The location is the best very close to everything, we arrived late but the ly gave us the indications tondo very clear!

The bathroom a bit small but it was nice! Clean and tidy! Everything fine!

The staff was incredibly kind, we were able to check in at 10 am, and after we checked out they kept our luggages for 8 hours The room was extremely clean, the bed sheets were changed once every 2 days and the room was cleaned everyday if the occupant required so. The position was amazing, as it was 5 minutes of walk from Gran Via and from Palacio de Cibeles, and 10 minutes from the museums. Still, despite the central position, the hostal was very quiet at night.

There was a sight sewer smell in the bathroom in the morning. It was completely manageable. We noticed this smell in many places in Madrid, so it was not the hostal fult.

Super location, nice clean room with air-condition. The cuban manager was very helpful and attentive. Everything was in good condition and for the area very reasonably priced.

Bathroom was so small that one can barely enter in there, and the water temperature was fluctuating constantly while showering. No elevator and quite noisy door to the escalator that kept slamming

We requested an air-conditioned room as it was too hot outside, and the staff made sure to fulfil this. Our room was ready with air-conditioner turned on before our arrival. The location is great, and the room was clean.

The stairs of the building need to be repaired.

Location because was near from a laundry, lavamatic, mini super and a drug store. Besides, was a walking distance from several areas like Plaza del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Cibeles, Puerta de Alcalà and Atocha Train Station.

The bathroom was extremely narrow.

Location is perfect, the room is a good size with wardrobe and bathroom is good with hot water at all times.. Also the area is quite.

Few hairs in bed.. And not shelves in the bathroom...but the rest it's fine..

My train was cancelled, and I had to look for a place to stay urgently. I had a mega late booking (around 10 pm), but got an immediate response from the hostal. The reception lady was extremely nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The place is also equipped with washing machine, fridge, stove and oven.

I loved that the place is really close to a metro station and right in the center of the city. The room had A/C which was really nice. Also is nice to have a private room in a Hostel.

The bed wasn’t comfy at all.

Although there is no night reception service, the night shift sir wait for our arrival. This was really kindly for us. The location is great and in a walking range to Prado Museum, Plaza Mayor etc.

Location is excellent, very central and walking-close to the most attractions, as well as to the stop of the airport bus. The staff were very friendly.

The place is quite worn-out, however, quite clean and no problem.
