Fantastic location, near the beach and aquapark, friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms, special thanks to housekeeping for hard very well done job! Absolutelly amazing staff in restaurant, also cleaners outside! Everyday they were cleaning pool.

The air condition doesnt work properly, we took all inclusive, but in aquapark we need to pay for drinks, should be more seafood, and more local food and fruits (no strawberries in Spain) ?, as an all inclusive should be an internet for free as well.. Also the outside lifts doesn work properly.. Sofa could be more comfortable..

Very good hotel although the rooms are old-fashioned but comfortable and big. The food was okay as expected. The staff are very friendly. The water park beside is also very good. You can rent a cat there. There's a free car park as you come off the motorway, about a 10-minute walk to the hotel. There's mini gift shops and a mini supermarket. Very good hotel for family with children.

There were some ants in the bathroom and kitchen area that was a bit annoying. The dessert options for lunch and dinner are poor, which could be improved, and maybe more choices are added.

Aquapark nice place but terrible cold water ,beach very close.

Spacy rooms with nice seaview from big balcony. In main winter season all inclusive food was very good. Many different kind of meat, pasta, fish, vegetable... sweets and cakes including icecream. Beer and red wine was good. Nice surprise, was afraid reading other reviews but for buffet style allinclusive it was nearly perfect, maybe more fruits was missing. Evening entertiment was nice as well as hotel staff. Car parking was everytime possible nearby, not necessary to pay hotel parking.

Unfortunatelly you can here every toilet flushing, shower or bath taken from your all 4 neighbors very loudly. We have strange neighbor taking bath around 6am waking is everytime.. You get only 2 small pieces of soap and shampoo for 2 people for 5 days and during cleaning they were never replenished, you have to search for cleaning lady and ask😟 Aquapark was closed ( we were noticed in advanced) so except one pool and evening entertainment, there is none free day activity included in allinclusive. Beach chairs and umbrellas cost 7eur and sea is not calm here in most csses as it is on open ocean...

Overall a great place to stay, the location is brilliant, everything you need is at hand, the staf very welcoming, the food is good, the waterpark great, the beach aswell, everyone can find something to do. The entertainment got better by the end of my stay (mid April) so I guess at top season must be great aswell

There's always something you don't like, they can't please everyone in every way, so if you go with a positive attitude and concentrate on the things you like, you will have an enjoyable stay. Great value for money.

We went there knowing it’s 3* hotel and did not expect a5* service and facilities. We weren’t disappointed. Rooms are big, were cleaned every day. Great location, pool, seaside is all there. Easy access by car to any local (and not only) locations. Food is very average but we only needed our stomachs filling up since our aim was travelling and not fine dining, so was ok also. In general i think hotel is underrated. For the price they charge - it is a bargain.

Food, drinks - are very very basic, def need improvement. Shampoo is given in a little satchet which isn’t enough for one person. No shower gel only soap bar. Rooms are very dated.

It's a great place if you're into water parks, the beach is lovely aswell, the hotel is nice and clean and the food is good. There are loads of shops, farmacies, supermarket.

There is nothing to do after 11pm , the lights are off, everybody goes to sleep, I guess it's not a bad thing as most customers are families with kids it's just a bit unexpected when you're on holiday...

This a super value all-inclusive. Rooms are cleaned very well daily and all communal areas frequently with sanitation sprays. Food is good, just enough variety and staff friendly. Snacks throughout the day tasty and appeared fun for children! Close to the beach and the water park access an added bonus. Evening bar, drinks and entertainment a good varied mix for all ages and tastes. Definitely highly recommend.

We were with the family for the second time in this hotel. And as always, we are very pleased. Delicious food, very nice service. Water park under his breath. Everything close. Amazing views.
