We took a room with a balcony, the room was large, spacious and clean. There were excellent breakfasts and dinners, every day a new cuisine, everything is very tasty and there is a lot of choice. If you plan to go somewhere for dinner, you can change dinner for lunch and go on an excursion in the afternoon.

In some restaurants, a tip of 10 euros is immediately added to the bill, without warning. Usually it's a tip for bread that is served even though you haven't eaten it.

The hotel was fantastic, boasting a beautifully maintained garden complete with artificial ponds and waterfalls that are home to turtles and fish—a delightful attraction for kids. The breakfast offerings were satisfying as well. While we did experience nightly visits from a parade of ants, it actually turned into a morning adventure for our two-year-old daughter, so it didn't bother us much. :)

The staff's limited English proficiency adds a touch of local charm, although it can occasionally pose some challenges for convenience.

Beautiful 5* hotel in front of the beach with all facilities, even a bowling and 5 swimming pools. Kids friendly and many activities organised. Great breakfast, comfy bedroom. Good staff at the restaurant and for cleaning. beautiful garden.

Parking not free, but you can park outside for free. I've got ants everyday (a lot), only reaction of the staff is to spray something, but the came back just after, even no excuse for the disagreement (I have a baby).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The team members were warm, friendly, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure guests' satisfaction. From the reception desk to the restaurant and the concierge, every staff member seemed genuinely dedicated to making my stay memorable. They were very professional but also personable, making me feel valued as a guest, staff was incredibly attentive and proactive in accommodating my requests. Their professionalism and willingness to assist with any queries or concerns I had made a lasting impression on me.

Brasserie Lumiere is very limited in menu choice Hotel lacks athmosphere at night Needs a nice bar ...existing, are old and not appealing...! Hotel in August is 100% spanish and almost exclusive for families and Spanish families have an army of kids...!!

Pool area + Beach Staff Comfortable rooms

The room I chosed was a "sea view" type of room, but what I got was a "side sea view"type of room. It was not a big problem but this should be mentioned in the room description. They are not the same thing.

Room was comfortable and breakfast was good with an excellent selection of food. Pool areas were pleasant.

Indoor pool is so shallow it is unusable. Service in the Prado del Rey bar was poor. The single barman was trying to serve about 40 customers and so considerable delays resulted. Looks like a management problem trying to run a 5 star hotel on minimal staffing.

The room was beautiful and the staff were very helpful. Bringing us little gifts and assisting us in anyway we needed. We used the spa facilities and these were also amazing. Very relaxing with multiple steam rooms, saunas and jacuzzi options. The food was also exceptional with there being a buffet style breakfast with multiple different options; sweet or savoury. There are great restaurants onsite too. The location is so close to the beach with yet another great restaurant and bar service. The whole trip was just amazing.

Amazing breakfast buffet with a “vital corner” offering delicious Smoothies and Overnight mueslis. Staff was extremely friendly. Everything very clean. Rented an e-bike and charged my electric car in the garage everything working properly. Nice, cozy spacious rooms. Great pool area.

Waited 45min for my drinks at the pool.

We really liked the garden with the exotic plants and the pools and the fact that there were small amount of people in September. Staff was also super friendly, however not everyone speaks English. Room was cosy. Breakfast was great, dinner was okay.

Dinner could be better. Lot of stairs to the beach, so it was difficult to push the baby stroller
