Unbeatable location; great to have a balcony facing the street to let the light and air in; super easy to get in; quick responses on booking.com messages; nice clean comfy simple room, pleasant and perfect for what I needed. Shower worked fine and bathroom very nice and clean too.

I never saw anyone - thankfully I didn't need anything, but think I'd have felt a bit scared if I got locked out of my room or something. I tried knocking at reception but may have been the wrong time. But like I said, the property was very responsive over messaging, and I think this is all commensurate with price and it's great value, so, I'd absolutely stay again, met my needs as a solo traveller just needing a nice room.

Really clean room with no frills, but comfortable bed and just enough space for me and my luggage. Easy access to everything as the location is so central. Nice to be able to pop back in to use the bathroom or pick up an umbrella without a big ordeal. There's an elevator so you don't have to climb stairs with luggage. Really friendly and easy check in.

The shower cubicle was probably the smallest I've ever experienced. I'm not a big person but I had to go in the door sideways and during my shower if I turned, I would hit the faucet and change the temperature. The shower door seems to be too narrow for the space. Because it's Old Town it's going to be noisy no matter where you are. It's just the nature of the location. The bodega on the corner is open late, the street sweeper is early, etc but that's going to be anywhere in Old Town. There's no tea, coffee, water, fridge. It's basic so don't come thinking it's going to be like a fancy hotel.

Large bed with mattress topper and memory foam pillows extremely comfy! Responsive staff, helped us find a parking, let us leave our suitcases on the last day until our flights. Perfect central location. Easy check in- check out. It was impeccably clean.

Maybe due to the building age the walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors talk through the wall.

Good location for beach access and old city. Large bathroom relative to the room. Secure because of the location on the first floor. Very comfortable pillows. Good air-conditioning for summer weather. Surrounded by restaurants. Supermarket and shops nearby.

A tiny childproof balcony that requires a 50 cm step to get to but impossible to sit on because it’s so small. No glasses or other facilities for making tea or coffee. No fridge. Small towels. Asked for a double bed and got three singles. Not value for money.

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Gave us sight-seeing suggestions and went out of his way to find us a phone charger, as we’d forgotten ours. The hotel is on a busy street, which is noisy until late at night, but thanks to the double windows we we managed to sleep well.

Bathroom is very small, but it’s to be expected in this type of hotel in a historic building. Would be good if the hotel had a deal with a car park, giving advantageous rates.

Really excellent location in the middle of the Old Town. Very clean basic accomodation with everything you need as described. Definitely gets a bit noisy Friday-Saturday but can’t complain when the many Pintxos bars are literally on your doorstep.

the pension is in the center of san sebastian :) we were in the center of tapas bars and basque cheese cakes bars. the room is very clean and nice size. there are a lot of places to eat a breakfast around.

the pension is in a Pedestrian zone so it can not be reached by car. we parked in a parking place - Okendo plaza, a 10 min easy walk to the pension.

Nice clean room with air conditioning, that was very quiet when on. Location was perfect, right in the heart of the town. We were surrounded by bars, shops and restaurants. We were greeted at the property by a guy who was really helpful. Parking was a short walk away and we got a discount for the car park from the property.

It was very noisy at night through until 4-5am but that's to be expected when you stay so close to town. Not really an issue for us though.

Lovely family run pension. Very friendly and helpful. Excellent location in the heart of the old town.

Only thing I can think of is lack of tea and coffee making facilities which would have been nice.
