Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great! The swimming pool area was very nice. Everything was clean. Location was great, close from everything. Our bedroom was comfy and clean. It was quiet.

The main thing that bothered us, was that we could not have a good sleep. You can hear people moving chairs, in the next and on top bedrooms. We sleep early and most people were awake till midnight, so that was very annoying. It would improve if the hotel would stick soft covers in the chair's legs, so they wont do noise against the floor. We also had some mold on the wall of our bedroom and our black out curtain had some holes and it was not very good attached to the rail, so some light was coming in.

We loved the quiet location and that it was away from the touristy part of Cala Galdana! We also loved the extra facilities like Padel! Room was super spacious and very clean!

We both said the kitchen could have been a bit more stocked with utensils and things (we had to ask for a sharp knife to cut tomatoes / onions etc) and there was no kettle. Just if you’re planning on cooking dinners like we did it was a lot easier to have those utensils! Another thing we both said was that there needed to be a toilet brush in the toilets! Only very minor things though!

We were at first allocated to a room where the kitchen was not working from the very beginning and when we informed the recepcionist the solution she provided was basically sending a technician to get it fixed instead of changing the room straightaway. We got back to the room and waited for the technician for 20 minutes (who never showed up) and in the meantime the electricity stopped working too. We went back to the reception to inform and again the answer was waiting for the technician. Of course we did not accept the solution and requested a new room, which was granted. The new room was ok but none of the rooms have toilet brush. I would negatively highlight that we stayed for 5 nights and the room cleaning service only took place once.

Excellent buffet breakfast was enjoyed each day, then it was down to the beach or into the pool. Personal favourite moments were also enjoyed on my morning runs around the resort and to neighbouring beaches.

Slightly more detailed communication regarding airport transfers. We had a bit of a mix up due to a bit of info missing each way. But all sorted by the lovely staff on duty at the time.

Great location and exceeded our expectations for the price. Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, nice pool, and cleaning service everyday. The breakfast is good as well. It’s walking distance from the beach and town, but we had a motorbike to see more.

The only recommendation we have is smart TVs with Netflix

The shortage of water, happened to us twice but have been resolved in less than 30mins. Has to be an issue with the water pump as we stayed on the top most floor. But it’s okay.

Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff, really nice kids club staff who made the children feel at ease (our children loved the club and staff who ran it), great pool and good location (although Cala Galdana beach was very disappointing this year because of the incredibly dirty water, so much litter in the sea, and extensive algae). There is a good mix of nationalities and the hotel never seems overly busy. The restaurant area has been refurbished and looks really nice.

Room 101 was very disappointing - it's on the ground floor and near the pool which is good but is directly on a walkway so people often walk past the terrace area / windows, it gets little sun, has no view and you can hear delivery vehicles very early in the morning. The day time kids club could have been better advertised or have more activities to appeal to a wider age range, last year they seemed to have more children (although maybe there just weren't as many children who wanted to go this year / we picked a quiet week as there were a couple more on our last day). Dinner really isn't great so we ate out every night (there are some great nearby restaurants).

Amazing choice of food, food was very tasty and very well prepared. Plenty of fruit and vegetables, pastries, meats…. Choice of different milks. Amazing and attentive staff, happy to help with anything we asked them.

For both breakfast and dinner - labelling of food. For people with food allergies, intolerances and dietary preferences it would have been much easier if next to the name of the dish, they had written what it contained, so that we didn’t have to ask the staff. I’m dairy intolerant and my friend is vegetarian, it was not clear from just the name of the fish what it contained.

Great location, 5 mins from Cala Galdana beach, super convenient. Staff was lovely, shout out to Rafa that works in the Pool bar. The pool area is really good and the whole hotel is white and pleasant to look at. Breakfast was very good and with many options. Not hard to find a parking spot.

Located at the top of Cala Galdana, this smallish resort had plenty for the kids while also being close enough to walk to the town beach or along to the next Cala along the coast. The 2 bed apartment was fine for 2 adults and 2 children, with nice views of and easy access to the pool. Kids mini disco was a huge hit, and the buffet breakfast was good if quite busy. There is noise into the evening if near the pool / bar area but not an issue for us. Staff were great.

Very little - except that pool towels ran out early on a couple of days, and some noise to around 11pm.
