Comfy room. Short walk from the Malaga metro station Carranque, which was really helpful. Private bathroom was very good. The air con worked very well. TV worked, easy to use. Everything promised was as described. Checking in with the machine was easy enough, the security was very helpful.

No tea and coffee making facilities. No cups or drinking glasses provided in the room. For the money, that's fine though. The window shutters were very stiff.

The beds were really comfortable and the room was clean. I saw a lot of reviews mentioning that the room smells like a restroom, found it not to be true. The location is really close to a good restaurant, shop and farmacy. Very convenient location due to having a bus stop with 3 bus routes to the historic center. The automatic check-in means you can arrive at any hour and leave at any hour with no hassle, just by leaving your key card. You do need a card if you haven't booked in advance, the machine will not accept cash.

You could hear people in the adjoining rooms and in the hallway, a little phonic isolation would have been nice. Could be troublesome if you're a light sleeper, especially since you can't request a different room with the check-in machine.

Spotlessly clean, Great Location for those visiting Malaga, or having to visit the Hospital opposite. Easy check-in usually by machine, however, when I went there there was a receptionist who was extremely helpful and chatty. The Parking is right on the property and was cheaper than the nearest municipal car park.

The pre-check in website is really bad, extremely slow and frustrating. It has inaccurate information eg when I entered my postcode it "offered' me the wrong town choice in the drop down and wouldn't let me enter the town where I actually lived so I just chose the wrong one. This is something VAS really need to improve upon. Also, not a big deal at all, but as with most properties in Spain it has a stone floor so in Winter it can be very cold on the feet, I recommend to take slippers or "hotel" slippers.

The rooms are always spotlessly clean, and the beds are so comfortable. The Reception Staff are really professional, helpful, and friendly.

It would be nice if there were basic tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. There are vending facilities in the Reception area. It's just personal choice, but it would be nice to be able to make a hot drink when you wake up without having to get dressed and go down to Reception.

The room (with bathroom) was clean, comfortable and close to the city center with easy bus access. We particularly appreciated the very pleasant and helpful staff who not only helped us with yhe self check-in, but also allowed us to do so ahead of schedule. This was much appreciated, given the heat we had to wait in with our luggage!

Walls are a bit thin, I was woken by the alarm clock of my neighbours room! The pre-check in website is awful, extremely slow and frustrating.

The fact that it was a quite noisy and the elevator was close to the room and used a lot in a harsh way.

I was a bit surprised that there was no window in the room but as I’ve only slept there it didn’t bother me too much.

The personnel was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well maintained. And for the money that we've paid the quality of the hotel better than we expected

It was a short stay, but enough to consider a hotel that I would definitely come back. Also, thank a lot to Salvador, who really helped us since we arrived during the night.
