The hotel is very clean, in a good location with fantastic facilities. transport easily accessed and local supermarket available within a 10 minute walk. staff very friendly and can easily have a meal at Qubba. Staff Jose from Qubba is very friendly and helpful especially when spanish was very limited. Will definitely recommend.

Large room according to the description. Well equipped. Very quiet. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. Good lighting. Friendly staff. Comfortable bathroom (except shower). Coffee machine in the room. Good price/performance ratio.

The shower did not meet the quality standard of the hotel (older installation in a bath tub, little water pressure). Breakfast buffet was only average compared to other spanish hotels. Swimming pool closed (works from 15th June to 15 September only).

Quiet location. Very much enjoyed the pool, towel supply, comfy loungers. Effective and quiet air conditioning. Friendly staff. Very comfy beds and pillows. Short walk to the centre of fabulous tapas bars, restaurants, shopping and the amazing sites of the Alhambra, cathedral, Sacramente cave houses and so much more.

No kettle in room or tea/coffee facilities. Key cards had a habit of deprogramming and no, they were not near my mobile phone. That the pool closed for the season on our last evening even though the weather was still hot.

This hotel was spacious and comfortable, with good air conditioning. There was also a nice pool, which was a family favorite in the hot weather. The breakfast at the hotel was good. There is a parking lot under the hotel, which you need to reserve ahead of time. There is also a decent supermarket a couple of blocks away.

It is a little bit of a walk to the downtown area, but having the pool and parking lot is a good trade. The restaurant connected to the hotel is ok, but the wait staff don't seem very competent. They completely forgot one person's order, then when we mentioned it, didn't take any action to make it or accommodate us in any other way. I'd recommend going to a restaurant in town instead.

The building itself had nice facilities, we all enjoyed the pool. The theme of the hotel echoed the city and the history of Granada, with Moorish inspired decorations. The location of the hotel really worked well for us too, it was an easy drive off of the highway and as it is just on the edge of the city centre, easy to park in the neighbouring streets for free. The centre and all the sights are just a short walk away, but also there's a taxi rank very close if you plan to visit the Alhambra, and don't fancy the walk.

Personally noting, I know the hotel may have not been the most modern, as it's style seems like it was built in maybe the 70s/80s, but I really liked that feature, there is a real charm to the place.

Very comfortable room and terrace. Staff were lovely and the room was stylish and had everything we needed. This was slightly outside the centre of Granada but only about 10 minutes' walk and probably that is why it was so quiet. We had a lovely stay and will return to Hotel Saray. The attached restaurant is reasonably priced and the food is excellent. They also had a good vegan selection. Staff very welcoming and professional. Nice gardens and pool outside but pool was closed as out of season,

The car park. It is incredibly tight and having arrived in a rental we abandoned it there as couldn't face trying to manoeuvre it out again until we absolutely had to. We won't take a car there again purely because of the car park. It took five reversing manoeuvres to turn one corner. It cost €18 euro per day to park there which was worth it for convenience or would have been if it hadn't been so impossible to park and to get it out again. You can see the marks on every pillar where people have hit their cars. Truly awful and we had a medium sized rental. Really don't use it, fins somewhere else to park.

Hotel is really good, staff is well prepared, food is good and all the facilities also. I really enjoy, recomend and for sure will stay more times there. Is a convenient, everything is possible when we ask to the staff and I like it. They really help me with an issue so fast.

Nothing to say, they are perfect and my stay was really nice, confortable with good memories. People are nice and parking so good with easy location and everyhting well prepared. thank you a lot.

Parking. Staff were very good. We asked for twin beds and they only have doubles in standard rooms. So they upgraded us at no cost to Junior Suite. I parked in garage until 5.30pm on check out day at no extra cost. Breakfast buffet is very good. Maybe a little more fruit would be perfect. Heating and cooling is simple to adjust to what you want. Overall an excellent stay.

Just that they didn't have twin beds available in standard rooms. Also difficult to contact room service and choice is very limited

The location is very convenient going to the town area takes around 10mins walk. All the staff were very helpful but Ruben was extra helpful, due to some inconvenience we had with the rooms he upgraded us to the superior rooms which were amazing.

The pool temperature was extremely cold even though the weather was 36 Celsius it was very difficult to get in the pool as it was icy temperature!

Was a proper 4 star hotel and felt quite classy. Big double room, very comfortable, good air con, nice bathroom, clean, lovely cleaning staff, lovely staff in general. Pool was great, no beach balls in the pool was a shame for kids. dive weights a good alternative though. Pool food and refreshments good! Great little friendly barman too. So easy to get a taxi or walk in to Granada. Had a really lovely stay.

very noisy from neighbours, personally I couldn't sleep well the whole stay, poor noise insulation. didn't effect kids or wife though. Pool is open 11 to 8 pm. would have been nice if it was open a bit earlier and possibly later.
