Apartment was great , very spacious and clean , beds were very comfortable

We would have liked a balcony to sit on , I didn’t realise a French Balcony was only really patio doors but that was my fault We would also liked a toaster in the kitchen

Lack of a courtesy room facility on offer on checkout day. Apartments slightly dated now, especially bathrooms.

The location is excellent

It wasn’t well maintained. Kitchen cupboard door was broken. Toilet seat was chipped. Skirting boards and floor could benefit from a good scrub. Bath had black scum around the top and tiles. Coffee table had laminate coming off the side and drawer front in bedroom partially fell off. The WiFi was extremely slow and poor.

My mother and I booked an apartment for a week's stay at the beginning of January. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The apartment pool was really lovely, and the restaurant by the pool has a great selection of food and drinks (including frozen cocktails!). We really couldn't believe how perfect the apartment was for us, especially considering the very reasonable price. We had such a fantastic stay, and will be back!

Excellent location. Walking distance to beach and restaurant/cafe areas of town. Rooftop terrace was our favourite feature. Bottle of water provided was a nice touch.

The fact that 'our' swimming pool was actually linked to a bar and open to the general public was certainly not made clear in the property description. Although this was not generally an issue, I feel that this should have made more transparent in the description of the property and available facilities

The resort was fantastic and the appartment although basic was very clean. Towels and bedding were changed every two days which was appreciated.

We noticed that the cleaners dud not keep our recycling separate but through it all the same black bag. Also the cleaners were quite noisy so lie ins were not good.

Cleanliness, very quiet (but see below), close to quality restaurants

On arrival, loud noise from workmen at adjacent apartment. Complained to receptionist who first told us we could have a refund but that there were no available empty rooms for us to change to. When pressed, she did offer us another apartment which was acceptable, but not sure why she didn’t mention this when first asked….it caused a certain amount of ill feeling.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mogan . Apt clean and comfortable

We arrived late in night . It would have been nice to have someone take us to the apt as it was our 1st time in mogan and also if milk had been supplied in fridge to give people a chance to find our feet Also another point we noticed in Mogan was the strong smell of sewage at the beach etc we noticed the sewage treatment plant was right at the start of Mogan village

Everything! The hotel gets better and better. We have stayed many times over the years and love the hotel. The staff are amazing, food is fab and our apartment (217) was kept spotles by the maid. Emo is a young SUPERSTAR and is a real credit to the hotel. Recepcion staff are so helpful and kind. Thank you all so much and we will be returning in May and Sept of next year! :-)

The cost of the Bali Beds is far too much, they used to be 25, 30, then jumped up to 50 Euros. Apartments need a refresh and the towels need to be replaced as they are done!!!

collection of the keys was easy at the hotel reception but it would have been nice if someone had shown us to our apartments as they were a walk away across the harbourside and difficult to find. The apartments were in a lovely location with easy access to all local amenities. The area is flat, so easy walking for elderly or disabled. The cleaning service was excellent.

Maria's pool area was ok but there was noisy building work around the building.
