The location is the best, it’s as cheap as you’ll get in the city. One staff member, an old Spanish guy won’t attempt to speak English, fair enough. He’s patient when you try Spanish though, I like him. The other two folk spoke English but struggled with the Scottish accent. We’re all nice. Kitchen was fine for basic needs.

The noise wasn’t bad generally but one night it was brutal. Think it depends on your luck who else is in hotel. One night out of 14 is fine!

Cramped kitchen, an extra shelf would be so easy, and make a big difference, No kitchen knife. Cooking pans, lacked lids. Kitchen surfaces painted, so stain immediately. Lack of electrical outlets in sensible places. First floor over side street was a bit noisy at night.

The Apartments are in the 'heart' of Santa Catalina, only a few minutes walk to the beach, good bars/restaurants and bus services. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, even though they speak little English and we speak little Spanish. The Studio apartments provide all the basic things you need (e.g. comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels regularly, cooking facilities, private shower room/toilet, etc.) at a very economical price.

The only, tiny negative was a group other guests; colonising one of the enclosed roof terraces, smoking and swearing. They made others feel a bit uncomfortable. The management did their best but I understand there was not a lot they could do. Hopefully, this was a one-off and wouldn't happen again

They welcomed us very well. The staff is good and responsive. Upon checking out of the hotel, the woman at the front desk was very nice and friendly. This was our second time at this hotel. Thank you!

Great location, super clean, beach and shops near by, apartment has all the basics you need. I had very nice stay there for few days. Reception staff friendly and helpful, not speaking English, but Google translator did good job :)

Loved the location of the apartment! It is quite at the middle of Las Canteras beach, and therefore great for reaching anything in the Las Canteras region within max 10min. Santa Catalina bus station is also around the corner (5min). The Wifi was good enough to have video calls, so great for digital nomads :-) I really enjoyed this stay!

Unfortunately there was no hairdryer in the room, and no soap/sponge for cleaning the dishes, so I had to buy these myself. I stayed here for 2 weeks and I would've liked having a broom or anything similar in my apartment, so I could clean up the room as well f. e. after having been at the beach and leaving sand all over the floor.

The location was fantastic, 100 m to the beach, the room was old-fashioned but comfortable, tiny but sufficiently equipped kitchen, bathroom Ok, check in and out quick. I Ioved the place, close to everything and cheap.
