Quiet and spacious.

When checking in, the staff didn't tell us that there is a free parking lot across the bridge. The paid parking garage is 17 euro per day. 3 days cost 51 euro. Also, we weren't told about a lift behind a door on the far left side of the building. So, my husband who is nearly 70, had to lift both our luggage up two floors. Hope that in the future, the staff will do better!

- we booked an apartment with a courtyard/terrace. But what we received was a disaster. Dark cave with bad smell and ugly tiny patio (picture). Luckily, we were able to change it. But there was no terrace in the new apartment, so we felt disappointed because the weather was very nice during our stay.

It was a large apartment, very clean with plenty of bedding and towels etc Generous amount of toiletries were provided. Quiet area so no overnight noise. The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning very effective . Easy to walk to cafes etc. The staff at the Eurostars hotel (where we booked in 5 mins away from the apartment) were just so helpful and kind - very impressive.

There was no jug for boiling water and no microwave bowls for use in the microwave. Some written instructions on use of the induction stovetop and microwave would be useful . (We only got the stove top working by accident and could not get microwave to function at all). Minor issue - No english speaking TV channel was actually available.

The property is a short walk from the hotel with which it is associated. This meant we had access to staff at all times. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and well laid out. Staff were very helpful and attentive with the 2 problems. The entrance code didn’t work but they solved this quickly. They told us when we checked in that there was a WiFi problem. This wasn’t solved during our stay but they gave us a partial refund which covered the cost of the additional data we had to purchase from our provider. Good location. Helpful staff and very pleasant property.

The standard room had no balcony.

Very nice appartement with a nice garden and good commodities. It looks exactly like in the picture. The bed is big and very confortable. the kitchen has everything we need. There were a lot of toiletries and the appartement was very clean. It’s also well located, close to a supermarket and to all main attractions. The host is very nice. He provided all information I need and was answering my messages quickly. The reception ladies were very nice and the check in and check out experience were very smooth. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Cordoba.

We stayed in the apartment with its own terrace. The apartment is extremely clean and comfortable, spacious with excellent air con and very comfy beds. Our children slept on the sofa bed which was easy to use and very comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen are excellent but the highlight is definitely the huge terrace with the most brilliant views across the city to the east. We were able to enjoy the most stunning sunrises. It is such a treat! The location is excellent. It's an easy walk to the main sights of Cordoba. Cordoba is a wonderful city. We really loved our stay.

The location is fantastic. Really clean,lovely building, everything that it had promised. We were only in Cordoba for one night but the apartment has everything needed for a longer stay. Beautiful bathroom and bedroom, well equipped kitchen area - although no kettle for tea, so I just boiled some water in a pan. I've stayed in many places and this was definitely one of the best. I would highly recommend it.

Check in was a bit unsettling because I'd brought my photo ID as requested but not my passport. The receptionist was a bit rude about it but luckily I had a photo of my passport. I don't have a problem bringing my passport but perhaps that should be made very clear on the instructions sent out.

The apartment was really nice and new/modern. The location was great!

The whole experience with collecting the door code in the hotel felt unnecessary! The code could be sent via email! When you have a lot of bags and going by car to the property is not recommended, then an email with the door code would be better.

Best lodging I've ever stayed in! From the giant, private balcony overlooking the city, to the bright, airy apartment with city views from all windows, to the king size comfy bed, to the best shower setup, to the location right in the historic center!

Better wifi. Sometimes no wifi, always very slow speed. Could supply a small table or two to set the suitcases on, and a few more hooks or a small surface to put things on in the bathroom; we brought in a small folding chair from another room. no
