Amazing breakfast, fresh and qualitative. Huge and comfy bed. Nice beds outside the room on the terrace.

Couldn't refill a water bottle, sauna available only until 21.00 or so. Our room was right next to the elevator and the street so it wasn't possible to sleep from ~7 am because of the sounds...

We enjoyed everything. Very friendly stuff and quiet place. Perfect getaway with stunning sea views. This hotel is an absolute gem! It’s located in a cozy and peaceful area with breathtaking views of the sea, making it the perfect place for relaxation and solitude. Even in winter, the wellness facilities were accessible, which was a huge plus. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall experience. There’s even a charming outdoor toilet near the open-air pools and a beautiful orange tree nearby, adding a unique touch to the atmosphere. Breakfast was delightful, with fresh orange juice served every morning, and it was included in the stay. This place is ideal for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a serene escape. Highly recommended!

The mold in the pool

Staff were excellent, so friendly. The restaurant was very good - we were well looked after and treated to complimentary drinks/ snacks. Breakfast was also great with a lot of variety on offer. We enjoyed the spa facilities and the lovely terraces around the pool. The views were stunning. A very relaxing stay for a long weekend.

Not really a criticism but whilst overall the room was decent, the furniture was a little tired. Having said that the bed was huge and comfy, and we had wonderful views from the balcony. The village of Estellencs is beautiful but for those looking for a bit more action the facilities are limited, with only 2 or 3 other restaurants of variable quality. We wanted somewhere peaceful for a long weekend so it suited us fine.

Views from our terrace suite were outstanding- the hotel’s pictures don’t really do them justice! Very spacious room, comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and evening meal both good and prices for drinks/ food reasonable. Spa facilities with hydrotherapy pool, and the outdoor pool terrace not too busy and very welcome after a walk in the local area. The village has some nice bars and restaurants and there are some lovely walks through forests in the area. Right on a bus route that takes you to other places if you need to.

Not a lot. Air conditioning could have been better but it wasn’t awful! Some of the features in the spa pools didn’t seem to work properly but that’s no big deal.

Hotel was really good overall, good attention from staff and the breakfast/restaurant was great. One highlight from this Hotel is that for the price (lower than others) you can get a full sized bed (not 2 individual beds together). This point was a must for us (couple) as we found that the majority of Hotels in Mallorca don't offer full sized beds, even the ones more expensive/luxury.

The whirlpool bathtub and the fridge didn't worked (not a big deal for us), also the A/C was at full capacity but it was not cold enough. The worst experience you will have is to find a parking lot. The hotel says that the town have plenty parking lots but the reality is that they are always full, you will lose so much time trying to find one and it will be pretty far from the hotel. The Hotel has no private parking, and the town also don't have any paid public parking, so you have no option other than praying to find a street parking lot available, and this is a real problem considering that for staying at this Hotel you need a car as it is far away from everything.

We had a beautiful view from our terrace over the Cala. The bed was extremely comfortable and we also had a bathtub, which I love. The lady on reception was lovely and welcoming and organised for our minibar fridge to be changed over very quickly. She was always friendly when we passed through the reception area.

All the staff were lovely - EXCEPT for Maitre D in the restaurant in the evenings. He was abrasive, brusque and borderline rude. On our last evening we were looking forward to having food from the special menu in the hotel restaurant but this member of staff was so rude to a couple of young girls who asked for a table and he asked if they had a reservation, which they did not. He then left them standing there for 5 minutes without acknowledging them and did not even glance at us and we had eaten there before!! So we left and ate elsewhere.

Lovely breakfast and good food, nice terrace where we enjoyed meals. Pool is great and very spacious with lots of beds. The spa has a nice steam room and sauna which we enjoyed.

The rooms are very dated, our fridge didn't work, and glasses were not changed throughout our 4 night stay. Balcony door so old it barely opened and shutters broken, so the slightest bit of wind blew them open in the night. The rooms need some serious TLC, and with that in mind, we probably wouldn't come back. Parking is tricky in the village as it is small, you can park later at night but during the day it is difficult to find spaces on the streets. There is not much choice of restaurants in the area, especially out of season. Small local shop which has limited stock so definitely stock up on water etc before leaving Palma.

The real luxury of this place to me was the amazing view at the sea (especially during the sun sets) that we had from our room and that could be also enjoyed from the outside pool placed on one of the terraces (so you need to climb there by stairs). We also enjoyed very much the tasty and nutritious breakfasts. The room was cleaned every day in a neat way. The wellness area was awesome.

The air conditioning was quite loud and the bath taps weren't cleaned much. Also, on the second day of our stay we arrived for breakfast around 9.00 and most of the food trays were almost empty or empty. It took a long time for the staff to re-fill them. It caused a lot of frustration and made the whole breakfast situation way more difficult than it should be. Finding a parking place was hard.

Room was very spacious, with 3 windows and a patio door onto the balcony. View was to the front and back and windows opened right up so you felt you were outside. Breakfast was excellent. Very peaceful retreat. Only stayed 3 nights as a short visit but would go back in a heart beat. Small village but lots of amazing walks to see old Majorca and culture.

I’m not good with heights and the road to the hotel was spectacular through the mountain roads, but I did have to shut my eyes a lot. Can’t think of anything negative at all.

Lovely big room, private terrace with sea view, comfortable bed and quality bedding. Lovely gardens and outside seating area and stunning pool area with plenty of quality loungers. Lovely indoor pool and spa. Good location within walking distance of a few bars and restaurants. The hotel food was also excellent and there was a good breakfast selection every day

Although there was a kettle and cups in the room there was only one teabag and some sugar. We asked for some sachets of coffee and milk and was told that the Suite with terrace only included tea and that If we wanted coffee we had to order and pay for it at the bar. Surely in a suite you should get both tea nd coffee?. Also the coffee machine in the breakfast area broke down every day and the coffee was awful. Although our suite was big and comfortable the decor was very plain - it could do with a some nice lamps or a bit of colour and the bath looked a bit old. We still had a lovely stay though
