Very good location in a quiet residential area close to a subway station, half an hour from the city center by metro. There's a shopping center nearby with diners and a supermarket. Efficient and friendly personnel. Breakfasts are nice, highly recommended. The rooms are tidy and comfortable, larger than expected: we booked a short-time stay as a family and a teenager had a "corner" all to himself. We were allowed to leave our luggage for a few hours after check-out.

Friendly staff, fast wi-fi, large room. Hotel is not in the city center, but it is near Metro Alsacia line 2 of Madrid Metro (300 meters), it is 10 stops from Alsacia directly to Sol, we needed just 15-20 minutes from our hotel to get to the city center. It is near the trade center Las Rosas, with shops and restaurants. I definitly recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel satisfied our expectations.

Spacious Room, Excellent Location 15 minutes from center and very close to the airport. Hotel service was very helpful and they even offered us the room earlier than the check-in since we arrived early from the airport and the room was available.

Breakfast needs improvement, An option for scrambled eggs would be a great addition to the buffet. Furthermore it would be nice if there was a breakfast menu apart from the buffet with more breakfast options.

The room was quite big and comfy. The staff were very nice and there was someone at the check in at any time of the day which was nice, if we needed anything. Nobody bothered us and the air conditioning was great.

Some of the 'clean' towels that the staff put in our bathroom daily smelled like vinegar, which was very confusing to us. And the Wifi connection was very poor - at times we couldn't use it at all. I also wouldn't complain if they changed the bedsheet at least once during our 10-day stay...

It is a basic hotel but exactly what you want for the price the rooms we spacious and always clean and the reception staff always very freindly and welcoming the hotel was a bit far from the centre but the transport links are very good and cheap but we chose this hotel because of the location close to the civitas metropolitan stadium because we we attending a concert I would definitely visit again

The hotel was clean, and the ambiance was very welcoming. The food buffet for breakfast was very good. The rooms were big and spacious.

The garden sala was close for the clients, there was no further explanation why. The hair dryer in our room was not functioning. Also the lamp beside the electric kettle wouldn't turn on. There were no toiletries aside from a soap dispenser which was the same as the hand soap

1- The location- it’s only 30 minutes away from the centre and the metro is very close. The metro is also a straight line immediately to Sol. There’s a good range of food from Uber eats if you’re feeling hungry at night. There’s a massive shopping centre near by, so you can do a quick shop or grab some snacks and water 2- the cleanliness- it felt very clean 3- it was very comfortable- the bed was very very comfortable- I didn’t want to leave it! 4- The room was massive- it was the biggest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in 5- Communication- if you don’t speak Spanish I wouldn’t worry as the staff speak very good English

1- Sound proofing- sometimes I would get woken up by noise outside. But the noise wasn’t from other peoples room. Was purely noise from outside. 2- the blinds weren’t completely black out so once the sun was out, it would wake me up. But on a positive note, it meant that the room was nice and bright! 3- We got two single beds squished together instead of a double. Was a bit weird but I think if you specify to them before they could probably arrange something.

It was easy for the metro line into sol.only €12 for two of us 8 usage.

This time staying there they had a kettle for making tea or coffee.last year we went to shop and brought one so happy about that.would be great to have at least one English or American channel on TV. Luckily took my ipad .

Close location to the subway on the red line (the main one for the main attractions), but away from the noise and confusion of the center. Great view from the 9th floor. Clean and spacious. One of the best 3 star hotel I have stayed.
