Great covered swimming pool. Very nice breakfast. Complimentary snacks and coffee and tea available 24/7 in main dining area. Great view from dining area patio. Plenty of parking. Supermarkets not too far away by car.

My apartment (one of 3) was nice and spacious but very dark due to being in the middle with limited exterior windows in kitchen area and nothing on entrance side. Distances to the beaches were misleading.

The bedroom had a large comfortable bed with very good bed linen and an excellent ensuite shower room with good towels. The swimming pool and refreshments room open all hours with hot drinks readily available was a bonus. It was all very clean. The premises were secure our room had good views of Teide.

We found the steep road access difficult to follow even with Google as we mistook some of the roads to alleyways. Some signage in the village would have helped.

Place is amazingly beautiful and big but not crowded. The place where the breakfast has place, is open 24/7 and is provided with microwave, you cannot order food beyond breakfast but is greatly comfortable being able to use this facilities. Swimming pool 24/7 open.

My room was amazing. Only little detail is that there were ant in the toilet. Not many and just in the sink, like not a big problem, but they were there.

The service was well-done and the staff very friendly, the common rooms are simply equipped, but comfortable and quiet.

With just two tiny windows in the door, the private room is difficult to air, and the closet exuded a heavy smell of fungus, which is a pitty, because otherwise the appartment would have been very nice!

The view of the ocean and town from the terrace and breakfast area was amazing, the staff were all super nice and friendly and the room looks even nicer in real life than in the pictures

Car park can get very full at times, but there is plenty of safe and free parking just outside the gates too

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel.It was close to nature and I loved waking up to bird songs and to the view of Mt Teide. The view to the sea from the restaurant was beautiful as well. The room was really clean and the bed and armchair was so comfortable I wish I could have them at home. The staff were very friendly, smiley and supportive. I will definitely be back to this place :)

Perfect place! Beautiful views, very nice service, everything clear and good contact with the staff. Clean and spacious apartment, it looks like it was cleaned and the staff takes care of the guests. Well-kept and clean place, delicious breakfasts, large selection. I really highly recommend it, it's rare to find such a good, friendly and clean hotel. Lovely place

I stayed for 4 nights with the aim being to have a short stay in the countryside for peace and tranquility, that's exactly what this place provided. Bed was extremely comfy, view was amazing and the room was spacious but also had character. I also arrived early for check in and the staff were kind enough to check me in a little early although I was still happy to wait.

Very friendly staff. The location was just perfect for my hiking trips to teide N.P. and other great places in the vicinity .... Good breakfast, the pool and public transport nearby really added up to an exceptional experience....I'll be back :-)
