Hotel is located within walking distance from many of the town's attractions including a nearby Zoo that is a must to visit. Hotel premises are clean, modern, well laid out, it has a rooftop terrace with nice views and the breakfast is spot on. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Nice and relaxing stay and good bit to do in area around the hotel. Do consider visiting Cadiz which is near by - if you drive a car that is.

Parking is very tight nearby so most likely you will need to use public paid car park 10min walk away so plan accordingly. Some rooms including ours did not have any outside facing window, there was one facing inside the building though. Pool is tiny and right in front of reception but there's a good few chairs around to relax. Staff was hard to get a hold of between 11am and 3pm so keep this in mind.

The hotel is wonderful, it's lounge zone with the pool and it's terrace on the top floor with beautiful views transmit the peace and tranquility that you can find in few places, and the most impressive thing is that the hotel is in the center of the city. They have an agreement with the nearest parking lot that makes arrival much easier and you don't have to worry about the car, just as they contact you the day before your arrival to give you all the information you may need during your stay. The team that works at Astuto are like family to you, you feel at home and they welcome you as if you were one of their family. The breakfast has everything you need, good quantity and variety and the girl who serves it is wonderful. The room is spacious, bright and has everything you need for your stay. I highly recommend this hotel, you will know what it is like to be calm during your vacation in Jerez.

We liked our room and enjoyed being able to use the roof terrace which was very nice and sunny. We loved all the staff that we met, everyone was friendly and helpful. We had a few problems with Wi Fi and Air Conditioner but these were sorted. We think the hotel is good value and in a great location so overall a very good experience - thank you.

Better quality coffee at breakfast please. Separate towels for the sun beds to be available.

Ours was an upper room with direct access to terrace : Spacious room . Comfortable beds . Lovely bathroom . Great view from upper terrace . Good quality sunbeds .Quiet location but easy walking distance to shops and restaurants . We appreciated the restaurant recommendations via whatsapp ,Good communication .

The Hotel asked for feedback for any improvements . Here goes and they are all easy changes to make ; No full length mirror . The TV didn't access any stations - not even radio channels . Only one pillow per person - we had to ask for another . The room was spacious enough for a small table and 2 chairs which was needed . The kitchen ? There was a sink and a mini bar . There was more than enough space for a kettle , cups , dishcloth and a fridge . The hotel bar closed at 9pm so guests should have the facilities to make their own cold drinks for a nightcap on the lovely terrace . Yes there are free hot drinks available from a machine 3 floors down - not an easy morning cuppa ! Also we would have really appreciated some free maps of the city available to guests .

The rooftop terrace was a very cozy place to relax with a beautiful view of the neighboring church steeples and the night sky. We were traveling with family (four rooms total) and found this spot to be a great place to gather. They sold wine, beer, sherry and cava in the reception area and the coffee machine was always available so you could sit and enjoy a beverage on the rooftop or by the pool after a day of touring. There were fresh breads, pastries, ham & cheese, yogurt and fruits available for breakfast. Quiet location on a small side street within easy walking distance of everything. Staff was great - very welcoming & attentive and the rooms and property were always kept clean. We will return!

The staff were fabulous and so very helpful and made us both feel very welcome . Very well organised and excellent communications regarding sorting taxis or offering suitable recommendations. The location was superb. The room was large and spacious and the bed was large and comfortable . The shower was great. Breakfast was very good . The property was very well maintained and the owner obviously takes pride in the property which shows! Would definitely stay again as we had such enjoyable experience and were looked after so well .

Staff went above and beyond to help and assist us with anything we needed, from taxi booking to food recommendations, they really couldn’t have done more. The hotel itself is beautiful, the pool area is perfect for getting cool and sunbathing. Such a stunning area! The roof terrace is also a lovely place to relax after dinner. The rooms were clean and spacious, with lonely smelling shampoo and shower gels. Water available at all times in reception and free coffee machine was a bonus. Thank you for everything, it was your staff that really made this stay so enjoyable.

This is a comfortable hotel. Coffee etc is available free of charge in the basement. Water in the room for drinking is in reusable bottles. Comfortable bed and the shower was a good size walk in type. Centrally located for the city sites and Bodega tours which are all within walking distance. If you check first it is within waling distance of the main train station. Though not open, the bar on the roof terrace would be a pleasant area to use in warmer months.

The room maybe a bit small for 2 people. The reception staff recommended the nearest bar/cafe at the end of the street. Beware the staff ignored me.

Beautiful boutique Hotel although the size of rooms were much larger than i expected the entrance to the hotel was into like and old courtyard which had the wow factor and the hosts were very attentive and explained everything very eloquently. Room was excellent and free coffee anytime you wanted it. Rooftop bar was very nice and comfortable seating. Carparking was only about a 6 min walk. Highly recommend this place for the price could not fault it in anyway.
