Every aspect of this exceptional hotel -- its thoughtful, modern design and amenities, privileged quiet, rural location, it's remarkably high standards of warm professionalism and care for every need / request of its guests, friendly personal engagement of its owners and solution-oriented staff, its excellent breakfasts and fabulous dinner creations of it's owner-chef -- made it the most enjoyable and memorable destination in our 12 day motorcycle trip across Andalucia and southern Portugal. A perfect base from which to enjoy our last four days of beautiful mountain roads around la Sierra Nevada. Thank you Marc & Luz, Sara & Elisa!

Honestly the most enjoyable hotel experience I've had. I was looking for a peaceful week in the countryside and that's exactly what I got. The hotel was immaculate, the staff were excellent and accommodating, and Marc was very helpful with his suggestions of activities to do. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. The restaurant was amazing too. A wide selection of food on the menu and everything was delicious!

Beautiful property in the middle of the most lovely nowhere. Plenty of quaint Spanish villages close by though. Extremely modern property with a very nice rural charm. That dichotomy makes this unique. Well worth the visit and give the food is excellent and the pool is too, you can easily spend a few days here.

The only weird thing was the ISP censoring even YouTube comments… or normal YouTube videos. Must be some extreme filtering. Very safe for kids no doubt but I found it very annoying.

This hotel is a unicorn! They provide a 4 star luxury experience in the middle of a remote nature reserve. The owner, Mark, is a hospitality professional who cooks himself for a lovely dinner experience. Breakfast is á la carte and fantastic, too. The rooms are exactly as advertised, in as new condition and sparkling clean. When my motorcycle had a technical issue, he even called a qualified mechanic from his personal network to help me sort it out.

This property is situated in a quiet and restful country setting, a short distance from Huéneja. It is new and tastefully appointed with modern design and amenities. The restaurant serves top-notch food, both for dinner and breakfast. Service by the owner and staff was excellent throughout our stay. We loved everything about the Hotel Boutique Molino de Enmedio.

Beautiful hotel run by a lovely couple who really know how to take care of you. We stayed for a week in one of the suites with a balcony. The views from the room were stunning, the bed was huge and so comfy, great shower and jacuzzi bath and lovely pool. We had such a peaceful stay here! We ate in the hotel restaurant 4 nights out of 7 and the food was delicious. You will not go hungry either as the portions were massive. The owner gave us lots of tips about things to see and nearby places to visit. We went on some great walks straight from the hotel but also travelled to nearby towns and attractions. Do not hesitate to book this hotel!!

Our stay was brilliant and I wouldn't fault it. However, if we were being picky - when our room was cleaned the coffee cups were replaced but coffee and water was not topped up. Since the hotel restaurant is not always open all day it would have been nice for these touches to have been refreshed through the week BUT when we asked for more coffee and water we were given them no problem. :) We will hopefully return one day. :)

RECOMENDED to all PILGRIMS and non-pilgrims. Hands down best hotel I have stayed in on the Camino. The hotel will pick-up/drop off pilgrimers from the Camino in Huéneja, If needed. Hotel & restaurant great value for money! The rooms are completely new, modern, practical and silent. Bed is super comfy. The cleaning is spotless. Minibar with free water, hair dryer, towels , all toiletries and coffee machine (incl. decaf) are provided. In case you should miss something, ex. Toothbrush, Sara from the reception will give you one. The restaurant is EXCEPTIONAL. I went with Chefs recommendation (who is also owner) and wasn’t let down. I am picky about fried stuff and steaks, but the croquetas and steak I had there were amazing! Don’t skip desert and have some lokal wine. Also the restaurant itself is beautiful, full of natural light with Mountain views. Make sure to let Sara known you will be eating there, as locals come here to dine as well. Last but not least, the owner Luz and her Belgian husband were the kindest people I have met. They genuinely took an interest in helping me for no other reason than their good will. i even got creatively made ice packs for my lesions. I was about to give up, but thanks to Luz and her husband I could continue my Camino! Note, leaving this place will be hard. Maybe plan two nights here, it’s a great place to rest and fuel up after crossing the desert. You won’t find anything like this later on!

Mark & Luz were excellent hosts, they are super attentive to guests needs and put on amazing breakfasts and dinners for us. We are the cycling team with people from the UK and Spain and they couldn't have done more to make our trip a success. Very comfortable hotel in a great location to explore the wonderful cycling terrain around the area. Secure bike storage and flexible timing on meals with a lovely pool for post ride relaxing.

it’s a super modern property in a very peaceful, rustic setting. The junior suite was very spacious and tastefully decorated. the views are spectacular and the stars at night unbelievable.

For me it wasn’t a problem, but some people might find the openness of the bathroom strange. it would have been nice to have more grounds to enjoy, but we had a lovely walk back down towards Huéneja. There are some wonderful views from parts of the room, but others overlook the car park.

If we could give more stars we would. Amazing place located peacefully in the mountains. The hotel is beautiful and all design details were truly thoughtful. Food and service was well above our expectations for such a remote place. The lovely couple who owns the place really made us feel comfortable and we love how cyclist friendly it was. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a retreat.
