Lovely complex with really good pool and fully equipped spacious apartment with balcony overlooking the pool. Stayed 1 week and towels were changed once. Apartment has iron, ironing board, hair dryer, toiletries, cooking facilities and utensils. Air con in living room and bedroom. Lots of free parking available on surrounding streets. 25 minute walk to old town.

Apartment a little dated. Could do with refresh. Breakfast served 8:30 which wasn't great for early departure. Reception staff really pushed breakfast and dinner options, at additional cost, before we'd even seen the room. We didn't get opportunity to use dinner voucher so that was waste of money.

Nice pools, enough sun decks for all guest and space to stay, extremely nice and supportive staff, all of them from the receptionist to the cleaners all were nice and professionals 😀 pretty well located, possibility to reach most of places with 10-20 mins max. Surely a perfect option for families with small kids that prefer to stay at hotel facilities rather than going to the beacih. Good variety of food for breakfast, including fresh fruit and some bread and sponge cake for gluten free intolerant. Spacious apartments with washing machine!!

It is somewhat dated and would benefit from a renewal. Beds are not so comfortable, the apartment even if provided with many useful tools and fully equipped, lacked the basic like 3 glasses instead of 4, us being 4… in 4 nights only once got cleaned, the buffet breakfast was good and offering a good variety of choices, but: often there were no plates, no coffee cups, no napkins, basically the service was struggling to keep it running properly, even if all staff was extremely kind and supportive.

spacious apartment and balcony with good view over gardens. wide choice of food at breakfast buffet. very good (buffet style) evening meal available at reasonable price. attractive garden / pools with plenty of sun loungers available. very friendly and helpful staff.

room not serviced during our 4 night stay (rubbish bin not emptied, toiletries not replaced etc). hot breakfast food not well cooked (scrambled eggs dry, bacon undercooked) maid was in cleaning the room at the end of our stay before we had checked out. resulted in us not doing our final checks properly and leaving some clothes there.

We had a positive experience in this hotel for the entire duration of our stay. Parking is easy, it is on a public road but there is plenty of space and felt safe. Receptionist gave us a very warm welcome and spent time explaining everything to us. The complex was immaculate. Pool was clean and a great size. Apartment was large with a terrific balcony with mountain views. The apartment was spotless and was very well equipped. We could not have asked for anymore. We went for the half board option and we were surprised at the variety of food on offer. The dishes I ate were really enjoyable, it is a help yourself buffet and and there really is something for everyone. There are soft drinks available with dinner but also a bar (extra) which has a wide variety of alcoholic drinks. Restaurant staff super friendly could not fault them. All in all this complex exceeded our expectations and I really look forward to going back again.

Bathroom window faulty couldn’t be opened, but did not take away from great experience of stay.

the pool is lovely, there were not a lot of people in April since the water is also still cold so it was a lovely visit. The breakfast was adequate and generally there was a minimum of everything that we would need but all average.

one guy in the staff reception was not very friendly. I think he was the boss of the morning shift. he was trying but in the end, he was coming out as rude more than friendly, telling me that I have to give them a 10! For the breakfast, there were a lot of people and not enough staff to clean the tables or refill the food so it was a long waiting time and missing items for a long time. there are so many children in the place.

It's a lovely apartment hotel with all kinds of amenities available. There was plenty of parking available (at least, in the off-season...), the breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options, the location was also great.

Some of the facilities are very overused. For example, gym equipment is broken for the most part, even jacuzzi didn't work for a day. The pool and "spa" area probably gets very busy when the place is fuller.

Smooth check-in. as we have stayed there before - we already knew that we were in for a treat. We arrived after midnight and collected our keys from box - everything was easy: messages how to arrive, how to get the keys and to our room. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast is to die for - there are lot of different choices (eggs, cereal, sandwich material, fruits etc). Staff was really helpful and easygoing. For us it was guaranteed fabulous stay!

The room was perfect for the amount we paid and location to beach excellent

As it was late in the year the pool wasn't available which was disappointing and the bar and restaurant were closed. We left very early in the morning and the instructions for the key safe weren't clear or in English

The window from the bedroom is going into the general corridor but at the same time curtains are totally transparent - white. We did not want to close the roller shutter as we do not like black out and want to have fresh air through the window. So it was not comfortable at all. And long story with wifi connection. No info in the room....need to go to the reception - there u will recieve some special code...why it so complicated and not user friendly process 😄

Breakfast was good but very little for vegetarians . The staff is very helpful and friendly . All the equipment in the room were functioning and were clean on arrival . Sufficient space for stay. Closer to the beach as well and the evening walks were fabulous .

7 days stay the room was cleaned only once . Looks like a communication gap between the house keeping and reception. Drinking water can be provided on all days unlike only the first day .
