was a bit annoying as it lightened the room a bit. I guess it can be switched off.

Did not take the breakfast which looked very basic. Nice terrace, wonderful location on campus- gave a good spin on this visit, which was our third. Good for me and my mobility scooter, but tight in the room.

Given codes that did not work. Lucky a cleaning person was there to help. Doesn’t seem fair that they rely on these folks instead of hiring someone. She was lovely, but never saw other staff. Thanks, Covid.

Excellent, peaceful location, close to bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Plaza Mayor, Next to secure, easy parking for 15 euros a day. The self checkin and access worked well.

The light switches are confusing. My husband managed to turn off the bathroom light instead of his bedside light, leaving me having my shower in the dark! No tea / coffee making facilities in the room, however there is a cafe downstairs. The graffiti decor is rather strange.

It was central and we walked to all the attractions. The rooms were nice and clean- no frills. We upgraded to a superior room which had a balcony and it was lovely.

The all-glassed bathroom, even if not see through, was not to my taste. The door to the bedroom closed but did not lock - not ideal. The breakfast is not worth the money (even for 8€)
