The room was nice, quite clean (could have been better honestly), the bed and the pillows were amazingly comfortable, we had a really good night sleep there. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and to tell you the truth, that is the main reason we are going to go back to this place. The breakfast doesn't have a big variety, but everything is tasty, so if you choose something, there's a 99% chance it is tasty. So, could use a couple more dishes to be honest. The rooftop bar is amazing. The view is spectacular, whilst the restaurant (DonaInes) is a very good one. Not a lot of dishes on the menu, we tried the free range chicken and the ribeye and everything was cooked to perfection!

The breakfast doesn't have a lot of variety. Maybe change the carpets on the floor or improve by adding a wooden floor. Cleanliness is very important, and they don't look good at all, especially when you find bits of hair on the floor.

The hotel was impeccable, friendly staff, very nice room, top location and perfect roof-top with solarium and refreshing pool, which was welcome in probably one of the hottest days in Málaga :)

The only issue we encountered was that we were denied access to the rooftop bar with our children as they were minor. After talking to the frontdesk manager, we were allowed, but for me it should be told explicitly, however for a premium hotel I expect some flexibility around this, after all customer is king. In the end, we were very happy with how the manager handled this, thnx for allowing us a perfect ending for a perfect stay in this perfect hotel!

I had a wonderful stay. The staff is very kind, helpful and treats you personally. A big special thank you to Maria Belen from the front office who helped me a lot when my handbag was stolen in town. The design of the hotel and room was beautiful. Beautiful rooftop with a small pool to enjoy drinks and the sun and an amazing view on Malaga. I loved the breakfast with fresh products. The hotel has a great location to visit Malaga, close to the main places to visit and to the harbour and walk along the sea. The hop on hop off bus is just the other side of the street and the office of tourism is also close by. In the neighbourhood there are good smaller restaurants, a supermarket and a pharmacy. The shoppingstreet is also very near. You can walk everything from the hotel! I will come back to this hotel again :-)

Exceptional staff, so polite and professional. Lovely buffet breakfast served until noon. The staff in the breakfast room were attentive, very efficient and kept the selection freshly topped up. The rooms were quiet and cool (42 degrees outside when we visited). Beds very comfy, daily maid service, fluffy towels, towels available to take to the beach or roof top pool, amazing shower. Rooftop bar a nice feature, lounge beds on the roof for hotel guests, small pool great to cool off. Central location, staff on the reception desk available 24/7. Hotel feels safe. 100% will visit again, thank you.

This property is located in a great position in Malaga and you are so close to all major attractions and the best restaurants and shops bars and nightlife too! The place is very clean and the roof top bar is amazing with awesome views and the best cocktails in Malaga ! I also liked the bedding was very comfortable and pillows too!Most of all the staff here are very professional and friendly and speak English well and helped me out a lot The text me every day on what’s app to see if everything was going well and if I needed anything ! This is by far the nicest place we've stayed in Malaga. The staff literally couldn't be more helpful, especially Maria, the room is so clean and well-equipped, kettle, lots of tea bags and my coffee-picky husband was fine with the instant sachets. You even get a free hand fan and a couple of sweeties as an arrival gift. Even thought we had the most basic room on street level, it was totally soundproofed, although just for being able to open the curtains and get natural light, without passers by looking in (although it was a very quiet side street) I would probably upgrade next time. The roof top bar views are stunning, drinks come swiftly and well-made and the staff are a delight. When it was time to leave, the hotel called us a taxi and it was there in mere moments, all of these small things add up, it's got a five star feel to the service and I can't see us staying anywhere else in town in future.

Honestly, I don't have a criticism of any part of the stay. It was great.

We just love Room Mate Valeria. We have stayed here many times and will be back. Location is excellent, staff is excellent and the rooms are simply the best. Love the decor and the bathroom. Be sure to book a room with a view. It is worth it. Rooms always perfectly clean and very comfy beds and sheets. All the best recommendations. Rooftop is absolutely awsome and so are the balinese sun beds.

Pool cleaning definetely needs to be better. Everyday of our 5 day long stay there was dirt twirling around in the pool and dirt on the bottom of the pool. Pool needs daily vacumming. Dont know if it is the hotel or the Rooftop who is responsible for this. Pool-cleaning has not been an issue at our previous stays, so hope it was only this time. We told the staff about it and she tried to get up the dirt, but it was back the next day. Breakfast (which by the way is really good and varied) refill was a bit to slow this time though only on Saturday and Sunday. We had to wait to long for refills for both eggs, beans, juice and vegetables.

What a wonderful hotel! Absolutely faultless. Location - perfect for everything! Malaga is full of Museums and Galleries within walking distance to the hotel. Malaga is busy but spacious and has glorious gardens and tree lined streets. The hotel is close to harbouring, super yachts and little walk to the beach along a lovely shaded walkway. Walk a bit further and you see sardines and other fish being grilled on open barbecues. The shops are across the road…..many high end shops along with various shops accommodating all price ranges. Bars and restaurants are all around the hotel and during our 6 days stay never had a disappointing meal! The pubs were great too and had great character. Service - The hotel staff are very friendly indeed and greet you each time you enter or leave the hotel. They seem to really want you to enjoy your stay with them. Breakfast - This is in a smallish space below the ground floor. Two beautiful girls seem to run it, with amazing efficiency and care. Everything they do is done so well and the place is spotlessly clean (I really hope their employers appreciate how exceptional they are!) The place was always half occupied, regardless of what time we came down for breakfast. It is entirely self-service. The food is fresh and put out little and often. Continental breakfast or English with lovely cheeses, fruits, pastries and everything else! Roof top bar - This is great! On our arrival there was a sign saying that the rooftop bar was full…..this was for people outside the hotel. We went for a look and there was space for us. Priority is given to hotel guests. Only once on Friday night, we saw it ‘very’ busy and even then, there was available space for us. Drinks are lovely, more expensive than some of the bars but as expected for a beautiful hotel and you get a decent measure!

Had a lovely stay. Hotel was great, the staff were super nice, the room was well done, and the rooftop was fantastic. The rooftop bar can get crowded on weekend nights, but there is a whole area reserved with nice lounges and a small pool only for hotel guests.

Nothing bad to say, just be aware that half of each floor is offset, so pay attention to which elevator button takes you to your particular room number.

We were put on 4th floor which was beneath eh bar/pool area so there was a fair bit of noise (like dragging barrels across the floor ) in the morning time before the pool opened at 11:00. The pool area on the weekend was sooooooooo busy to the point of no seats. we stood at he bar and was ignored totally the bar people never acknowelged us, we then asked a waitress to serve us and was ignored, 25 mins later I finally had a strop and said we have been waiting 25 mins please can someone serve us - when we eventually did get served.. Not at all what I expected.
