The hotel is close to the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. Very close to everything - bars, shops, promenade and few nice public beaches. The rooms were really ok. Big enough, clean bathrooms, comfortable beds. Nice balcony - we where even lucky to have Teide view from our balcony. Nice garden with a cosy bar, which was open til 23:00. Breakfest was also ok. Not the best we have had , but we got everything we needed for the start of the day. Some people are claiming about noise. But the only "noise" we had, were singing birds in the garden early in the morning. It was not so easy to find parking place at the daytime. But not a mayor problem really.

Everything was fine. Better as expected.

The location is very good, close to the centre of the town. There are lots of very good restaurants within a short walk. The walk to the Loro park takes 20 min, can go back by their free train. Short walk to the bus station to go to Jardin Botanico or Orotava. We had a room with the ocean view, which was a bonus. The area aroung swimming pool is very green, pretty gardens and birds are singing.

The breakfast time 7.30 till 9.30 is not comfortable for a holiday hotel. Altough the staff is doing their best to clear the tables, majority of customers arrive after 9.00, therefore there is shortage of table. I would appreciate a longer time for breakfast. The breakfast was quite monotonous, same dishes every day.

Great location, just a few steps away from good restaurants and the beach. A proper gym which was usually empty, pretty standard but decent and tasty breakfast selection, quiet area, and pool in the backyard. Definitely worth the money!

I truly loved this place! Puerto de la Cruz itself and also this hotel. Perfect location close to playa jardin and very quiet at night, but still in walking distance to the center. very nice and helpful staff, nice pool and spacious rooms. good offer for value, and much more familiar than most hotels in puerto. I felt at home and will definitly come back😀

well, there's not much to compain about. I would have loved to have a fridge in the room and the cleaning staff woke me up several times moving around beds upstairs...but thats only a problem if you like to get up late😆

I liked everything especially the location. It is so close to the beaches. I have to mention that the food in the hotel is very delicious and staff are very nice and helpfull especially one german guy with glasses who workes there..I forgot his name unfortunately. The hotel has everything you need. Would stay there again for sure!

We found a cockroach in our room but I think it got inside while we opened the balcony during the night. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Great value for money, very central location, very close to the bus station. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean. Very friendly staff and a nice swimming pool. The biggest perk of this accommodation is the breakfast. It was very generous with a wide range of salty and sweet foods and drinks. Anyone who wrote a bad review about the breakfast is a spoilt brat.

Good, somewhat old-fashioned style hotel, staff very friendly, tried to help in everything. The location is on the edge of the old part of the city, but quite a quiet place. Close to several beaches and Loro Park. Breakfast and dinner are good, not much variety but just enough.

no hot drinks (tea/coffee) during dinner. Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room as well.

The hotel was well located in a quiet area close to all amenities. The room was comfortable, very clean and well looked after. The hotel had all the facilities we needed including a decent pool. The breakfast was basic but enough to start the day with!

The only real problem was the lack of decent wifi. There was a strong signal in the reception area, but reception elsewhere was poor.

The pool is very nice, rooms are spacious and clean, perfect location, close to the center but quiet, very helpful staff.

No mini fridge in the room, breakfast could have been better, a few more options and variations day to day would have been nice.

Wi-Fi signal was dropping in the room. The twin bed was made of two single beds that moved away from each other, which was uncomfortable, since we like to sleep snuggled with my wife.
