Location was absolutely fantastic, which given the number of people coming in and out, it's clear that it's a popular location. On the flip side, there were a lot of people coming in and out, and considering you use a door code to enter the building, it makes you wonder a bit how many people can see the code you're tapping in. Beds were really comfy.

The door lock was a bit tricky, even if the url code is pretty cool. Little oddity was that we were left a card that said there were was a welcome gift, but there were two empty glasses on the table, so we weren't too sure what that was all about, but overall, a great stay, would stay again.

Excellent location, fantastic staff who were really helpful. Loved having the separate bedroom with a TV and views over the plaza. A coffee machine with ample capsules was a great bonus. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics to prepare a meal. Keyless entry via the app or manual key code worked flawlessly.

Very minor points, towel holders could be better as well as some coat hooks in the entrance hallway. This did not spoil our trip in any way whatsoever.

The property is clean with all the facilities equipped including stove, fridge, washing machine, towels, hair dryer, soap, coffee and water, first aid kit, ironing board, closet. There is a receptionist at the desk from morning till night to help with your inquires and they were helpful. The place is so comfortable and you cannot beat the location. The place is at the heart of everything and it takes only minutes to walk everywhere. Highly recommend for people who visit Granada!

Excellent location - all popular sights are reachable by foot, even Alhambra if you are fit enough to walk up the hill! If not, there are direct buses going to the palace frequently. Very cosy, modern apartment with all you need. Ritual shampoo/shower gel provided for all our stay. Extra bath towels. Bed is sooo comfy, slept like a baby:) Very good window isolation, which reduce street noise to a minimum.

A great apartment in the heart of Granada. The apartment was clean and all facilites were perfect. The hosts were very friendly and flexible with us when we contacted them about changing our booking to one day later. I would definately return to this property and would recommend it.

Directions to get to the nearest underground parking. Despite informing us of the one way streets and those that are not authorized to drive on, the directions basically proposed arriving by taxi or by bus which is not very helpful when driving in your own car. Despite this, I would still recommend this property.

Apartment was large, comfortable and had all that was needed for a 2 night stay. Location was great, so many food options and easy for walking around town and seeing everything. No car needed. Reception staff lovely, accommodating and allowed luggage storage.

Road access difficult with cars, taxi for 5 was impossible, we had to walk to train station with luggage 25mins and through closed streets, up hills and full.of people. Apartment explained options prior but we didn't expect how difficult it would be, also we stayed during Granada festival weekend with many road closures. Street noise/flamenco heard til late in evening, as bedroom windows are above bars - so was difficult for children to sleep, but that's spain.

The apartment is in a central position, everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen and the bathroom were fully equipped with all that you needed for cooking or laundry. We were let to do the check-in a little bit earlier which was very nice from their part so we could spend more time in the city without carrying the luggage with us. The receptionist was very nice with us since the beginning of our stay. I totally recommend this stay!

The location is really great because you can walk into central Granada so easily (about 5 minutes) if you want to see the cathedral and shops, but also really close to the roads up to the Alhambra. The first road you can take is only for pedestrians, and quite steep, and the second is for pedestrians and vehicles - so you can get a taxi right outside in the Plaza Nueva if you want, which will take you right up to the entrance of the Alhambra. You can also walk along the lovely Carrera del Darro and up into the old Arab area of Albaicin, which is really cute. The Mirador de San Nicolas (the scenic overlook of the Alhambra) is also about a 20 minute steep climb up. So all in all, it's a great location! The actual apartment was really lovely and we were very pleased with it - clean and well equipped. The bathroom was great and there were some really good quality bathroom products in there, which pleased my daughter! Really nice view from the balcony looking over Plaza Nueva and up towards the Alhambra.

Unfortunately we were given the wrong code for the apartment door but luckily there was someone at reception who helped us. And they let us leave our luggage with them as we had a slightly late departure, which was a great help. It was a little bit noisy one morning quite early when people were banging van doors (or was it bins?) outside but we didn't have that the second morning. The area just outside the hotel was a little bit scruffy and could do with clearing up. But the view from our balcony was lovely.

The property was lovely. The apartment was clean and perfectly located in the old city center. We made breakfast one morning and had everything we needed to cook. It has an elevator!

I also noticed a slight sewer type smell, like another reviewer mentioned, but I’ve noticed this smell in many places/cities in Spain. I don’t think it had anything to do with cleanliness and it wasn’t overpowering/offensive. Perhaps the utility infrastructure of a very old city is the culprit?

Very beautiful accommodation right in the city centre. The room was big, comfortable bed and we could store the luggage at the reception after check-out. The self check-in process was simple.We got a quieter room, but being right in Plaza Nueva, it was a bit noisy until the restaurants closed, at 12- 1 at night.
