Clean and tidy hotel. Staff friendly and happy to help. The same issue is reflected in both positive and negative elements. The hotel is extensively used by tour bus companies and as a result the hotel is very quiet in the day and we virtually had the pool and facilities to ourselves. Breakfast is very good.

The hotel is extensively used by tour bus companies that often leave early in the morning to their next destination. On a couple of occasions this resulted in a lot of noise in the corridors as the those departing gathered their bags and chatted loudly outside our room. The location is a little outside the centre of Jerez and although my wife and I walked in and out every day, this might not be for everyone.

Nice smart hotel, clean and comfortable. Not too big but big enough to have most services. Nice pool and relaxing area. Very helpful staff, organised an accessible room and quick to get taxis when requested.

A little way from the centre of town but not far enough to be a real issue. No kettle in room (although one provided on request with cups and tea available from the bar with no queries) and tiny fridge/mini-bar. Pool shut quite early but maybe because of potential noise issues.

Smart central areas in the hotel. Recently refurbed. Gardens looked lovely and were being reseeded for summer. Comfortable rooms. The deco a little dated. Lovely big spacious balcony. Staff all very helpful It is a little way out of town. Brisk 20min walk or there’s a bus outside the property. Good food in the Vermutari.

There was no tea/coffee in the room but you can request a kettle at reception and get a cup and saucer from the bar. The indoor pool was cold the first few days and the changing facilities are very poor. Best a quick nip down in your own bathrobe!

We were very happy with our stay at Hipotel Sherry Park Hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel staff was polite and hospitable. For only € 11 per person we could add a very good hotel breakfast buffet. There were no gluten free options; however, the egg/ommlette station was a great addition. There was an enclosed carpark by the hotel for a discounted price for guests of approximately € 9 for the day. Both the indoor and outdoor pool areas looked great. This hotel exceeded our expecations and would recommend to anyone travelling to Jerez de la Frontera!

Approximately 15-20 minute walk to the main sites; however, this was known to us.

The hotel never disappoints. This was my 10th visit. The staff are always fantastic, I was met by all the regular team who know me by name. The hotel has had some lovely updates - new balconies, new fittings in the breakfast room and a lovely new bar in the lounge. The gardens are immaculate and everywhere is clean and tidy. The Vermuteria sherry/tapas bar is exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel. See you next year!

I was sad when it was time to go home!

The hotel provided a very pleasant experience. The staff was amazing and a shout out to everyone for being kind, friendly and helpful! Morning breakfast was excellent. Plenty of variety and a chef who made omelets and fresh eggs. One day the breakfast was not open and the front desk allowed me to go in and make a cup of coffee. Big plus in my books. We ate the restaurant one day and the staff were very engaging and funny! We loved them. We also did nightly drinks in the bar to wrap up our day. Again, great staff! The room was super clean. GREAT balcony! And most importantly a comfy bed. We did utilize the workout room, the pool and the sauna. A plus! We would definitely stay here again!

First of all excellent staff, great location close to city centre, exceptional cleanliness, nice pool area, nice bar area, really good breakfast and free parking. Overall excellent and we are looking to book again for another visit.

Only thing that was slightly odd was early closing for the bar, it was midnight closing and there was a very prompt closing, but maybe something to do with licence, I guess.

Breakfasts excellent, staff very efficient and helpful. Location very good. Pool lovely.

Smoking issue - persons allowed to smoke on balconies ( which all rooms appear to have) consequently smoke drifts to your balcony and into bedroom- not nice if a non smoker. Lack of information in rooms and entrance hall, eg times of meals, pool rules. Anything else available in hotel or general activities to do/ see in the town.

A comfortable well equipped room. Not overly large but had fridge & great shower. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were all very friendly. About 25/30 mins walk to Jerez centre. No hills. Bar prices very reasonable .

TV channels ( for UK only BBC World but constantly breaking up so unwatchable. Car park, just installed barriers & pay machine charged us ,€19 for approx 18 hrs overnight. Luckily free for first few days as not properly set up. We stayed for 1 week so bear in mind when looking at cost.

This was our 10th stay at the Sherry Park and we were made most welcome by the staff who know us well. We were staying in our usual room. The hotel is constantly upgrading its standards both in the building and outside in the lovely gardens. The pool opening times were extended which suited us well. During our week stay we enjoyed the fantastic breakfasts, both from the buffet and the hot food breakfast station every day, with the breakfast service opening until 10.30. We can't praise enough the high level of staff care and cleanliness. Looking forward to next time.
