Unfortunately like most places in Spain it’s noise from other apartments. And through entry door

Access to the apartment was very easy as you receive all codes by whatsapp. We stayed in a ground floor apartment which was very clean and modern. There was a nice patio to sit outside for a drink or to relax which we enjoyed a lot.

The windows are all blinded to give you some privacy as you are on the ground floor but it made me feel a bit locked up, luckily there are two small windows you can open. You can hear guests coming home at night quite loudly, but the host is not responsible for this. Guests returning home should respect their neighbours more.

Great location, easy to find, very quiet. Clear instructions from the reception before arrival. Bakery around the corner, Carrefour express 10 min walking distance, numerous restaurants, bus stops from where you can connect conveniently to different attractions. Getting bus card if you are staying for a couple of days makes sense - 30 min stroll to Alhambra or Albacin doesn't sound bad until you add up the hill, summer, and possible fatigue from previous days of walking around. The apartment was spacious, more than enough for a couple. Kitchen utensils basic. If you were wondering like myself, if there is a microwave- yes, there is one in the cupboard. In general, quite comfortable and nice place.

The knifes were dull. A bit pricey for a single traveller.

Excellent location as it is in the centre of everything. Rooms are spacious, clean and have the basics needed. The office/reception was open daily during our stay which was reassuring although we did not need to access them. Polite staff on site. The apartments are decorated well, with lovely big windows and wooden shutters. The apartment felt very safe once inside for the night,

Lacked some standard amenienties in room, for example iron and ironing board & kettle. This may be a problem for longer stays,(we stayed for 2 nights so managed without ironing). The accomodation felt like a service flat, fine for short stays but may lack charm & ambience for longer stays. Access details had not been sent at the allocated time, which meant we had to try, unsucessfully, to contact the accomodation agents. Thankfully the agent arrived within the hour and all was resolved.

The apartment is very nice, very clean, well equipped and at a good location in the city centre. It's very spacious with a big flat TV, a couch and a nice big table for dining. WiFi working well.

The biggest trouble was that the hosts contacted me through WhatsApp from a phone number that is different than the one on the booking.com site. They requested my credit card number for paying the deposit. The whole thing looked like a scam. It took a long time and some effort to make sure that it's really them, meanwhile I was already travelling to Granada. I only got the instructions on how to enter the apartment after paying the deposit, so it was an urgent business while travelling. It made my trip more stressful, but I'm happy that in the end I didn't need to give my card number, I could pay online. Please hosts if you read this: if I make a booking through booking.com then I expect all communication through this site; everything else will be suspicious!

We stayed in the superior apartment and it was very spacious. Comfortable sofa and chair, fully stocked kitchenette. The view into the courtyard added to the experience of being in Grandad and the sound of the fountain was very relaxing. Bed was again very comfortable. Linen and towels were well stocked and easy to use shower. Apartment was exceptionally clean. The apartment reception staff were so helpful and on hand. We will definitely come back to ISA apartments and to beautiful friendly Granada. Thank you for such a great stay.

Good position close to the center, the structure is very nice and the staff is always available to give suggestions and help. The room has everything you need and also soap/shampoo/dryer in the toilet

My room (Apt 2) was at the ground floor, so little privacy. In the room there is also a big noise of flushing water because of the fountain in the courtyard, but fortunately stops at 7PM. The room is very big and furnished but the toilet is very small compared and the shower is really really small, even though the water is very strong.

What a treasure of a find, especially for the price. The top floor apartment was immaculately clean. It had everything for our 2 night stay. The bed was comfortable, and I had the best sleep in weeks, kitchen area with coffee maker & microwave, fridge etc. White fluffy towels and plenty of hot water in the bathroom. There is a lovely courtyard behind the huge entrance door. So quiet and peaceful and walking distance to bars, restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. Local bakery for breakfast of delicious fresh croissants & coffee. All the staff were lovely. Directions & key collection were simple to follow. Sonia was a fabulous host, and kept in touch by what's app, gave us lots of information and advice on places to visit. We will definitely be back again soon

The property is located at a walking distance away from the city center. It’s an entire building with a courtyard in the middle. There are several tables and chairs for people to sit, talk or eat in the fresh air. Also, there is a small swimming pool in the courtyard for children. Each suite is spacious and is equipped all facilities you may need, especially for family or holiday purpose.

The TV cannot be properly connected to my phone to display content. Maybe it’s just hard to use.

One bedroom apartment on a quiet inner courtyard. Comfortable and well equipped. We were sent a code to enter but reception was there to give us the keys. Has a small swimming pool in the inner courtyard. Beds comfortable. Bathroom good, plenty of hot water. Coffee pods supplied and more available in reception. Convenient for sightseeing in Granada - all walkable. Th bakery opposite the front door made the best croissants ever!

For some reason no plugs in the kitchen area, had to plug the coffee machine in on the floor.
