Location is just perfect. Really. It’s safe area. It’s in granvia and just near the metro station plaza España. And receptionists were kind like all spanish people :))

There are no much facilities. No kettle no cups no hairdryer. :( but when I asked to reception about the hairdryer, they just gave me. They were helpful. And can be other room with view but view of my room was just walls jaja :((

The property was easy to find and in a fab location. Communication about check in and ‘house rules’ before arrival was good. The male/female members of staff we interacted with were both friendly and helpful. Our room (superior double) was spacious and we loved the Juliet balcony overlooking bustling Gran Via. The bed was really comfortable. Room lighting was good. Our room was refreshed every day. Towels were changed and toiletries left. We stayed for 3 nights and it was enjoyable.

We were aware the bathroom was small i.e. I had to sit sideways on the loo and the loo had to be negotiated to get into the shower (which was a good size). We managed. Despite no window or obvious ventilation we didn’t experience any ‘musty smells’. Looking at photos not all bathrooms are small like this.

The windows looking out to a Brickwall although apartment was cosy it could have done with new bed sheets mattress protector and pillows I feel it let the room down.also I had to call booking.com to get details of how to get in to apartment.also I know washing machine was their but where do you dry clothes?. Great for 1 night.

Bathroom was very small and our room very close to reception. We could hear everyone coming in and out of the building anytime during the day.

Location is very central. If you are a musical or Theatre fan this is the place to be. The location is also great if you want to experience Madrid. If you just take a right turn into the smallest streets you will find a lot of bars, cafes and restaurants. Some major attractions are very close. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

You need to get used of the bathroom facilities. It seems that it has not been renovated since the 80ties. But is was clean.

The noise at night. I know it’s on a main road, but the noise of police cars and ambulances at night was a bit annoying. Also because the room was right next to reception, you could hear people coming and going at all times, and people at reception

The properry was in prime location and it was clean with really helpful staff. Our flight was later on in the day and they allowed us to keep the luggage at the reception while we went and explore the last few bits of the city.

The bathroom qas really really small but always very clean

I was blessed with an insanely comfortable bed. Easy access no matter how you arrive in Madrid via the nearby Metro line. Helpful and happy staff. Not far from most places.

Room very small. If you have more than 1 bag you may struggle for space.

Amazing location! Couldn't have gotten better. Everything is walking distance, and the Plaza Espana metro is 2 minutes away (to get to the airport). Staff is extremely eager to help (directons, extra blanket etc).

Small bathroom. The room is small, but that isn't an issue. I was 5'5 feet tall, small person and I had to sit diagonally on the toilet as my knees hit the wall. The bathroom doesn't have much ventilation and therefore kind of smells mouldy as it is an old bathroom. This did not effect my stay, but something to be aware of. Overall great location and price.

staff helpful booking taxi and loaning an iron etc. Best part very large floor to ceiling windows. I liked the brightness. I stayed in hotels for month and never got used to small windows and shudders in most accommodations in Spain and Greece. I do understand to keep heat out . This by far was my favourite hotel on trip.

maybe location of room but my room was noisy..garbage recycling trucks could be heard early hours and noise from street. Request quiet room when booking
