We were made very welcome by the reception team. The staff through out the hotel were very friendly and helpful. There was a great choice of breakfast items. The pool area was lovely and clean and plenty of sunbeds to go round. Rooms were lovely too. Ours was small but great . If you wanted a taxi reception can order it. 5 minute walk and you can get a taxi boat to Ibiza town. It’s about 1/2 hour up hill walk to get into Ibiza old town from the hotel.

They have 1 food menu which is available for lunch and dinner, but there wasn’t anything on it for a cheap light lunch. They could do with a pool side menu. We had to leave the hotel to find something to eat.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during our trip to Ibiza, and our experience was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. The lobby always had a fresh, inviting scent, and this attention to detail extended to every part of the hotel, including the pool area and the pool water, which were both consistently clean. Cleanliness was particularly important to us, especially given Ibiza's reputation as a party destination where many facilities can be loud, trashy, or dirty. We were thrilled to find that this hotel was a serene exception. We experienced no noise issues during our stay, and everything was maintained to a high standard. The breakfast offered a fair selection, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending our evenings at the lovely rooftop bar. The views were spectacular, and it was the perfect spot to unwind. The staff at the reception were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. In terms of location, the hotel felt safe and was conveniently close to the ocean. While we did need to take a taxi to reach the clubs and the old city, this minor inconvenience was outweighed by the many positives. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will most likely choose this hotel again for our next visit to Ibiza. If you're looking for a clean, quiet, and pleasant place to stay in the midst of Ibiza's vibrant scene, we highly recommend this hotel.

However, there were a few aspects of our stay that could be improved. While our room was nicely decorated and well-equipped with enough hanging and folding space for our clothing and two desks to set things on, it felt quite crowded. The shower was beautiful, but our biggest issue was the room's lighting. It was very dark, making it a daily struggle to do our makeup. The window next to the mirror only provided sunlight to one side of our faces, and the bathroom lighting was also insufficient. This was a significant inconvenience for us.

The cleaning staff in the morning were incredibly loud when talking to each other, almost like they are trying to wake everyone. One of our group only told me the day we left that his room had not been cleaned and beds not changed which I was surprised at because ours had. The cooked breakfast really should be better for this hotel. The bacon was so overcooked it was inedible, the scrambled egg was in a big block so you had to chop it up and the sausages were just disgusting. The pastry’s and fruit were acceptable. The cost of drinks here are on the high side but it is Ibiza.

I always stay here when in Ibiza and the hotel is lovely and conveniently located. The breakfast is delicious and the pool area is great for easy relaxation. The rooftop bar is great to have some pre-dinner drinks and catch sunset, if you can. The staff always go over and beyond; I had to work when I last came here and they set up their conference room for me at very short notice and accommodated all of my needs. They were fantastic, and such a joy. No ask is too much for them, and I really appreciate their attentiveness. It added another layer of joy to the stay.

The twin room we were in this time was much, much smaller than any room we have previously stayed in. There was very little space to move, and the bathroom was tiny. On top of that, it was right near the lift, so we could hear all guest conversations in clear detail when they were going up or down the floors, which made for an uncomfortable stay at times. This was despite paying the same price (actually a little more) than we have paid for much larger rooms previously. We asked the staff if they had larger rooms available, but the hotel was fully booked, so moving wasn't possible. It made the stay much less value for money than our past stays.

Breakfast buffet was nice. Hotel was quiet at night, in contrast with the afternoon. I appreciated it that they allow you to stay by the pool and use a bathroom with shower after you check out from your room. The hotel is very close to the beach which is quite nice. I also liked it that the soap, conditioner and body cream were dispensed in big bottles (not those tiny disposable ones) and were of good quality.

Our "small room" was tiny. There was no room to leave the luggage. It should be reserved for single people or sold at a discount. What I found truly terrible was the plastic mattress cover. It is the kind used to prevent "accidents" and it feels really unpleasant. Also, for that price (200 EUR a night) some free water should be provided.

We loved everything about the hotel - the location, friendly staff, clean rooms and breakfast by the pool were highlights. We loved being so close to the seafront and there is a supermarket just next door which is ideal.

The rooms are quite small and the bathroom is right next to the bed so not the most comfortable. The fridge is also in a bit of an awkward place inside the wardrobe so not ideal for hanging longer clothes. The pool area is also quite small so just be prepared to be surrounded by people.

The room was large and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Pretty convenient to be able to get taxis to the beaches and go for a bit of a walk to get into Ibiza Town.

The breakfast which is included let it down a little. We were staying for a week so we decided a few days to go elsewhere just to keep it variable. The pool is relatively small with a lot of people so you have to be quick to get a sunbed in the morning.

Beautiful property with great outside space - small pool, cabanas and lots of beds and seating areas. Lovely rooftop bar to enjoy before heading out. Good breakfast with lots of choice. I also had an excellent massage in the spa

My room was a bit small although it had a large balcony with comfy sofa style beds. Other rooms of same price were larger so guess it was pot luck. Staff were really friendly and attentive but got our pool orders wrong a few times - they corrected them without a fuss.

The location was in quieter area than downtown- but still walki g distance to the main restaurants dalt villa and marina area . The pool was great - the staff attentive - food was excellent on sky bar too , but rather quiet - Taxi quick when called by the front desk. Pool towels provided which we can take to the beach resorts too . umbrella provided if rain around - Beds so extrememly comfortable , but wish a floor mat by the bed for bare foot -

Pool closed too early - the shower was difficult tonclose and leaked - the vanity in bathroom not big enough to share either - rooms are small but you make do .

The atmosphere and how friendly everyone was all the staff were amazing. They couldn't do enough for you. I will definitely return next year for sure. The breakfast was wonderful.. I also had a couple of meals early in the evening, and the food was excellent .Attention to detail was really good 👍

There really wasn't anything I could really fault.. Maybe it would be nice to open the sky bar around 5 pm so I could have a drink before going back to the room. I would definitely have used it..
