Nice furnished apartment in a great location. It is just few steps from city center and 15 minutes by foot to Mallaguetta beach. Everything was super clean and people provided services were always nice, helpful and responded fast. I will definitely consider this accommodation also for my next trip to Malaga.

It suprised me that there are even no basic ingredelients in the kitchen (salt, oil,…). If you want to have breakfast or just quick dinner in the apartment, you have to buy completely everything. There was obviously not appropriate amount of toilet papier, tablets for dishwasher,… for the whole stay. There was no problem when we asked for more but this is exactly what you don’t want to solve during your holiday. There is nothing for the beach (you are not allowed to take towels to the beach and there is no alternative provided by accomodation - some special towels or blanket that could be taken to the beach). This is something what I didn’t expect during holiday by the sea.

Wonderful apartment at a great location!

The property is excellent. The only thing that is important to emphasize is that our two bedroom apartment wasn’t really that, since it only has sliding doors that make other bedroom. Since we were a family, it was ok. It wouldn’t be ok for two couples though. Also, check-in is at 4. We were there at 15.45 and had to wait in front of the building for 15 minutes, small thing, but very important, especially when you are with the kids and suitcases. Btw, it was online check-in, we never met the staff. The reception is at another location, not so close, so we didn’t leave our stuff there. And you need to take out the garbage yourself.

Location was excellent - walking distance to shops, museums, restaurants and the harbour area. A Carrefour Express was only a few minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment was very modern and well equipped. There are equipment instruction manuals in the apartment but we did not find them until our last day as they were placed in a high press in the kitchen area.

The property description stated that there was a balcony but it was only a bay window overlooking the street - this was disappointing. The electronic access using a link on mobile phone was very unreliable. Essential that phone is fully charged at all times and even then the WiFI signal was often poor and it was not possible to access the building due to the WiFi signal failing. On one occasion we were locked outside at night and had to telephone for assistance. We complained and were given a key. We were unable to fully draw the curtains in the bedroom area so it was not possible to black out the bedroom for sleeping as light from the street outside penetrated the shutters.

It was easy only because we booked a transfer taxi. Not Sure how easy it would have been to find the office if we had come by train from airport. Staff were very pleasant and helpful

We felt that they were a bit mean with the toilet rolls. We had to buy more and therefore waste4 rolls we didn’t need. Also it smelled a little bit of drains in the entrance. Lastly we were not impressed that we had to dispose of all rubbish in the street bins

Location - walking distance to all major POI, cleanliness and the modern style - well balance approached to handle 4 person whether a family or not.

Having such a nice facility, it is a wasted opportunity not to provide a nice welcome gesture - cold refreshment suitable for this time of the year.

The property asked for a deposit payment. The online checking process was quite annoying. We have struggled a bit to find the building as address numbers on the street were not in a sequence. And the ask of the agency to bring out trash, while trash containers are quite far and not easy to find.

Location and cleanliness

The separation door was thin. The layout is not ideal if you are with friends. Didn’t realised that to access one room you have to walk through another room.

The best apartment for a short stay, if we travel to Malaga again we’re stay at Gran Alameda apartment again! Great location, just a few steps from the railway station, city center with cafes, restaurants and shops. The best bar/restaurant is downstairs (mencia). We loved the stylishly furnished apartment, we were 5 persons and the place was super comfy (2 bathrooms aren’t so common in rental flats in the area). Quiet a/c kept the place cool, the windows are well isolated and we couldn’t hear noise from the busy street below. Caleta homes were very helpful, responded to all my questions within minutes via WhatsApp. We felt warmly welcomed despite we actually didn’t meet anyone in person. We arrived late at night and open the building and apartment by our phone using a link sent by Caleta on the day of arrival. So convenient!

Just a minor comment. The checkout was at 12, the electricity in the apartment went off 15 minutes to 12. Hope it was a glitch and not a reminder to get out, it’d feel quite impolite.

Great apartment, in perfect location.

Very late check-in available and very little effort made to accommodate our request to anticipate it. Door code to access the apartment was not working and we had to wait more than 30 minutes before someone came to bring a key. We were told that the door code would have been fixed (changing a battery) the morning after, but no one showed up in the next 3 days leaving 5 of us with only one key working. Some more toilet papers and at least one kitchen roll could have been provided. Very disappointed with the host and the customer service provided.

Love the space of this apartment and this was our second stay. The apartment is immaculate and very well equipped with two beautiful bathrooms. The location is just perfect right at the bottom of Larios and just 10 minutes walk to the train station. We also loved the fact that this is keyless entry which is so handy. The apartment block itself is spotless and smells so fresh when you enter with a lift to all floors. Although the room doesn’t have a balcony it has a bay window at the front which had two comfy seats and a little table and you could open the window right up. Loved this apartment and will definitely book again.

The only downside is that the main road is busy and noisy but if you are sleeping in the first bedroom and the shutters are closed then you can’t hear the traffic. There is no cable tv which would be handy if you just happen to stay in some night but other than that I have nothing else that I dislike about this apartment.
