Great location. Best price for what you get.

Thin walls so you need ear plugs but m or issue.

Just five minutes walk to Gran Via metro, at Plaza Pedro Zerolo, the location is a perfect base to get around Madrid. On the 4th floor with windows/narrow balcony overlooking the plaza which can get a bit lively into the small hours of the morning so earplugs are a must! Staff are really friendly and there is a vending machine in the reception. Small reliable lift so push chair/wheelchair accessible. Rooms are compact, cleaned daily and beds were really comfortable. Shower has good water pressure and hot water but bathroom is really small so if you have long legs you may have to sit side saddle on the toilet!

Wifi signal was weak most of the time we were there, if we could get it at all, but when we asked, the staff would reboot it for us. Be aware of pickpockets/thieves operating around the plaza if you sit at any of the outside tables. My son had his phone stolen and the staff at Sultan Palast where we were eating, were of no help at all. Luckily some local customers tried to help us but we didn’t get his phone back.

Excellent location, right next to the gran via, subway stations and a whole lot of bars and restaurants. Comfortable bed and warm room.

Quite noisy, we could hear conversations in other rooms through the walls and also noise from the heater which was just outside of our room. Nothing that would prevent us from sleeping but it did bother us a bit while trying to fall asleep.

Location was very convenient and central. Room was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was quite comfortable for basic accommodation.

There was shampoo and shower gel but no soap or hand wash. Not necessarily a con, but you do have to leave your key with reception if you go out. This worked out fine for us in the end. There was only one pillow per person. This was fine but a second would be nice. The rooms are not very sound proof. Not a problem for us but if you are sensitive to sound from other guests it may be a consideration.

The property is a 5min walk from the Gran Via station so is quite centrally located and is also overlooking a square - so there's plenty of action happening outside. The property is also a 5-10min walk from the metro station that leads to the airport. Jose, the person at the reception was very friendly and was always available to help.

The staff was very friendly and always helpful, it didn't matter on the person at the reception . The location is great, central and very close to many good bars, restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the subway which in Madrid is cheap and amazingly functional. The rooms are clean and very well cleaned daily.

The room is small with very little natural light if you have a room that is facing towards the inner aspect of the building and during a week long stay it gets quite sad. The location is quite loud. In your room you can hear for example activity from the hallway, conversations and alarm clocks from other rooms. It did not bother me, I was traveling for work and I got up early daily so I was trying to be the one not to bother the others. It is probably because the way the apartment is built.

the location is central and walkable to almost all the attractions and it was so clean although it was basic and old and absolutely the stuff was very friendly,very helpful and with a great smile makes you feel safe

i hope it has a long mirror so we can check our outfit

Location! It is great and in a vibey, safe and fun area! Internet worked well for remote work. The room was very clean and bed was fairly comfy and ok for a couple night stay. The staff are kind and let me have a late check out and stay for several hours working from the main lounge before my flight. It is a very small and basic room, but price for the area is decent.

Very well located and clean. Powerful shower and a safe. Friendly staff at reception ( 24h) Lovely coffee shops beside hotel. Vending machine in hall for essentials. Direct link to taxi from front desk.

Needs a little bin in the room. Bath curtains need changing. Extra pillows would be great!

A little old and tired as a hostel, but it was clean, and functional and central location. The room and bathroom was very small, I'm quite a big fella! But for the price and location in an expensive city, and only passing through I have no complaints for the night we stayed there..

I've no complaints, but if you pay a budget price in an expensive city don't have high expectations! Knowing it and being in the city again for a night I would happily stay again
