Luved the hotel . The Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Comfy beds . Spotless clean!!! ..which is something I'm fanatical about. Bedding spotless . Towels fresh smelling etc . You get shower gels. Shampoo. A toothbrush and toothpaste. . Shower bathroom with jacuzzi bath in ! (Although didn't use it) A/c or heating on .lovely and warm . Very quiet. Slept well . Receptionist staff are fantastic. Absolutely first class . Restaurant for breaki . Spotless clean. Great service . Good continental breakfast. Good hot coffee ☕️. I will deffo stay there again.

The only thing I cld fault was the hot breakfast side..cld hve been better scrambled egg ... but I can't fault this hotel . It's fab x

Lovely hotel in great location. The staff were all very friendly, rooms clean and modern. Good bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed. When we got back to the room in the evening they had left us a little tray of pastries and muffins which was a very nice gesture.

We tried to get a tea and coffee in the morning when the restaurant was open for breakfast - we could not get drink only if we paid 14€ each for breakfast but we didn't want a full breakfast only a hot drink before we left for our 09.00 meeting. We could have had a hot drink from the bar - if it had been open but that doesn't open until 10.00. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The fridge was on but nothing in it - not even a bottle of water which would have been a nice touch.

Lovely hotel , close to Granada centre, easy flat walk, staff are very friendly and helpful, great rooftop terrace with splash pool, there’s a gym and jacuzzi plus sauna, I booked half board, food was fine good choice for breakfast, dinner a tad limited for choice but still okay great sweet choice . Train and tram stop 5 minutes away, bus stops outside hotel , main bus station and tram stop reasonably close! Definitely recommend going for a short break, will return ,

The breakfast was over the top! It was buffet style, and you could choose from an assortment of everything you could think of. There were eggs, pastries, any beverage you wanted, toast, rolls, yogurt, a large variety of fruit, sliced meats, and a large assortment of cheeses. It was amazing! Our room was large with all amenities as was the bathroom. The WiFi was fast and dependable. Two blocks from the train station. Bus stops right in front.

Would like to have had hand soap at the sink.

This is an excellent location from the city centre but away from the busy traffic. The neighborhood is safe and has good links to the centre.10 mins on the bus which costs 40 cents to go to Plaza Nueva. Make sure to get the Granada card from the ticket machine and top up with 10 Euros, this card can be used in all buses in the city and those going to the Albacin. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly, although some of them do not speak good English such as the night concierge. It is ideal for businessmen, couples and families. For Muslims, the bathroom has a bidet so keeping oneself clean is not a difficulty. I found the bed very comfortable and the room clean and tidy with no dust. The rooms were cleaned daily with new linen. Excellent stay!

The hotel says it has ironing facility. Unfortunately it does not. They do not allow irons in the individual room. A laundry service is provided but one item costs 5 Euros to just Iron. The gym is run down and for anyone who does serious training clearly not ideal. The dumbells only go upto 9kg and you can only do a few exercises on the resistance machine. The jacuzzi and pool are small only suitable for a few people but nonetheless clean.

The dinner is with menu and you have to select.No bUFFET and one night the staff from the bar did not came to take order from us because was busy to make coctails for dutch people so we did not eat and we paid for 4 nights dinners included and we forsed to go outside from the hotel to pay extra to eat with my friend.I ONLY RECCOMEND BREAKFAST THERE.

The room was very big with a couch and 2 tables. There was both a bath (with jacuzzi) and a shower. The breakfast was also quite big for Spanish standards with fresh fruits, several warm alternatives, etc. The staff was very helpful. It was a very short walk from the train station which was also a plus. When we reported the bathroom doorknob was broken they had it immediately fixed although it was the evening!

It would have been nice if they had a water cooker in the room, so we could make our own tea, but we went down to the bar with 2 teabags and they gave us hot water, which was nice.

We visited 3 hotels on our trip a this was the 2.best. Nice modern hotel,with modern furniture room. Room has large king size bed. We were at second floor with street view and trash cans. No balcony. Room was quite big,with fridge and depozit box. In bathroom were mini sizes of shampoo,shower gel,comb and other. Breakfast was in modern space with huge variety of food. Bacon,churito,sausages,fried and scrambled eggs,hams,chorizo,cheese and jamon-super good. From vegetable only tomatoes.There were a lot of sweets like donuts,very tasty cakes,muffins,croissants and vegetables,sweety pineapple and orange.And homemade fruit detox coctails. Hotel has garagep parking-22€ for night,very much in low season

In room missing kettle with tea and coffee facilities. For breakfast there missing fresh orange juice and will be nice to have glass of cava wine. High price for parking

Nice modern hotel with large rooms. Our room had a king size bed, a great bathtub jacuzzi plus a separate shower stall. Nice and quiet. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and helpful!

Some people like a firm mattress but it was too firm for us. Same with the pillows, a little too firm for our taste. Also, we had our car so really wanted parking and it lists parking as an amenity on Booking.com. However, you must contact the property and make a special request to reserve a parking spot. I didn't realize that so we ended up searching for parking on the street and found a spot close by... there is a public parking garage 1 block away.

Very friendly staff. Room clean and very comfortable. Busy area but not too noisy at night.

It was quite a walk from the city although we didn’t mind. We took a taxi to the Alhambra Palace as the roads/streets are very narrow and it’s all up hill. We booked for the Alhambra Palace tickets 1 month in advance and couldn’t get tickets for the Nasrid Palace as tickets are limited
