The apartments had plenty of room and were modern and clean. Parking is available for 15EUR per night which is necessary if you are driving to the location. Parking is in a private parking deck which was convenient and safe. They do offer breakfast but we left early and so we did not need it. The location is close to places to eat and a supermarket, and is only a short drive to the Madrid airport (10-12 minutes).

Beds could have been a little more comfortable, but overall they were not too bad. There is no where to park when you first arrive (it is a narrow, busy street), so knowing in advance that you could pull up to the parking garage gate and ring the front desk to let you in would have been helpful.

The double bad and 2 single beds were comfortable, it had nice space, very clean, shower with amenities, there was a coffee machine with capsules ready for use, refrigirator, dishes in the cupboard. There are some restaurants in a walking distance - that was convenient. It was just an overnight between flights, and it is not far from the airport -- so all and all, it was a nice place for that purpose :)

There's only one toilet and shower which is not enough for 5 people. The towel is rather small. The sofa bed is not comfortable at all. No sugar for the coffee, no cutlery. The toilet door cannot be locked (it is half transparent so you could see someone is inside, but still...

Almost everything is great. Especially the staffs are friendly and helpful, the availability of 24/7 makes it even better. The room was clean and suitable for families. The only downside of the room is that the sink is too small and uncomfortable but it’s manageable not end of the world. We kind of expected the the swimming pool to be small and it is. However we were not ready for the coldness of it, it’s just very cold, so uncomfortable to stay there. Other than that I recommend the hotel for everything else.

This is a very good accommodation in the heart of Madrid, it is a family-friendly hotel with several amenities to make your stay memorable. The staff were so friendly and ready to assist you with anything. The hotel is very close to the metro and bus stop, it is close to the centre of Madrid and also close to the airport.

Free bottled water and free coffee could be offered to guests at least for the first night. The windows/glass wall need some cleaning from the outside as there is so much dirt on them. Lastly, the Living Room could do with a large TV at least a 50 inches TV will be ideal and also having premium channels would be a good addition.

The bathroom was spacious, it's also very clean. Since there's a restriction for CO2 emission, our car cannot go the city center. Therefore, this is a good option, very near to 2 metro stations. So we park the car at this hotel and took the metro to the center. Very convenience.

The area is a little shabby, the street has little lights.

Staff were friendly, buffet was basic but tasty, room was comfortable and had a microwave which was handy and the pool was good for the kids..

Slightly out of the way in terms of location, but fine to walk to the Metro.

The room is huge! Bigger than some flats! The bed was very comfortable, the same as the 2 sofas. The bathroom is modern and was clean and tidy. The windows are massive so you can open the curtains and have a very bright room.

The sofas and some lamps were a bit dirty with some stains from previous guests.

It was easy to communicate with staffs as they speak English really well and checking in and out was smooth.

Cleaning staffs needs to do better in the morning, throughout my stay I was constantly been woken up with loud noises of either chairs been dragged on the floor and constantly banging from staffs cleaning so it was not that comfortable to sleep till noon

Everything was perfect, staff, breakfast, service

Twailat was without ventilation, with glass doors, separated from the sunk and shower. That was not a good idea, Smell was inside the room

I booked this for a layover in Madrid as I had a night in Madrid to relax before a morning flight. The hotel is really nice, with a Modern Art Chic vibe. The staff were helpful in organising taxis and transfers. The hotel room was large and spacious, bed was comfortable, was more an apartment. It takes 15minutes to get to the airport from the hotel, so was brilliant.

Location is abit far from the hustle and bustle of the city centre and sights. But there bars and restaurants scattered around the area if you take a walk around.
