I took this hotel because is very close to the train station and to the bus stop to go to the airport because that night I was arrived by train and my flight the day after was early. So this hotel was just perfect. They also were very kind to keep a bag that I had to leave in advance. The room was perfectly clean. My stay was just perfect, I had a good rest.

Excellent location, short wall from the train station and metro. And a short stroll to the Gran Via and Dan Juan de Dios where the main attractions and shopping areas are. Manolo at reception and the bar was fantastic - keeping our daughter entertained while we waited to leave for our train.

Truth is that we only spent a couple of days and were mostly running around the city, but the hours spent in the hotel were very relaxing. Great location, next to the gran via and bus station. The cleanliness in the hotel was next level and this always makes you feel at home.

Good location for us, close to the train station and not too far from the city centre. Our room had a balcony which was nice to sit on once the sun had gone far enough round (about 6:30 in late May). Breakfast was good, though the range of options on the buffet wasn't particularly large.

Spacious room. Glad that the receptionist offered us twin room (though this option wasn't available when we made the booking). There's a bus stop next door that can take you directly to the main attractions in the city centre.

The location was great, the decoration and ambience, quality and tidyness

Our bathrooms had some details like the loose shower or in my mother in law room the WC was too close to the sink, making it hard to use. The rooms corridor were noise, the people coming and going till late woke us several times.

The hotel has a good location. It has 24h reception. It is clean and comfortable. Our room was a twin arranged for 3, but with enough space. Even the suplimentary bad was comfortable. I recommend it !

Not being with the view on the front of hotel, but on a little interior courtyard, the room was a little dark and cool.

Excellent location and enough space for single traveler, and room has balcony to see Granada town and Alhambra palace hill. It also has bathtub.

It was a good exercise for me to go to Alhambra Palace on foot, it means bus or taxi should be used to Alhambra.

Welcoming staff on reception (Kim) and in the bar (Manolo). Good location, easy to walk into city centre. Comfortable beds, clean room, safe, fridge. On site secure car parking for additional fee (€20 per night).

Traffic noise until midnight.

I booked this hotel because I was driving and it seemed like it would be easy to find on a large street without going into the old town. It was easy to find and the hotel staff helped me pull the car down the steep narrow ramp next door to park. I stayed two nights and I thought it was a little expensive once I added the breakfast and parking. At least it was the most expensive of my hotels in Andalusia. Maybe that’s just Granada. The first room I was given was in the front of the hotel and on the hot western facing side, which was just too hot for me to be comfortable. The hotel only has heat in the winter, no AC. They moved me to an inner courtyard room which was much better. I was able to keep the window open in order to be cool. The breakfast was quite good. The staff got me ice cubes when I needed them.

The rooms felt a little worn and the bathroom door didn’t open fully because the toilet was in the way, which was kind of odd. Not having AC because the hotel is set to heat in the winter isn’t good for people that get hot easily. Be sure to ask for a room on the inner courtyard if you want to be able to open your window to cool down. Also the hotel isn’t really convenient to the old part of town but I knew that. It was a trade off for being able to drive there more easily.
