I like mostly the comfort of the rooms but there was the bathroom without a proper door so… I liked the breakfast and the comfort of the lobby sitting. Also the location was great for a holiday. I liked the professional staff that helped me with one problem on the vacation but…

I really didn’t like that one of the maids broke my really nice powerbank, fortunately they provided me with a option to buy a new one with their sponsorship. I really didn’t like that the floors were always so sandy in the room but maids were there every day so I think it’s okay. THE MOST IMPORTANT thing was that the pool was soooo small. It is much much bigger in the picture plus looks a lot more comfortable for a swim. You can’t swim in this one in my opinion and a lot of people come and wash away from the sweat there so I would just recommend to try the beach. Also it can be packed up on the roof there so also the loungers are mostly being used. Other than this it was a perfect holiday and would visit again!

Location was great, breakfast was good, rooms are modern.

The bathroom lay out there were doors on the toilet and shower but not on the bathroom it self. There is no parking it was hard to park.

Perfect location on beach road (choose a sea view room is advisable). Immaculate hotel. Room huge with really comfy bed and lovely shower-room. Good facilities, including air-conditioning (adjustable as long as the window is shut), work area, minibar, safe, bedside electrical point. Hotel has a gym and small swimming pool and sun beds overlooking the sea. Breakfast is fantastic - nothing was missing from a cooked English or continental choice, inc eggs to your preferred cooking method. Reception, catering ad cleaning staff all really helpful and welcoming.

There was no printed information in the rooms or on reception about the hotel's facilities (or rules). Also no brochures or leaflets about local attractions or things to do.

1- Room cleaning service was not done every day and sometimes it was done late in the afternoon … the maids were very nice and kind, but I don't think they had enough staff. 2- long queue to get coffee because there is only one machine 3- pool area needs to have signs and precautions for people not to fall 4- the hotel needs to be prepared to possible accidents, there wasn't even ice ( one day) to give first aid to one of our friends 5-we miss a bigger mirror 6- elevators were broken several times, including a friend was trapped inside for 15 minutes

Great hotel. Modern, accessible, clean, staff is friendly and making sure that you have a great stay. Everything is within close distance (airport is 40 min away with a modern bus for 3 euro), both shops and great restaurants (I recommend Tiki Taco at the end of Playa las Canteras). The hotel itself provides everything you need, breakfast, amenities etc. were great. You can walk down to the sandy beach in 1 min. You can chill by the poolside at the 5th floor which is clean and you can watch the beach and chill on the sunbeds. I really really recommend this hotel.

Breakfast is great, the only (little) weakpoint was the coffee from the coffeemachine. But overall no negative experiences whatsoever.

Overall Friendly and helpful staff, especially Miss/Mrs. Gonzales-Sosa from Guest Experiences, she was always giving useful advice and tips on how to best get around or make use of our time. The location was convenient, and the bed was very comfortable, we had the room's sea view and we would say it was worth it. We liked value proposition, overall we enjoyed our stay without any major issues and we would definitely recommend.

The floor in our room wasn't always cleaned properly, still quite some dust and debris (even from day 1), the rest was OK. We wished the pool was a bit bigger, but this did not negatively impact our stay. A few more warm options for breakfast would have been nice a second coffee machine.

Great location, on the beach & in walking distance of shopping center & auditorium. Very comfortable bed. Car parking nearby 15€ per day. Good breakfast selection including hot items, cold meats & cheeses, cereals & pastries. A modern, well refurbished hotel. The staff all very helpful. We would definitely use this hotel in the future.

A kettle or tea & coffee making facilities in room would be a great addition. The TV didn’t have voice original option, it didn’t spoil our holiday but would have been a useful option.

The location is incredible, you take 5 steps out of the hotel and you’re on the beach and close to so many amazing places to eat and drink in Las canteras. Hotel was spacious in the lobby/ restaurant area and there was a great selection to choose from at breakfast. The rooms were really chic and modern, nice and bright and there were lots of mirrors! The pool area on the rooftop was gorgeous, limited sun beds but did the job and the views of the sea were spectacular whilst sunbathing. You can even hire towels for €10 to use at the pool/beach which you get back once you return them. Nice small gym in the hotel too. For me, the star of the hotel was the staff! They were amazing- they genuinely couldn’t help enough and were so friendly.

I would just suggest having tea and coffee in each room, and also a curtain/blind in the shower in the rooms as the shower is visible if you are in the bedroom through the window. Not ideal if you are just sharing with a friend or family member :)

Very friendly and helpful ladies in reception. Super Beds and pillows Good breakfast, well stocked provisions and effective staff. Nice furnished balcony with great views of the beaches in either direction. A great hotel except for lack of clothes storage and the need to bring your own cup!

Krug capsule coffee machine, two capsules complimentary then you pay to replace. Tea bags on arrival but how do you make tea with the Krug. It's a farce, you either provide coffee and tea making facilities, free or you don't. Also paper cups are not for me. Clothes hanging facilities almost non existent, plus one small drawer. Design failure as is poor lighting. A case of design over function. Pity for other aspects of the room and balcony are excellent.
