Great place and great value for money, would definitely recommend !! Tenerife is filled with large hotels and all-inclusive resorts etc. but this hotel/appartments is far away from all of that luckily.The environment is very calm and silent. Great mountain views. There is a lot of sightseeing/activities close by (if you have a car, in a radius of say 45 min drive) such as Mosca, beaches, Puerto de la cruz (10 min drive), cuevas negras etc. etc. The apartment was equipped with a nice kitchen, really good bed, proper bathroom. The swimming pool is nice and clean. There is a gym which has a lot of equipment and is open until late at night. Breakfast was included and was OUTSTANDING. Lots of choice, everything fresh. There was even vegan milk & yoghurt!

The kitchen is equipped but some basic stuff like salt, coffee/tea or oil are not provided. My room did not seem to be cleaned very well (there was stuff on the floor and hairs in multiple places), but it was not terribly gross or anything. There is not much to do on walking distance from the hotel. You'll need a car to get there. NOT close to the beach. However, the drive to this place was beautiful as you have to drive through the mountains. The furniture is not very comfortable (but the bed is!) to sit on (e.g. couch was very old you could feel the iron inside). The pool closes 6 pm, which seems quite early to me. Limited parking spaces, there is no other parking options nearby, the parking was full all the time whereas it was not high-season (hotel was not full).

Great hotel, friendly staff, nice food options, I used it as a base for cycling & it's perfect for this, good gym too. Large comfortable rooms, quiet area away from the hustle & bustle.

Air conditioning would be a nice option especially in the bedroom.

It's a very nice place to stay in Tenerife to explore an island! The hotel is situated at slighty busy street, but room windows overlook the pool or the mountain/ocean view (you won't be disturb by the traffic, except the goats nearby :)). The hotel has nice standard, the rooms could use some refreshing though (nothing serious, just painting, replacing slightly worn small elements, etc). Breakfasts and dinners are terrific! Fish, vegetables, local food from time to time, everything very tasty. There are no shops/restaurants which you can visit on the foot, so if you plan to move arround the island the car is a must. There are some walk paths near the coast though.

The hotel met our expectations! The breakfast and dinner were very tasty, although the quality of the drinks could be improved. If you enjoy a proper cappuccino or espresso, be prepared for instant coffee instead. The quiet surroundings were a big plus, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The swimming pool was a highlight with its heated water and reasonable length, perfect for a swim. Additionally, the staff was very kind and attentive. The room was spacious and tidied up every day, and there was fast internet provided. I celebrated my birthday during our stay and was pleasantly surprised to receive a card with wishes and candies from the hotel – a completely unexpected but very thoughtful gesture!

Instant coffee at breakfast, but apart from that, everything else was great.

Really nice hotel, I liked the pool area and the food was also ok. The cheaper rooms do jot have a view, but I liked the fact that it was affordable as a solo traveler. Staff was friendly and helpful.

According to the rules the pool was only open until 6, for a hotel where people are mostly active during the day not acceptable, since especially after hiking I would like to use the pool luckily most people still used the pool area after 6. The hotel is also in an area where you need a car.

The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Positive suprise was the heated pool what we enjoyed with our kid in mornings and after daytrips. Rooms are big - kitchenette, living room and bedroom, perfect for family stay. Breakfast was nice with many healthy choices, not too many options but had some varaieties. There was no pancakes or bacon, but had smoothie. It is nice location to take trips around the island, quick way to the highway. Longeria is small town with local cafees and not much tourists on your way. There is vary nice icecream cafe witin 5 minutes walk with generous portion under 2€. We stayed the ground floor where it was easy to go to play in the garden or around the pool, our kid liked it a much. To find parking space on the streets could be difficult (more if there is football mach across the street) but in the end you will find something eaven next to hotel.

Overall looking is nice but some of the details were worn out. The rooms have been refurnished some years ago but the quality is not the best. We had old built-in wardrobe from 80s and the painting of it has started to come off. We stayed at the ground floor, so the floors were cold and we needed to wear flip-flops or slippers inside. If you are used to drink espressos or freshly grineded cofee for breakfast then you would not be happy with the Nescafe coffemachine on the breakfast.

The hotel is in a very beautiful location. There are a lot of nice areas for hiking nearby. The breakfast and dinner was good quality and with enough options, all quite healthy. They also have a spacious gym. A very quiet location with quiet hotel guests - we could sleep easily.

The drink policy for dinner was quite confusing. We ended up overypaying for still water during the first evening. When we arrived with our own water the next evening, it was not allowed - the solution was to bring us two glasses of tap water from the kitchen. Please put the tap water, at least, by the buffet, so people can refill the glasses on their own (in breakfast it was done exactly like that). The current dinner drink menu is also limited, with few and overpriced options (although the breakfast has great smoothies, juices, etc included in the price).

Everything was nice clean and neat the place is a bit old but well taken care of, The facilities are nice and the swimming pool is beautiful we had a fully equipped kitchen in the apartment where we could cook some meals, The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was rich and you could find options for every kind of diet, the room service came and clean the room I'm the morning even though we were checking out two hours later. I really love that we could use the pool all day long despite that after 6 p.m. there will be no lifeguard. Beds were very comfortable and clean the studios are really big and spacious, can't complain about nothing...

Not much honestly but more or less the parking, they don't have parking so you need to find a parking nearby which can be challenging in the afternoon or night, just be prepared for a little look and everything should be good

Everything was great, the rooms are big, even though not too fresh, but really comfortable. The nature on the northern part of the island is cooler and it's not far from the most beautiful views which are located in the East. The pool area and the yard are great, the town has enough shops and restaurants. Even when the parking was full, there was no problem to find a free place nearby.

The breakfasts are poor, that's why it's not 10/10

more than a week's stay, it was hard to leave! Cleanliness, friendliness of all the staff, rich and varied breakfast, swimming pool and gym beautiful, very large common areas, bright, functional apartments with the minimum necessary to cook a few easy dishes. The hotel is located in a quiet village, 40 minutes walk, and 5 by bus, from Puerto de la cruz. Nearby, however, villages (toscal / Realejos) with everything (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies ...). It can also be a good starting point for several trails/senderos.

The wifi is good enough (but no more than 5 mbps in download) only in the common area and in some specific apartment, so if you need to work better to ask for one of the rooms closer to the hotspot. Anyway the staff is always very kind to solve any problems. The bus stop with the main lines is at the end of an "important" hill (10 minutes). In general I think the property is great for those who have a car, or for those who plan not to stray too far from the north coast (good point to visit from Icod de los vinos to puerto de la Cruz).
