Hotel location is near the airport and motorways, but has sound proofing. Rooms are exceptionally clean. All you can eat Continental breakfast. On a bus route. Taxi rank opposite hotel. But Uber or Bolt are used mostly. In this area there are so many drivers, that they will always be there.

Not easy to walk anywhere, because of the Motorways. But! You can. (You can't walk through the nearest tunnel under the motorway, it's Cars only). However, come out of the hotel and turn right. Walk past the bus stop to the roundabout turn left. Go straight until the road meets the slip road next to the motorway. (Footpath here). Walk up to the roundabout and cross over the motorway there. This is okay. A little down the road is a train station. Less than €4 return to Madrid.

The room was spacious and clean, with a large, comfortable bed. The hotel itself is nice, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I wasn’t provided with the Wi-Fi password upon check-in, which was a bit inconvenient. The location, while close to the airport, is not as convenient as expected for travelers relying on public transportation. To reach the airport, you need to take a bus back to Canillejas and transfer to another bus or the metro, which adds extra time and effort. This makes the proximity to the airport less practical unless you have a car or use a taxi. Additionally, there’s no nearby shop, which can be inconvenient for quick purchases. Although the soundproofing in the room was decent, it wasn’t enough to block out all the noise from passing airplanes. I ended up using earplugs during my stay.

Hotel seemed unfinished. No skirting boards and a good bit unpainted at the bottom of the wall. The legs of the bed were a bit bent/ buckled and leaning back against the wall (no headboards) caused the bed to slide forwards Not a great location for anything other than the airport. Was a bus and 2 metros into Madrid centre - maybe an hour journey altogether.. Also gave the impression of being a rough sort of area boarded up flats, what looked like an unfinished building and essentially in the middle of an industrial estate On the plus side, the Crown Plaza next door has a lovely terrace for a relaxing drink in the sun if you needed a change of scenery

Convenient location; you reach Barajas in 13 minutes by car/taxi. It is super quiet at night, and although it's close to the airport you can't hear the planes. Price is worth it! The room was perfect; comfortable mattress, extra towels in case needed, no frills but all basics provided. Staff is friendly and ready to help. I checked in at 1:00 am and they greeted me with a smile. Breakfast is provided; with several options including traditional "Tortilla española" (Spanish omelette). Overall a perfect place to stay if you are a few hours in transit in Madrid.

We booked this hotel so that I would be able to watch the planes going into the airport and were not disappointed! I would think that most rooms on one side of the hotel have the right views. Anybody else might find it a bit noisy, being under the flight path and next to a motorway but there is fairly good soundproofing. There’s no shuttle bus but it’s quite easy to get to by bus with one change from the airport. Breakfast was very good. No problem with getting to the town centre - it’s a walk of perhaps five minutes to the nearest bus stop and buses are very frequent.

Beautiful place. Good breakfast. No kettle in room but complimentary tea, coffee throughout the day which was splendid. Staff are helpful. I didn't sample dinner. Clean lovely place. I would return.

Not very quiet being near airport and highway. Those sensitive to noise may have difficulty sleeping. Hotel IS NOT at airport but a good 8 mins taxi ride away. Location is not good for metro / train service and far from basic shopping area. One has to use taxis or the bus some distance away.

Very clean room with a massive comfortable bed and air conditioning with which the intensity and temperature could be controlled. The bathroom was nice and clean too and everything was very modern. Free coffee on tap downstairs and free parking next door. Useful coded locker in rooms to keep belongings.

It would be nice to be able to purchase pastries from the downstairs cafe without having to opt in for the whole breakfast. Although close to the airport it is still driving distance and getting in to Madrid itself is a bit a mission.

The hotel is way better than other 3-star options I've tried before. It's clean, well-preserved, quiet, and comfortable. The room has extra empty space for the bags. The staff is very friendly. In the lobby, there are coffee and juice machines available all the time. You can also purchase some adapters and cords for your devices, as there are no shops around the venue. I also loved the dinner options (you can have your dinner at the cafe or take it to your room). The WiFi in the room is fast and relatively stable (I could even play online video games on my laptop).

Would be lovely to have some fresh vegetables and fruits for breakfast.

Room was very clean they change the towel , they tidy the room , bed was comfortable except when you lean on the wall sitting position it will move. Other than that it was a good stay. I highly recommended. Thank you

I like the cleanliness of the room. And the area is perfect if you don't have a car. So many busses , close to the train station and airport.

This was my final bed for the night after 10 days travelling in Spain and sleeping in 3 other beds. Definitely a case of saving the best till last. Even as I waited to check in and saw the sign " free tea and coffee 24 hours", I knew I was going to be happy here My 4th floor room, and as soon as I opened the door I loved it, a double bed in front of a stunning wall art picture of Madrid. Definitely had the Wow factor. There was a TV, a fridge, a hairdryer, a coffee machine, bottled water and some snacks, everything you could want or need. also a safety deposit box I could watch aeroplanes taking off on the runway just beyond the motorway. They served nice food in hotel, I had Pasta Carbonara. In the morning I didn't even need to call a taxi as there was a taxi rank outside. cost to Terminal 1 was €12. Would I stay here again? Most definitely.
