The apartment is ideally located near a metro station and numerous restaurants, making it very convenient to access. The keys were easy to obtain. The apartment itself is well-equipped, featuring an excellent shower. Additionally, the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable.

The cleanliness of the apartment was superficial; areas easily visible were clean, but less accessible spots, such as under the bed, were neglected and full of dust. As someone who is highly allergic to dust, this significantly affected my comfort. The apartment requires a more thorough cleaning, not just a cursory surface clean.

Everything was clean (bathroom, sheets, kitchen) apart from the floor. When I arrived it was full of filth and clearly had not been cleaned in a while. During my stay, nodoby passed to clean my room.

Cosy place to stary in Madrid for quite a cheap price, perfect for a base when sightseeing in Madrid (just near the Diego dr Leon metro station). Kitchen is suficiently equipped for making breakfasts and simple dinners, bathroom nie necesarily the preetiest, but functional and clean. Bed also very comfortable. Lasy but not least, VERY helpful and friendly personel :). Overall, great place for a convenient price.

The neighbourhood might be a little quieter one (2am garbate collection), also a slight problem with AC pouring water in the closet and generalny not beeing very effective.

We requested an earlier check-in, and our request was granted. The room has a small kitchenette, which made it easy to prepare dinner without any issues. The location is excellent, with convenient access to various parts of the city.

Visually, the room appeared very clean; however, we found hair from previous guests on the bathroom and room floors. In the bathroom, an electric towel warmer would be very useful. Also, the duvet could be covered instead of being placed on the bed with just a bedspread and a duvet cover on top.

it was a bit chilly, i tried to turn on heating but it seemed not working. missing cutting knife in kitchen but small knifes are sharp too. deposit of 100€ which i am still waiting to be returned (they said it’d be yesterday)

I have stayed in this apartment for my business trip to Madrid. It provided great comfort for my stay. In particular, the beds were top comfort, as compared to many other accommodations I have been to. The apartment was spacious and the kitchenette was well-equipped. The weekly cleaning service, including changing the bed linen and towels, was great. The receptionist (only present at night 9 pm - 5 am) was very friendly and could quickly resolve all my requests. Also, the communication with the accommodation through WhatsApp was easy. The location is very convenient, just next to the metro station Diego de León (lines 4, 5, 6). The neighborhood is calm and feels very safe, day and night. A big advantage is private parking in an underground garage that can be purchased for long-term stays for a reasonable monthly fee. The parking is accessible by the same lift that goes to the rooms. Many thanks and I will be happy to come back!

The WiFi signal was rather weak and it barely reached the distant part of the room where the desk was located, so I had to do my video calls sitting next to the entrance door. As I spent most of the days at my workplace, this was not such an issue. I assume this problem may concern only certain rooms.

PERFECT accommodation for a quick trip to Madrid. Our room was not even a room, it was the whole corner part of the building, it felt like it was a suite actually. It was spacious, nice and clean, close to everything, there was a metro station and shops around the area. Multiple toiletries, there was a bidet as well. The bed was really comfortable! Not too soft and not too hard, two pillows, which is always nice and a huge blanket for both of us. In the kitchen there was everything, nice equipment, although we did not use it. There was clean sponge put out. All in all, very very happy with the place.

There is a 100 € deposit of which we did not know before hand, but everything went smoothly, we received the money the next day we left. It just came as a surprise. There was a very small space for the shower to get to because of the toilet and the bidet. ALso, the other guests next to our room were SUPER noisy till 5 am, which was very disturbing.

The room was very clean and well equipped. The location was quiet and seemed safe, and was close to the metro station as well. The staff were very friendly and helped us with every question we had, even though none of us speaks good Spanish. The garage was secure and the area was clean.

The pillows were traditional Spanish pillows, clean and in good condition, but my son and I both prefer slightly thicker pillows. Perhaps some other international clients would also like to see some extra ones. When one travels one does not expect everything to be like one's own home, of course! Otherwise the apartment was perfect for us.

The apartment was well kitted out, very clean and the decor was very nice. We only stayed one night but we slept comfortable and the location was perfect for restaurante, metro into the center etc.

The only thing that isn't necessarily a dislike, more of an observation is that they are currently doing building work on other apartments, but there was not a lot of noise and did not put us off staying. I imagine that when the work is done it will be a lovely place to stay. We will be returning again soon.
