I loved the aroma every time I got in the lobby, the privacy, and the room arrangement, it was so comfortable and useful.

There was just one little thing, the body wash bottle emptied on the second day of our stay, I asked at the reception if it would be filled but never happened.

Very central location, value for money hotel. Great staff, good restaurant.

We could hear music in our room as from 8pm from surrounding events. Also we could hear all that was happening outside the room door very clearly, ie the cleaners at 7am, other guests talking.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Vincci Hotel in Madrid, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending modern amenities with classic elegance. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a stunning view of the city. The room also featured a well-stocked minibar, and high-speed Wi-Fi, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is perfect for both tourists and business travelers. It's situated in the heart of Madrid, close to major attractions, restaurants, and shops. I found it very convenient to walk to places like the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, and the Prado Museum. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's breakfast buffet. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Overall, my stay at the Vincci Hotel Madrid was exceptional.

The hotel room windows are not soundproof, and the loud noise from the club across the street made my night very uncomfortable. The club itself wasn't noisy; it was the people standing outside that caused the disturbance.

I LOVED everything about my stay!. My room was wonderful and quiet. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, excellent disposition, accomodating and helpful. The location was ideal. I could walk to several main attractions and restaurants. There were many taxis passing by the street all the time in case I needed to take a cab. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff was so nice! I especially loved the sauteed mushrooms which were offered like every other day. The cook even sauteed a medley of fresh vegetables for me at breakfast when he found out I was vegetarian. :).

I liked everything. Maybe a few more vegetarian options on your restaurant lunch and dinner menu would be a plus. I appreciated the fact that the restaurant had Tostada 0.0% beer as I do not drink but like the test of beer.

Nice beds, ok breakfast, extremely professionel and pleasant employees, super location.

- Decor of rooms a bit gloomy. - Only bedside lamp is a free-hanging lightbulb without screen - which means that if you want to read a book in bed at night the whole room is lit up. - You have to sleep with closed windows as the busses and traffic makes a lot of noice during the night. But with the windows closed you can not hear the noice at all.

There were several pluses. The location was great. It was relatively close to the main attractions in Madrid. The trains and buses are nearby. Taxis are literally at the front door of the hotel. The staff was extremely kind and helpful especially the cleaning people. They did a spectacular job keeping everything tidy for us. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food. It is definitely worth the investment. I didn't need to branch out and look elsewhere for breakfast. There was a refrigerator with the option to purchase beverages inside. I do appreciate having a mini fridge so I can put my purchased food/beverages. The room had great lighting. It was especially helpful as I was reading early morning to prepare my day. The bathroom was the best room. It offered a bathtub and a shower. There are huge mirrors and a makeup mirror which I enjoyed For the price, it is a great place to stay overall.

There were a couple of things that stood out. I am a nonsmoker and I don't enjoy the smell of smoke. On my floor I smelled smoke frequently. It wasn't pleasant. My room had a leak in the bathroom from the room above. Not the hotels fault but I was surprised to see drops fall through the lights. There wasn't a real place to store clothes and no iron with an ironing board in the room. There were hangers but it was only enough for one person's clothes rather than 2. My biggest peeve was around some of the amenities. I was given 1 instant coffee a day and had to buy coffee throughout the day. This is different from other hotels as they tend to give you a bit more free beverages (water, tea, and coffee). My room didn't have a view. My window faced a wall.

Lovely hotel at a perfect location near Madrid's Gran Via. Fresh, contemporary decor where cozy meets elegant. Our room was not terribly big but roomy enough to be comfortable. Nice firm mattresses, lots of fluffy pillows from standard to king sizes, helped us sleep like babies every night. When we arrived the room was COLD. The heater had broken, but the staff promptly set us up with a small heater and extra blankets that kept us warm all nights. The breakfast buffet, a large selection of fresh fruits, pastries, breads, coffees, teas, juices, eggs, sausages, and of course, the Spanish tortilla and jamones, more than satisfied us every morning. For those with gluten intolerances, you'll find a small designated gluten-free section. So thoughtful! The staff was always kind and helpful. We highly recommend Vincci Centrum. It made our stay in beautiful Madrid a wonderful one!

Wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful. Lovely complimentary sweets and drinks in the foyer. We were in Madrid for the Three Kings Festival in January and the staff gifted us candies and a welcome guide to Madrid on the first day and left cookies on our door on the 6th. The room was great with a nice view of the city. Location is fantastic, close to shops, theatres, restaurants, extremely central. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again on returning to Madrid. Breakfast is complete with huge variety - cooked options, pastries, continental, juices, yoghurts etc.

The bathrooms have a frosted glass door with no lock and gaps around the door itself. It would be preferable to have a sealed door for privacy. Also, no toilet brush in the bathroom which is a necessity but small complaints in the grand scheme of things.

Good location, close to major tourist attractions. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Good breakfast.

Sound isolation of the rooms. Regretfully, many people have no respect for their neighbors. Those who come back to their rooms late at night (3 or 4 or 5 AM!) behave like it is noon - loud noise, TV\music, phones. Not many people try to close their room doors gently, without making much noise. Again, it is bad at noon too, but it is horrible at night.

I stayed for one night only but enjoyed every minute. The hotel was superb, very central location minutes from the nearest metro and a 5 minute walk from Sol and Gran Vía. The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The standout feature of this hotel however was the breakfast - a huge selection from a typical English/Irish breakfast through to continental style. The quality of the food was very good, some lovely freshly baked bread and a large range to suit all tastes. A nice touch was having lemon and cucumber flavoured water available on arrival in the reception area. Everyone was very courteous and professional, nothing seemed too much trouble and his attention to detail was spot on. In fact all the staff were really pleasant and professional, they couldn't do enough for you. Top class service.

Nothing really, we could not fault the hotel, the location or the staff. We will certainly come back again and stay on our next trip to Madrid.
