Good hotel/resort, big apartments, nice pool, clean, tasty food. We were all inclusive it was a good choice. We had a free private parking just for us with the key. There are 5-6 places. The hotel deserves more than 2 stars. Super value for the money..

The heated pool was very welcome considering we were there in December. The cottages were nice, well equipped, with a small yard and terrace behind the cottage. The food was not very varied but it was delicious. If we didn't make it to lunch, we could ask for a package after breakfast and we would receive a sandwich, fruit, and a drink.

The lady at the reception was not very welcoming, the lifeguard we had from the first few days was not present at the pool opening time at 10:00. He came to draw our attention that in his absence we would not be able to enter the pool. The child was impatiently waiting for the pool to open.

The pool area was fantastic, artifical grass and a brilliant child's play pool. 2 much larger deeper pools, i think one was a little bit heated but in May you still just gotta dunk straight in to climotise. Child's play area , nice touch but needs updating as it only offers 3 apparatus for much smaller children. Our bungalow was delightful, clean well equipt brilliant view and exactly like the images. Free shuttle service to the beach, we used every day saving us around €42. Always on time and very practical. I want to address the complaints on the food. The food is exactly what you can expect for a hotel catering to many guests from different countries. Lovely little selection and for those who have complained I genuinely think you cant relate to a star rating, price youve paid and what you get 😉 Me my husband and my two year old enjoyed our meals. Same with drinks, actually a large selection just ask the bar staff, they were always happy to try and translate my requests for APEROL hahahaha they dont seem to serve alot of it. This was our 5th Christmas 🎄 in the Vista Oasis, and once again, we had a great time. Everything from the room to the pool to the staff was perfect, and a big thanks to Evelyn and Lolly for the nice drinks and conversation.

The entertainment has been the same for the last 5 Christmas's from the songs to the way it's done too much macarena and YMCA also it's only set up for the German Spanish and Italian guests if your Irish or English forget about it as you won't be catered for I'm sure this could be a easy fix with some modern songs and music

Friendly staff, clean rooms, spacious bathroom and terrace. We had two bungalows and could go from one to the other via the terrace and garden. Towels were changed often. Drop off area at the front of the place and large free parking quite close (walking distance) down the hill. Small supermarket (but with all the necessary things) and good restaurants nearby.

We had no problems. Unfortunately we could not park in front of the place but the free parking with a lot of space was close enough. Some people say the food is not good but we only had dinner there once and it was okay for the money we paid.

Relaxed and chilled vibe staying here. Staff were polite and very helpful. Apartments basic but have everything you need and are comfortable. Good breakfast.

lunch and dinner buffet choice is poor but cheap if that’s what you like. location was 30-35 min walk to beach but accommodation provide shuttle bus. There is very little in the scene of restaurants outside the hotel, just residential buildings. This hotel is not is not on a touristy strip, very residential location and quiet.

It was clean and within this price range a very good option if you do not need anything extra and mostly arrange your own daily needs and have a car, this is a good option. One thing that really amazed me and I still am amazed about is that (I was here with Pride) at a certain night I wanted to go out and needed a taxi but since it was pride there were none available on the line. The (night)clerk said it might be best to just walk a little towards the big road and hail a taxi in the way. But I was wearing an outfit in which I did not feel completely safe alone on the streets and the clerk told me to just stand on the end of the parking lot at the road and wait there until a taxi comes by and he would watch me just as long until I would have a taxi. This was an AMAZING effort beyond all means and I really felt safe because of this. Seeing how quiet it eventually was I after 10 mins walked back and thanked him and said I would give it a try walking a bit so he could go back inside! THANK YOU for that, this really restores faith in humanity 💖

The breakfast/lunch was the only thing I was disappointed about, very dissatisfied with what they call ‘food’ and the cook should be ashamed of himself serving this ‘food’. I did not expect a fancy lunch but at least do some effort making it eatable and make sure things are not undercooked. I won’t say more as I for the rest had an amazing stay but this had to be said.

Stayed here a few times when looking for a cheap/last minute getaway to GC. Great value for money. We first went AI, however didn't enjoy the food, but for self catering it's spot on. We like the quiet, away from busy bars etc, so Sonnenland is perfect for this as mainly residential. The bungalows are spacious and clean, staff friendly and helpful and they have great views! The pool is lovely too, half heated, half not. Spar shop literally around the corner, next to a lovely little place to eat called Vista Bonita. More shops and places to eat further up the road. Free beach bus, taxi only costs about €4. About €6-7 to playa de Ingles, where all the bars, clubs and restaurants are.

The food, always go self catering now and cook/ eat out. We had no hot water, but the staff sent someone over straight away to fix this. Other than these, cannot fault Vista oasis for the price!

Parking was not possible due overbooking. They but us to the waiting list and next day other worker said that we are not on the list. We was asking about late check out and receptionist told that until 13:00 its possible to be in the apartment but next day other worker came and said that we need to go out 11:00 and nobody hasn't allowed us to stay longer. So seems like no communication between them.

We felt very relaxed and found all the staff friendly. Our room was comfortable. Love the pool area. I came last year with a friend, this year i came with my boyfriend.

We were disapointed with the view from our room, #97. The room i stayed in last year had a view over looking the pool. I could also see the sunrise, which was stunning. The room description i got when booking a one bedroom bungalow, is not the right description for room we were given.The food was set out lovely, but we think having each tray labeled with the name of the food would be more helpful than just signs indicating meat or fish. Knowing what a dish is called makes meal times easier for guests, we struggled as we had no idea what we'd be eating.
