Amazingly beautiful property, spotlessly clean with all amenities available. The location is second to none, right in the middle of Granada. Luis was super helpful and made us feel very welcome. Great deal on parking available as well! We’ll definitely be back!

The apartment is super clean, very spacious, and beautifully decorated, great kitchen and bathroom, the floor tile is most delighted and elegant, we feel just like home. Also the apartment is very central, many restaurants around, grocery store is just cross road, we feel very comfortable and safe during the stay, the staff members are very friendly and helpful. Love everything about this apartment .

Nothing, everything is fabulous.

Perfect location in the center of Granada, large apartment, excellent air conditioner, clean, comfortable. There is a lift so no need to climb stairs. The bathroom is large, and the water pressure is pleasantly strong. If you have a car be advised that it's very hard to get to the apartment without driving through the restricted area in the center of Granada. Mosaiko offers a deal for a parking about 7-10 min walk.

The apartment is almost perfect, a coffee machine in the kitchen would be a bonus.

The location was perfect, close so everything in the old town, but on a quieter street with just a small square nearby and without large restaurants and bars that generate a lot of noise. The building and apartment are beautifully kept, well-furnished and immaculately clean. Our apartment on the 3rd floor was very spacious and very bright, with lovely views of an old church in one direction and the Cathedral in the other. We appreciated being met by the owner on arrival, who showed us everything we needed to know for our week’s stay. Luis-Miguel speaks English well, and clearly takes pride in what he has created and we enjoyed our conversations with him very much. We always enjoyed coming back to the apartment after our explorations in the city and we slept very well there. Highly recommended for a wonderful stay in a beautiful city.

We loved everything about this property.

It is in the historical center and a quiet street, very close to a super market, cafes and restaurants. Sound-proof is good. Very clean, all kitchen amenities we needed are available, it has a nice and classical artitacture of the Granada. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

The online check-in, not explicitly mentioned in the check-in conditions, was sent via whats up to complete it to get a code which is used in doors. It is difficult for me to complete the online check-in, but the staff was helped me to make check-in in the reception. The air conditioner makes the room warm in a longer time ( a few hours). The code used for the doors is a little bit long.

Fond memories of our stay in Granada are complemented by a recollection of our stay in Mosaiko Homes. The apartment, in its understated beauty, was not just lovely to be in; it had nearly everything we needed for a functional and comfortable stay away from home. All the spaces outside of the unit smelled beautiful and seemed spotless - the entryway, the stairway, the halls and elevator areas. Everything was easy on the eyes - from the layout to very minute details such as signage. Certainly, the apartment was tastefully-designed and looks better in person. The app locks and key press locks to the apartment and our room make going in and out a breeze. The unit was spacious, with adequate lighting, heating, cooling, and ventilation in all rooms. There are several side tables. The bar table setup for two is enough for our dining needs. The unit's well-equipped to include an iron and board, laundry rack, hair dryer, bath gel and shampoo, and kitchen amenities (glasses, plates, mugs, pitcher, cutlery, kitchen tools, scissors, wine opener, kettle, microwave, stove, etc.). The kitchen trash bin is large enough. Tissues, dishwashing liquid, sponge, and a disposable kitchen towel were provided. The bathroom is spacious and gets a good amount of sun. Racks are adequate. Bath towels, hand towels, a kitchen towel, and a rug were replaced during room cleaning. The common-use washing machine and dryer satisfied our laundry requirements, and detergent came free of charge. Communication was easy and professional - Luis and his staff respond swiftly and address needs in a timely and appropriate manner. They had accommodated our requests to the best of their capacity. Luis was lovely to work with as well as share stories with. We remember him with fondness. Mosaiko Homes is in close proximity to major points of interest, shops, grocery stores, and eating places. We look forward to staying here again when we next visit the city.

Not offered: universal adapter, slippers Pet hair on some of the furniture and on the floor - they were quick to address the issue and even recompense us for the inconvenience. Bathroom glass windows did not have curtains or blinds, instead, were frosted in some areas. Lower portion could be made more discreet. We had to tape sheets of paper for a bit more privacy.

The apartment is beautiful. it's located in a great area. Shops and restaurants are close by. The bathroom is spacious. The apartment has tall ceiling. It was sanitized before we arrived. The check in was very smooth. The staff is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment! if we return to Granada, we will definitely stay here!

Just minor thing, The pillows were not very comfortable!

This stunning property is the perfect place to stay in Granada. The historic aspects of the building have been preserved - most noticeably the colorful tile floors. It feels like you are staying inside a beautiful painting. The modern touches are perfect - a fantastic shower, fully-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, television, and free laundry. I could go on and on. I actually told the staff that I wanted to move in and stay forever. Walkable to everywhere although you might want to take a cab to the Alhambra or the Albacin depending on your stamina.

We travelled around Andalucia for 2 weeks for two weeks and this was the best place we stayed in! The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious with everything you could need. The owner we met was friendly and gave us some excellent recommendations for places to eat. Location was excellent and recommendation for parking although a 5 minute walk was very easy to find and drive into. We had our dog with us and he was made feel welcome and bowls left out for him. A perfect stay and I wouldn't stay anywhere when visiting Granada.

Incredibly quiet thanks to double glazing, beautifully fitted out, very comfortable and very clean accommodation. Staff on reception were brilliant and really helpful, and gave excellent information . We loved these apartments, located in the heart of Granada. Food places everywhere, right near the Cathedral, and can walk to the Alhambra. Use of washer and dryer with detergent provided. Excellent aircon and you can open windows when you want to. Absolutely lovely. Thank you!
