The rooms are big beds comfortable and very clean. It’s near the beach easy access through a private gate. The gardens are gorgeous. Catering for vegan or non dairy is not obvious you have to ask. The breakfast is good but limited choices on the buffet. No hot buffet only cold.

The swimming pool is lovely but doesn’t open until 11 am. I prefer a morning swim. No kettle in the room and water is expensive in the mini bar. The location is good but you need a car or a taxi to get there. Walking is very difficult due to no pavement.

Love the location, close to Malaga and train station. Its quiet and easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants along the sea front. Taxis easy to access and amenities are perfect for our needs. This is the 3rd time we have stayed there and this time we brought other friends with us and they too loved the hotel. Staff couldn't be more helpful.

bed was a little hard for me and there was an issue with the aircon due to the storm

The drive towards the Parador is cool, not seen many hotels/resorts have their own exit on the highway. The staff was friendly, the golf shop workers hospitality is the best I have experienced. I don’t see a better location than Parador for a shorter stay, at morning/day you play golf, afterwards there is a Plaza Mayor 500 meters away. The Glen Mc’Arthur is located next to the Plaza, great shopping and activities to do after your round of golf. 5 min away from the airport 👍

Only thing we disliked was that the shower was clogged, I was late to recognise that the water was flooding and soaked the whole bathroom.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The Parador staff were very attentive and accommodating and the food was delicious. The golf course was challenging and very well kept, making for enjoyable rounds of golf throughout the week. The staff at both the golf shop and the Black Iron Golf Academy were excellent and could not have done more to help. The Parador is a 20 minute or so taxi ride from the centre of Málaga and there is a shopping centre and designer outlet 5 minutes walk from the Parador.

Wonderful place to stay and relax or play a round of golf when you want to be located close to the Màlaga airport, featuring well appointed rooms with balconies, overlooking the beautiful grounds, huge pool and Mediterranean Sea, including beach access. in addition to a bar that serves light meals there is also an elegant dining room. I enjoyed a day, relaxing and strolling the grounds after a busy time in Andalucía. Staff welcoming and even arranged my 4 am taxi to the airport. A perfect stay.

Beautiful setting. The grounds are so well kept. The rooms are well furnished and equipped. We were offered ground floor with a patio, or first floor with a balcony. We opted for the first floor - nice balcony with comfortable seating and view of the Mediterranean. Close to the airport too.

Being close to the airport it's under the flight path. This wasn't an issue for us, as we had chosen it for easy access to the airport the following morning, but someone just wanting a quiet stay should be aware of this.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. ….comfortable bed…. lovely terrace overlooking the pool. Asked for kettle and came straight away. Good room service. Good receptionist. Very helpful indeed.

The property was excellent … but . we had lunch in the bar area. Sadly the food was not good at all. The sandwich which we ordered looked as if it had been made by someone who just threw it together. Very poor indeed in presentation and taste and not up to Parador standards at all. Disappointing. However, We ate in the restaurant at night…. totally different… great service and fabulous food. Could not fault it. We also played golf. The play was so slow that we had to skip about 5 holes. The course really does need a Marshall and starter for play to go smoothly. Also for some reason players do not call you through if they are looking for balls. This is always course etiquette.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, because of the closeness to the airport. We spent one night there, because we had to catch a flight the next day. Also, the beach is only one minute by foot. The rooms were the perfect size for two people and had a generously sized bathroom.

With the wind blowing from the sea, planes start pretty much over the hotel grounds, which gets a little noisy. And for me personally the mattresses were a little too hard.

One of the dining room staff was very rude and not very helpful. She told us off for sitting on a table of 4 when there was only 2 of us. I said we waited 5 minutes to be seated and wanted to sit out side! She didnt speak English but we speak reasonable Spanish but when she came back with the tea pot we had ordered, she slammed it down and asked what hot food we wanted? we asked in Spanish what there was and she said eggs. We asked for mushroom omelette each but only my husband got one which was just a plain omelette curled up on a plate? Mine never arrived and nor did the hot milk I requested so I could have hot chocolate with the powder they supplied. The cold meats and bread was very nice.

location was great, close to airport and Malaga city. Sun chairs are in a large green area, and not right by the pool, which is amazing. it offers more privacy. rooms lead straight to the pool, and are very spacious. I will go back.

water in shower kept changing temperature on its own from Luke warm to cold to extremely hot, so showering was a little uncomfortable.
