Easy self-checkin process (even at 11pm), continuous help and instructions via WhatsApp. Beautifully designed apartment, with every essential things, and enough space to comfortably open the luggages. Kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, fridge, sponge, pan etc.), dining table. Comfortable and big bed, with electricity sockets right next to it. The best is the view from the rooftop, highly recommend for a morning coffee (which was also included thanks to the coffee machine on the room)! Easy checkout.

If you arrive with a car, prepare to walk min 1-2 km from the nearest parking opportunity to the accommodation (but of course it’s not the property’s fault). Furthermore, since the shower is not completely closed with a glass door, a lot of water is splashed out inadvertently, so after the whole floor (and also the toilet) needs to be cleaned. Also, a few hooks or any horizontal surface would be useful in the bathroom, to place our clothes/toiletries on it. Lastly, if you want to visit the rooftop, be aware that the apartment’s door cannot be closed from outside without a key.

I really like the location of the apartment, in a quiet neighborhood with a walking distance to main sightseeing sites ranging from 5mins to 25mins. They were nice and very responsive to my request. The instructions for checking in were very clear. The setting of the room was quite new. I really enjoy my stay.

The number of sockets was enough but the locations of them were weird. There are quite some near the bed, dining table and sofa but none near the the desk, which was inconvenient when I was using my laptop at the desk.

We loved everything! The room was comfortable, clean and had everything we need. We didn't see anyone else, but they sent all the instructions so the check in was very easy. The house is very beautiful and is located in a quiet neighborhood. We walked to all the most important places without any problem. We definitely recommend it!

The only small downside was that we wanted to leave our stuff after the check out because our bus was later that day and we didn't want to carry our bags all day, but they didn't have a free option available.

The design of the entire place is trippy beautiful. Big KUDOZ to the designer who did it. Everything is clean, modern and well maintained.

1) You really need to install curtains. If I wanted light in the room, I had to open the windows, but people walking by the room could see me ... i.e., no privacy. If I wanted total privacy, it was quite dark. 2) I'm pretty sure that at these rates you could afford to leave more than one coffee capsule and one packet of sugar, especially for two nights. I paid 70 euros a night -- I'm sure a coffee capsule isn't more than 50 cents. 3) There is a kitchen, but I would not really have been able to cook, since there are barely any pots, pans, condiments, etc.

The no-front desk concept was highly appreciated. "Checking in" was as easy as putting the correct passcode in and making it through the front gate. From there it was super easy to get to the apartment. The bed was super comfortable and made sleeping very easy! Also the location of the apartment was fantastic! Super quiet and not too far from the city center. The furthest landmarks were 25 mins away on foot which is very doable.

I didn't like the fact that the duvet covers were simply sheets with the duvet sandwiched in between. It would have been more convenient and hygienic if the duvets had proper covers. I also didn't appreciate how easy the shower can cause a mess in the bathroom. It would make a lot more sense if the glass divider is completely flush against the wall and edge of the shower cabin.

The patios are beautiful outside and inside. I love that there was just a code for door access so no worrying about a key. The room was so pretty and the couch and everything was comfortable. Very clean and had everything we needed! We wished we were staying longer because we liked the room so much. :)

It’s a little hidden so a bit confusing to find but it’s also nice how secluded it feels.

The design, comfort and cleanliness of the property were great. The bathroom, bed and pillows were super comfortable. Its simple and modern design was impressive. The size of the studio apartment is really good. The location is within walking distance to many places. It is surrounded by quiet and lovely streets. Near by a very good local restaurant called Taberna Rincon De Las Beatillas. I definitely recommend this place.

Very nice design and a super comfortable bed. The room was very spacious and had a fully equipped kitchenette (we didn't use it as we only stayed one night). Beautiful courtyard.

The courtyard of the hotel creates a lot of echo. There were a lot of drunk guests coming during the night and making a lot of noise (some people fighting with each other, broken glass sounds). It could be related to the fact that we were visiting just before New Years.

clean, spacious and comfortable. Due to all rooms facing the inner courtyard one can hear people coming home at all hours.

bedside light not functional, ugly drill holes in bathroom walls from previous fittings. Locating the property was a little tricky as there are no signs. To find car parking is the real challenge. We would not choose this property again if travelling by car.

The property was clean, well maintained and well kept. We were well impressed by this as it’s not what we would expect behind the pink door from the street. As we entered, lovely patio we found was a nice surprise and also the excellent cleanliness was obvious since the moment we entered. We only stayed one night, but wished we were staying a little longer. This is the place we would return to for sure and would highly recommend it to our friends.

Everything was excellent
