Location really good. Only a 5-10min walk to the old town centre. Not too noisy as the road it is on is not that busy. Unfortunately we did not have breakfast on this occasion but had great feedback from a fellow guest so will opt for this next time. We did like the drinking water in reception (flavoured with cinnamon sticks and fruit slices) at the guest's disposal. Fixtures and fittings great and room very clean and comfortable. Very helpful and responsive staff. I informed reception on my way out that there was a small issue with the shower connector (leaking slightly when in use, but then going down the plughole). This was not an issue for me, but thought it best to let them know as a small amount of water was being wasted each time. On my return, the whole mixer tap had been replaced with a new one. Impressive - especially it being a bank holiday. Also, a day after checking out I called to tell them that I had forgotten to take my Euro converter plug from the room. It had been found, and they kept it in reception/housekeeping for me, to be picked up by a relative a few days later.

Jerez is just bursting with history , the hotel is centrally located and parking is available but you need to book it . Spacious room with a balcony was really lovely, the receptionist was friendly and knowledgable and informed us of a special event taking place that weekend which was truly spectauliar. The home of sherry! and you can visit the Bodegas and learn all about it, the famous horses too is worth going to see and as always do your research before you go. Walking around the place is easy and you can find exciting gems in the architecture and churches, you can get lost easily so make sure you have a good map. We ate at the local restuarants and found them fascinating with street performers just showing up, playing the guitar and singing it was great.

Lack of gluten free options in restaurants but luckily the supermarket did have some items.

The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and although the beds were a little hard, it was a comfortable space. The location is good, with restaurants close by, plus food available at the bar/room service. It's close to a good supermarket, a Mercadona. We had breakfast in the buffet each day, and there was a good selection on offer. There were tissues in the room, which seems to be a dying amenity in hotels, I liked they were included.

Our room was pretty hot the day we arrived, but the next day the hotel turned off their winter heating, and the temperature improved. No kettle in the room.

My wife and I had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Jerez Centro! From the moment we arrived, Ana at the reception, provided exceptional service, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The cleanliness of the room she allocated is definitely a plus, as a clean and comfortable space is essential for a pleasant stay. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. Staying at Jerez Centro is fantastic experience! The location is within walking distance to the tourist attractions as well as to the railway station.

Hard to find a fault.

The property was nice, clean , good size clean bathroom, it was a rescue stay for us as we were traveling to Seville and we couldn’t find a place nearby Seville at the time. There is a nearby public parking for ten euros a day, the receptionist (Francis) was very nice gentleman and welcoming, We liked it and would probably stay in it if we visit Jerez again.

The air conditioner needs an attention, it was quite warm night and we couldn’t sleep well due to the heat.

It's a simple hotel, clean, functional and very central. The room I got was very big and cosy. The price was amazing and they have plenty of parking spaces right under the hotel, so that's handy.

I asked for a large bed but I got two singles ones next to each other, with non-connected mattresses. So I ended up sleeping in one small bed. Do hotels not know the difference between twin and double room?

Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. There was a bath as well as a shower and the hotel was well located close to bars and shops. Nice breakfast. Staff were very helpful.

The room was a little dark and not all the lamps were working. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room although we knew this when we booked.

A very large room with large closets and large bathroom in a very classy old building. Very quiet as I had requested but unfortunately looking into an interior shaft with other room's windows only a few feet away so curtains had to be kept closed. Parking underneath the hotel with reasonable price, the room itself extremely reasonably priced as well. Excellent breakfast buffet replenished to the last second!

I would hope something "more" from Melia.... Only one very hard pillow (for me at least), some furniture worned out, twin beds that had no stop and moved around the room and a huge reception somehow lacking color and life. Two personal, maybe too fussy notes: I only stayed for the day of my birthday and they knew it and a small note is "mandatory" I believe, or even two shots of sherry, while being in the land of sherry. Also besides the very large main mirror in the bathroom, there were two additional tinted ones that made me feel kind of uncomfortable....

Positives- location, helpfulness of staff, spacious room, comfortable beds

Nothing not to like …if I was being really picky perhaps a second comfortable chair in the room would be nice to have and to have the coffee machine near a plug socket but for the price I thought this was good value.
