Good location, normal prices, friendly professional staff

My bed in room 315 was small for me

Breakfast was very well supplied, staff very helpful and supportive., the room was very quite in the rear of the building on the fourth floor very convenient to walk to the Grand Via then to Puerta Del Sol. Staff spoke very good English and was very respondent to any questions.

Towels could have been a bit thicker but if changed daily then they tend not to retain body odor., could have had a teapot and tea in the room., but there are 24 Hours grocery stores right around the corner for refreshments and a vending machine in the hotel lobby so there are options.

Hotel is at excellent location, staff is amazing. Friendly and supportive 24/7. After reported issue with A/C device in my room, got another one without problem. Even staff transfer my luggage to the another room. Warm recommendation. Would really like to see hotel upgraded.

Hotel is a bit outdated and need some refurbishment. Mattress in the second room crying for replacement. Had issue with A/C device in my room, producing constant strange noises even when is off, which cannot be fixed. Breakfast is very basic, it is really pity, easily can be improved. At hotel basement is night club which can be a problem for some.

Location and price is good, staff are helpful

Very good location, 10 minutes from Puerta del sol,in one direction and from Cibeles, Retiro park and Prado museum on the other. Almost on the Gran Via, but very quiet street. Very clean room. Very friendly staff! Shops open 24h just aroundd corner ( for drink,water, and such things). Safe neighbourhood!

Breakfast is a little bit poor. Just 1 kind of cheese, jamon and ham no eggs and vegetables. Coffe machine makes good coffe although:-)

Excellent level of the price/quality level. Hotel is located in the center of Madrid. Very good view and little balcony makes you feel some kind of presence effect to the Plaza Pedro Zerolo. Breakfast is enough and tasty, but I recommend the administration - put boiled eggs to the menu.

Rooms are a bit old and are asking for some kind of renovation. There is no fridge and electric kettle in the room.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. And it was really clean.

The fact that we didn't have a remote to control the A.C. so we had to borrow it from the front desk. The hair dryer in our room wasn't working, and I couldn't find the iron in the room. The towels, I believe, need to be changed bc they smell really bad after taking a shower. The bathroom doesn't have a ventilation system or a window, and it gets really stuffy.

Nothing really. The room was small but that didn’t bother us very much. The breakfast is a little basic but you can check out the breakfast options before deciding so there is flexibility.

Very good location, you can reach any attraction by foot. Very friendly staff, they allowed me early check in without any question or cost. I booked single room and I got double room with 2 single beds - very nice.

They shoud do something about heating. Room was heated with air-condition and that was more or less good. But bathroom had no heating, it was freezing in bathroom.

The staff were super nice and polite and very friendly all the time, the room was very clean and cleaned daily also the location was superb in the middle of everything

The toilet flushing wasn't strong and had to repeated several times, also electricity sockets were not very stable
