We were upgraded to the bigger room, quite nice and spacious. The hotel itself and the rooms are renovated and clean. The hotel is nice for families, they have a lot of activities. I was absolutely delighted by the breakfast- they had everything including nice cava 🥂 good variety of cold cuts, eggs, you can have an omelette of your choice, grilled veggies (thanks from nutritionist 🙏) The area itself is nice, a lot of hotels, restaurants, chiringuitos. Gorgeous ocean snd the beaches

The renovation was with cheap materials, the sinks are plastic. There were ants in the room and even in the bedroom (not that we suffered from that, it’s quite common here) We used the garage, the spaces are sooo tiny

Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic food, mostly based on local tradition and cooked with fresh ingredients. The location was busy but not overly crowded despite we have been there during summer high season. Claiming sunbeds with towels for later use was prohibited and the lifeguard staff would actively remove towels from unused sunbeds (and collect belongings for later pickup) which was great to avoid the "rush to get a spot" and helped free up sunbeds during the busiest hours. Despite not having "direct" access to the beach, la playa de la Barrosa beach is located very close by, just 5 - 6 minutes walk and can be easily accessed. We really enjoyed our stay at Vincci Resort Costa Golf and will likely go back.

Wifi coverage in the facility was generally poor. Some of the cocktails (e.g.: piña colada) were a bit watered down.

The staff and the decor was great. The breakfast is decent although the did not replace the Cava wine.

They charged me without my permission or aceptance on my behalf over 2100€ in security deposit. I have stayed at this hotel every year over the last 5 and never had this problem.

Close to La Barossa beach which is magical. The hotel has everything you need. We had breakfast and dinner and it was totally worth it. The room is equipped with everything you need, including toothbrushes and tooth paste. It is also the only hotel where guests only leave the towels on the sun beds only when they actually stay there. Very educated tourists and staff is very friendly.

This is a very clean property. The staff were very warm, friendly and professional. The hotel was busy with a lot of families with small children but they tended to stay in the big main pool and there was an adult pool nearby which was more quiet. our room was one of the furthest away but this was good because it was very relaxing and quiet, we also had a lovely view of the golf course. the rooms are spacious with a separate sitting area. the housekeeping was efficient quickly bringing missing items for the bathroom, also they brought us a coffee machine. there was plenty of free parking around the hotel albeit busy, but we opted to pay for private parking in the garage (Pre-booked). i would stay at this resort again it was very convenient for the Concert Music festival nearby (we had tickets for an event)….

The food was nice and always fresh, the staff was very helpful. Not far from the beach at all

According to the value of the rooms, I think the hotel could provide fruits for free all day long. Also, all the guests of the hotel should be provided with free car park spaces and sunbeds at the beach

Friendly staff going there for years they always remember and make you very welcome. Also asked for apartment opposite pool and achieved it.

Only thing I didn't like is the wait for the room and 3pm entry is a bit too late spoils part of your day managed to get room by 4pm.

Very nice and well kept facilities despite some noticeable age. Amazing Staff. The best I found in the last 5 years at least. From front desk, Service, Animators, Bar tenders, Restaurant staff. Simply amazing. Great HR work Vincci!

Some details on the suites are aged and in need for some renovation soon.

A very spacious room. Very clean and equipped. Friendly and helpful staff, specially in the spa.

We were lodged in one of the far end rooms. We found not easy to find our way in or out due to lack of signs, specially in the dark. A few signals might help.

The beds were very comfy, the rooms a generous size and good layout. A very tranquil place even though there were young families. The food was quite nice, good breakfast selection.

The bathroom was clean but had a little smell of waste pipes and not good ventilation.
