The rooms were very spacious, with a fully equipped roomy bathroom that had both a bathtub and a shower, a wide working desk and big comfortable beds. The staff at the reception desk were extremely friendly, serviceable and professional. I would also like to mention that the cleaning ladies were quiet during their work at the rooms next to us, and very friendly too.

The location is a bit far off the city centre, but there is a bus stop just next to the hotel with 2 bus lines that get you to the historic centre in about 20-25 minutes. The hotel uses the public parking of the hospital next to it, at a special reduced rate of 10 euros/day.

The room is really big. Lots of space and the beds were really comfy. If one needs to stay close to the hospital, thats a marble. The parking underneath, could be cheaper (10Eur/Night).. but it's really practical.

They could include breakfast. The cafetaria next door is noisy and crowded. The emplloyees are also a bit rude. Not the hotel responsability.. but a 4 stars should offer breakfast within premises.

Very friendly staff on reception. Very clean and comfortable room. Accommodated our non standard vehicle with no question ( it was too high for the included car park facility) lovely room with air con etc. Great shower and very quiet.

Be aware you have to enter through the entrance to the hospital. Not a problem when you get your head around the fact you have to enter the hotel this way but a little confusing when you first arrive 😁.

Recently built modern hotel in very good condition. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Typical place to stay on business trip just to overnight close to the highway.

The first entry to the parking. Google maps drives you to the parking as the place of the hotel. Once you find the entry of the hotel from the parking your are informed that using the elevator to get up the to the reception you need already your room card. They would need to strongly communicate that travelers arriving by car would need to go to the side neighboring with the hospital, check in first and then go to the parking.

The hotel looks pretty modern at first but the rooms turn out to be a bit bland. They’re clean and spacious but somehow very average with a bit of an old fashioned decoration. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s a 30 minute walk to the city center but there are regularly busses as well. The big carpark below the hotel was a big plus for us.

There's a rather busy road in front of the hotel, so you can't open the windows at night and the airconditing was rather average.

Great quiet hotel next to Leon's hospital. Easy to get any point in Leon from the hotel. My only gripe is that it was too hot in the room, but that was easily circumvented by opening the window.

It was too hot, even if you put the fan on full blast, it was easily 20 something degrees in the room, which was quite uncomfortable. But you could open the window to compensate for the heat. The refrigerator was also put on a low setting, so it didn't really cool anything you put in it. When we were leaving I noticed that I could have adjusted this.

The hotel room is large, as well as the bathroom. The beds were really comfortable an the air conditioning worked perfectly. The breakfast was nice, with good options of bread, eggs, bacon and fruits.

The parking beneath the hotel is good, but a little expensive, and since it stays on a somewhat isolated area of León, no free street parking nearby. It´s a bit far from the city center and most of the interesting places.

Nice staff, nice location tho near the hospital, parking, beds, bathroom, all clean, and for the price and location, unbeatable !

Cafeteria staff was a bit cranky of us being there near closing hours, but, still fed us and were nice

The location by the hospital was very important for me. The staff was incredible helpful and friendly. The room was top.

The wifi disconnected regularly and I couldn’t work easily but it’s not a big deal.

Do not mind it is at the university hospital campus. This is a real 4* hotel with spacious and confortable rooms. They do not serve a breakfast, but it is a nice experience to have breakfast with the locals in the adjacent cafeteria were you have plenty of choice for very low prices. Plenty of parking space in the underground parking for the flat rate of 9.00€.
