The space was beautiful, well located, and had everything we needed. The staff were so kind and helpful whenever we needed them, and I loved that they had cold water for sale 24h/day. It was great for working and hanging out. I raved about this place the entire time we were there.

Laundry machine was broken, but the nearby laundromats were great and the staff gave us change to use. Would have loved a larger refrigerator in the common area. Don't do what I did: I assumed the TOC Granada was so nice that I should stay at another TOC in Seville. The magic, unfortunately, doesn't extend - just stick to TOC Granada :)

Very clean rooms and bathroom. Location right in the centre of the city. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only reason I did not provide max rating os because the air conditioning did not work in the room, even if we tried to adjust the thermostat, and during the night the temperature in the room got quite high with 6 people in it, and windows fully shut to cancel out the street noise. As some other suggestions for more guest comfort: full body mirror somewhere in the room if possible (the only available mirror for 6 people i s in the bathroom), and privacy curtains for the beds, because when other roommates turn on the light in the room, the light hits fully some of the beds, and the protection panel next to the head area is providing a very small corner of shelter while sleeping.

It was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet at night. There were travelers of all ages. The bathroom was cleaned every day. The common areas were clean and beautiful. There was a kitchen if you want to cook your own meals. There were laundry facilities. It had everything you could possibly need, and it was very centrally located. The restaurant was very good, and inexpensive (with an extra -10% if you are staying there). There were excellent hostel-sponsored activities for solo (and multiple) travelers, and these were less expensive than similar activities booked through guide websites. For example, a guided sunset walk up to the San Miguel lookout ("mirador"), a hike in the nearby Sierra Nevada Mountains, a rooftop dinner party, pub crawls, etc.

The lobby bathroom kept running out of toilet paper.

Brilliant location, friendly staff and great ambience all round. A gem in a beautiful city! It had many different amenities and an array of different activities to offer. It also had an eclectic mix of guests. It is has more the feel of a hotel than hostel. Lots of very comfy and welcoming communal areas, all exceptionally clean. It therefore felt like good value for money. Should I return to Granada I would definitely stay here again!

The restaurant opening times due to a change in season were confusing and I couldn't get much clarity on this. Despite and knowing I was in a single room a felt the quality of the bed could have been slightly better, the shower also had a tendency to leak water and flood the bathroom floor.

The staff were friendly and efficient. I was on the bottom, so everything was OK. There are no curtains on each bunk, but I feel privacy was still OK. Bedding provided . I also like the option of plugs orcharging ports. I also liked the leather organiser's at the bedside. The lockers were nice and large Downstairs area, is really good lots of space and a kitchen area . The hostel is close to the Cathedral if your travelling via buses into Granada, the number 33 stops outside the bus station, and this goes to the cathedral and just a small walk to the Hostel Lovely stay thank you Ja kie mccormick

The Hostel/Hotel: I stayed in a private double room. It was spacious, modern, clean and functional with good air conditioning. Linens and towels were all very clean. WiFi network, shower and water pressure all worked very well. All in all, cozy and relaxed environment. Accommodation is safe and secure with keycard access throughout the building and room. The Stay: The bed was quite comfortable; clean towels and linens were provided. Centrally located and walking distance to most attractions. Plenty of food and bar options within minutes of the accommodation. The Service: This is where they truly shine. Very pleasant, informative and helpful staff. Special shoutout to Fernando for his help with a last minute change to my reservation. He made everything easy and seamless. Staff were always available to answer questions and offer recommendations/guidance upon request. 10/10 would recommend!

All hostels should have curtains on the beds, the tiny wood panels on the beds give absolutely no privacy and if you like sleeping in the dark, they don’t block any of the light Needs more hooks or coat hangers Street gets quite noisy at night and early morning

Location couldn’t be better, it made my trip really enjoyable and easy. Super clean, easy to use facilities; lovely staff; and a great little restaurant out the back for easy tapas and drinks until late if you didn’t feel like going out. Also very secure with keycards.

There are good common areas and a nice rooftop though this wasn’t really used when I was there and it can be super quiet - I met some nice people but it wasn’t one of the most sociable hostels I’ve been to in terms of a buzzing common area or hostel events. Great if you like a more chilled/quiet vibe.

I loved the cleanliness of the rooms, and that each room had it's own on-suite shower and toilet which is not typical for most hostels. Before booking I read some reviews that this hostel was not very social, I found that was not true. Everything was clean, safe and secure and the location was perfect. I also found new friends the very first night just by sitting i n the common area :) The beds were comfy and warm and my dorm mates were respective of each other in terms of being quiet, and not bothering other guests if anyone was sleeping.

There isn't one thing that I didn't like. My stay was very nice. I would suggest more events to be organised by the hostel, however I stayed there Christmas Eve and Christmas day so I understand not much was possible to organize when most restaurants were closed at this time.
