This is the perfect place for a cheap city trip with friends. The location is fantastic and very close to all of Madrid’s main attractions. Room is big enough and could use a private locker to safely store personal items.

The room was cleaned on a daily basis, however, it was unfortunately extremely smelly the very first day due to some roommate's shoes left inside. The bed was not the most confortable. Apparently the staff decided to switch bed numbers during my stay, which was a bit confusing for everyone. The hostel does not have a place to chill/relax or have a coffee.

I recently stayed at room00 Chueca (Double room) and had an overall good experience. The location is fantastic – in the heart of Chueca, very close to everything, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and nice. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Overall, with pros and cons I would consider returning to that place again.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. I was surprised to find that some basic amenities like slippers were not provided in the room. The shower wasn’t comfortable. One of the biggest drawbacks for me was the air conditioning system. It's not directly controllable from the room, so it was very unpleasant. When I turned it on, it was too hot, but turning it off made the room too cold. This lack of temperature control was a bit frustrating, especially when trying to get the room to a comfortable level.

The room was very open and we could easily move around, there were 2 bathrooms so more than enough for 12 people in the room. It was very quiet and calm plus the staff was very friendly. We also felt very safe since the girl at the door checked our key cards for the room when we came home at night and asked us about our room number.

The beds were a bit squeaky and the shower handle could be moveable instead of fixated. Sometimes there was no toilet paper. Furthermore the water pipe in the sink could be made in a different way than the button type (you push and it runs) so we could adapt the strength of the water current to our needs (for example less strong in the middle of the night because it was quite loud)

The location was superb!! The room was spacious and the bunk beds had plenty of space. Each bed had an assigned locker with a key included. I would definitely consider staying here in the future. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Shoutout to Alejandro and his coworker (a girl with glasses and long hair, sadly I forgot her name, but I remember her telling me that her best friend was from Puerto Rico), they were both at the front desk and they were super helpful and kind! The only thing I would suggest is for the hostel to have at least one group activity for the day. Nothing crazy, but maybe an afternoon group walk to a café or bar , etc., for the guests to meet each other.

It was very central, in a nice quiet area (at least, how we experienced it). The hostel has a lovely interior. Our room was very nice, with a proper airco that was turned on during the night so great when you need to sleep while saving energy during the day when you are away. But during the day it was actually also still pretty chill, the hostel was in general greatly aircoed compared to the heat of summer in Madrid. The toilet and shower were separated in the room, so great when sharing the bathroom. There was no common kitchen in the hostel, however they do provide a microwave for use. You are provided with a key card, and a key for the locker so you will not need a lock yourself. You are also given a big towel, which was nice to have. Mercadona close by for shopping. Nice staff that gave us great recommendations for in the area. Highly recommend for the money value for sure.

Only small thing is that our sink did not work as great as the water came out weirdly seperated. Fixing it would have been nice, but it still worked so it was fine. The beds were also making squieky noises whenever someone moved, but with ear buds it was very fine.

Stayed at the hostel for three days, the receiptionists were lovely, the common area was lovely, the bed was comfy (no bedbugs, I checked!) and the neighborhood of Chueca was lovely as well. The people I had in my room were polite and I made five friends :) Would recommend to a friend!!

The lighting in the rooms is quite...guarded..? Perhaps it's dependent on the room you get but ours had the sink at the furthest corner from the window and so the only light was one straight above the mirror - it was quite difficult if one wanted to use it for makeup for example (so I'd recommend bringing your own small mirror that you could use by the window). Also the showers have a eco-feature (love that!) that means that you have to push a button every 10 seconds to have water (don't love that!) - not the end of the world, but would be nice if the time was a bit longer :)

The location was amazing, the staff really welcoming and friendly and they gave me a free upgrade. The price I paid was really good and I loved the bathroom was INSIDE each and every room. The place was clean, tidy and spacious. The pillow was super comfy and the duvet and sheets clean and comfortable too. The shower was hot and clean, the toilet was clean too. There were no issues. Even free soap/body wash/shampoo on the wall and the lifts worked great.

Honestly I was pretty happy with it all. My bed squeaked a bit but it was absolutely fine

We booked months in advance and specifically asked to all stay in the same room, then arrived and were told that there weren’t rooms with 3 spaces available, so we all had to sleep separately. Some reception staff were a bit rude but we expected this based on previous reviews and they probably don’t get paid very much. Bit weird that sinks were in the main part of the dorm so I mostly didn’t brush my teeth at night to avoid waking people up. Breakfast at €5.50 is a bit pricey

The staff were extremely friendly helpful. Facilities and especially beds were very clean. The showers and toilets in the dorm were clean and gave some privacy. Lockers were available for each guest. A reading light and power socket were provided for every bunk, so great for recharging or a quiet bit of late night reading or music [with headphones] in your own bed. Also easy access to stairs for conditioning exercise, 😀 and a well place lift for luggage or wheelchair access to room.

The shower water and handwash basin were on timed push buttons, and the water was mostly cold or lukewarm during my stay. It probably took me a longer time and more water to shower as it kept turning off. Disappointing. A hot shower would have made this place a more pleasant experience.

First of all, the staff was very kind and welcoming and helpful especially NOA great 👍 thanks to her without forgetting the others . The room was clean even the bathroom with towels and papers . The location is excellent near to Centro de Madrid I had never used the transport only walking , and near the Mercadona supermarket which I recommend to the visitors .
