Incredible resort, should be 5 stars! We chose to upgrade to the All Inclusive plus, which was definitely worth the money. Everything about the hotel looks new and modern. The staff are extremely friendly and have multiple activities on throughout the day. The food in the buffet was delicious, great selection and something different each day. There are so many pools to choose from, whether you want an ‘adults only’ quiet area or the busier main pool, where staff host some great activities. We will definitely be coming back to this resort in the future.

There were two or three occasions where we had asked for a cocktail and were given the ‘all inclusive’ version (boxed cocktails), as opposed to the ‘all inclusive plus’ version (freshly made cocktails). Minor issue but very different tastes between them, especially since we were paying for the fresher ingredients!

The hotel looks very nice and the room was great, overall. The garden is nice, with palm trees and all sorts of plants and several bars with a good vibe. The swimming pools were just ok. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The food wasn't that good, with focus on quantity and not quality. On some occasions the food was even below average. The pillows are not comfortable at all, definitely not a 4 star hotel bedding. Also, the sunbeds from the pool area are insufficient (especially the adult only area) and there isn't any space to place more of them. The rule of not reserving sunbeds is promoted on their website, but not enforced.

We had an amazing trip, hotel was beautiful and the food was brilliant.

Disappointing that the rate jumped up by £250 when I paid, I have tried reaching out to get this sorted or get an explanation but still awaiting to hear. Other than that it was PERFECT!

Large hotel with many facilities and newly renovated rooms. Helpful and friendly staff.

Quality food and drinks could be better. Bar was open until midnight, but the all-inclusive drinks service stopped at 11 p.m. After 11, if you wanted to order anything from the bar, you had to pay extra. It was a bit disappointing and not something we've experienced at other all-inclusive resorts.

To many kids in the Tabaiba half of the hotel. precausion made due to Covid19 in the breakfast and dining area not suffient enough. many hundreds of people handling the same things.

The extreme noise of little children in the restaurant...breakfast as well as dinner....they should create an adults only restaurant....it spoiled my meals

facilities are amazing! heated pools, gym, games room for kids. we had a great holiday! the animation team are great! Some of the staff where wonderful - Big shout out to Moses, Oscar and Marleen who always engaged with us and the kids and special mention to Inma and Diana for there delicious omelette every morning. All of these lovely folks made our stay that little bit extra special! food is great! lots to choose from. All allergens listed clearly.

The chaos in the food market at breakfast and dinner! it was so overwhelming at times. even tough we would book our time slot at the non peak time it was always crazy!! common chat amount guests was that they didn’t bother booking and just showed up at whatever time they wished. this probably added to the chaos. this was not enforced either! the entertainment at night for adults is non existent. for us it was perfect as our young kids needed bed by 10:30pm anyway but for couples without kids there is no entertainment. the rooms are “cleaned” daily but not actually cleaned. the bed is made and the floor gets a wipe over that my 2 year old could have done. the dust behind our travel cot and the bed itself was crazy!
